Freshii

This was my first time at this eating establishment, and I had a great experience. The service attendant was very pleasant and explained my options. She suggested a bowl with additional falafel. I was very happy with the choice. It was great. The patron area was clean and spacious and I had a seat facing east through the rear exit door. 4 star for the location. Aside from that, I would be back. One more thing, I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pay with debit they had no option to tip. I hate it when I am forced to give a tip for no reason.

While I'm on a personal journey to ear better and healthier I did expect Freshii to disappoint.maybe it's the meal I got, but the food was flavourless and lacked any flavour or crunchiness.

Just walked in at 7: 45 and was told they were closed. If you close at 8, you serve customers until 8.

Freshii is a great place to eat when looking for something healthy! They have a wide range of food items on their menu with vegan and gluten free options. I tried their Pangoa and Oaxaca bowl. They were delicious and well prepared.
They also suggest great alternatives and can make any changes as per your requirements. They have some yummy soups as well as smoothies which are a must try.
Great place to hangout with friends and family!

I come here pretty often and there's always something missing in my order, even when I pay extra for it. This location is very stingy, not sure if that's all freshii locations but I'm going to avoid this one.

First time customer. Tried a little bit of everything just to try it out. Not sure what to expect. I thought the food was fresh and good portions. Steak and chicken tasted pretty good for a fast food place. Soup and tacos were 5 stars. The bowl and burrito kind of tasted the same, but they were still good and filling. I placed a pickup order online and I think I got everything I ordered. Will try again.

I ordered the Tex mex bowl, and as a side protein I took tofu and chicken both. The food was so bland that it did not even have salt.
Tofu was served without any seasoning. The chicken was boiled.
Tex mex is a wrong name for this bowl, it should be BLAND BOWL.
My taste buds have never been more disappointed.
Freshii needs to do something of their food taste, rebrand, and promote rigorously.

Best office lunch I've had in a long time. Was delivered hot and fresh by skip the dishes. Food was perfectly prepared. I'll definitely order again. Also great gluten-free options for celiacs like me.

I was just at the Billy Bishop location and I’m honestly so disappointed and disturbed by the fact that I spent $11 on a half empty bowl. When I went back inside after noticing, the manager stated it’s the “new franchise rules” and to “contact Freshii”. This is 100% the last time I go to Freshii again. What a terrible experience. On top of that. They gave me noodles in my bowl? I’ve never been so unsatisfied. The manager was completely useless and clearly did not care about customer satisfaction at all.

Well I gave it 3 chances.very greedy, poor quantities. They give you the illusion that they are filling the bowl but the result is mediocre. Service is at the level of the food however I feel pity for them, I don t know but I had the impression that people who work there are not happy, when I enter the store they are always standing in the kitchen waiting. I think they don t have the right to sit. I could be wrong butthis is what this brand make me feel: sad and poor, they need to change the logo.make their employees happier.this was my 3rd and last time.

Worst Uber order of my life. I’ve ordered Uber Eats about 150 times now and I have NEVER had my drinks spill this BAD. First of all, who puts a 4 cup tray with 3 drinks SIDEWAYS on the bag? I’m sure you guys got bigger bags. I bet anything the driver wasn’t even instructed to hold the bag sideways. Even if he was, only the thought of delivering my order like that is messed up. Hope the driver didn’t get any complains from Uber Eats, if he did y’all eating more 1 stars. Worst uber experience of my life.

I ordered on friday and the spinach was spoiled, even the good pieces tasted rotten because the bad ones contaminated them. Then, I ordered on Tuesday again and they always manage to forget something in my order or the ingredients taste rotten.overall worst freshii i’ve ever been in.

Freshii is always a great place to go when you're looking for a healthy alternative. However, when ordering any standard bowl at this location, remember to check that they've included all the ingredients. A couple of times they forgot to put my lime wedge and also avocados (premium topping). Food is great, but maybe the workers need a little more training on getting everything perfect for the paying customer.

This is my favourite Freshii location. The beans are always well flavoured and they never skimp on ingredients. Personable staff.

THE BEST FRESHII LOCATION! I love this place! My bf and I visit around 2-3 times a week, and the service and quality are EXCELLENT!
The manager and staff are all extremely polite, welcoming, and great at their jobs. I have a complicated salad customization, and not only have they memorized my order, but they make it perfect EVERY TIME.
The staff are always smiling, and that makes for a really inviting environment.
The ingredients are always fresh, ripe, and cooked correctly (which has been a major issue at other locations). The staff even cooked more mushrooms for me when they ran out, because they know I love adding them to my salad. AWESOME.
Not to mention, my favourite Starbucks location is right next store:)

First time going to a Freshii and we were not disappointed. The staff after we told them it was our first time was extremely patient and helpful. We were able to customize our meal to our liking and food was very tasty and fulling.

I order from uber eats here when I don't feel like cooking. The food is good.sometimes. Its very inconsistent. Yesterday I ordered the lemongrass soup and it was so good that I ordered it again today. It was completely different, tasteless. Guys if you dont have something, just put it as sold out, dont try to just throw something together.

The food in this place is great, the staff is also extremely nice and helpful. However, one girl was not wearing a cap or a hairnet, and in a food workplace that is a non-negotiable. This girl was also communicating in a language that wasn’t english in front of the customers, I’m not sure if she was talking about me to her fellow. I hope this is seen into!
overall, good experience, will be coming back to eat, but not if this girl is seen working in the same way!

Staff that worked on Sunday Feb 21,2021 at 12: 00 PM have poor time management skills.
They ignored existing Uber orders and kept making orders for walk-in customers
This makes uber drivers earn less an hour and makes UbetEats clients wait longer than needed.
