Honestly used to eat here all the time but had a terrible experience last week. Typically ordering online its ready as soon as I arrive on my lunch break but I got there and waited 45 minutes for my food.was late coming back from my break. It looks like they bad 2 brand new employees working alone during the busiest time of the day. Unfortunately won’t be going back.

The best Freshii I have ever been to, the ladies on today were so nice and care about their jobs! Definitely will be back.

It is not without tremendous gratitude and appreciation that I write on behalf of the staff at this franchise location. Not only do location manager’s like Talia, go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure each and every customer is greeted with kindness and warmth, they are patient and make incredible salads and shakes which keep getting better and better at every visit. Our entire family loves ordering from this branch versus others and really go out of our way to celebrate employees like Tessa so that owner Karen knows what an incredible staff she has. I will continue to patronize this location for all time.

Food was good but took the staff 25mins to make 2 bowls because they were too busy talking to eachother and not making the food. I won't be going back to that freshi since they are putting the customers last.

I tried Freshii for the first time this summer and the menu has been surprisingly tasty and. Fresh. I now eat there a couple of times a week and have always enjoyed the experience. This location in Aurora has always been pleasant, the young folks behind the counter are polite and friendly. I was there last night (Dec 20,2022) and was served by two young ladies. I was observing them while waiting in line. Friendly smiles and excellent customer service.keep it up ladies and thank you for the awesome wrap

Staff are more interested in chatting to each other then serving customers. Started my bowl then stopped for a few minutes to continue her conversation and finally decided to complete my (now cold noodles) meal. Once completed she left it on the counter in the prep area and walked away. I won’t be returning to this location.

Rip off! Used to be good now it’s horrible. They give you a little amount of dressing in your salad and when you ask for more they charge you 1 dollar for a small container. What a joke, go somewhere else where you get value for your money. Also management is rude!

Well the issue is the staff not the brand it self… the girls there were making tiktok videos and dancing in the kitchen and being loud instead of working or attending customers instesd they ask each other to help with only few customers which can be handled easily but they worry about being loud and making videos more than anything

I will return if its the only freshii on my way but wouldn’t if i had the choice to go diff location

The food is decent, but when calling to make a pickup order the employee asked to hold and hung up. This location rarely answers their phones and when they do this happens.

Ordering for delivery is a nightmare. Literally every time I’ve ordered they’ve never put in my protein add on, and the portions are never full like they are when you order in person. I was hesitant ordering this time and they proved me right unfortunately. So disappointed that this happens ever single time

Absolutely terrible at answering the phone. I’ve tried on various occasions, different days and times, calling to place orders and they never answer. Here’s a tip, people are calling to buy food (ie how you make money), so answering the phone = making money.

Really sad tiny portions. $19 for market salad with steak and a tiny slice of avocado. I’ve had freshii all over gta and the portions are not this tiny. The manager had a disgusting attitude. I hope the head office reads the reviews because there’s no improvement. The employees are texting at the back while customers wait 15 minutes for one salad. Really bad freshii franchise location.

I ordered a Perrier, they were sold out. Asked them cancel the beverage and to credit me. They didn’t and sent me a bottle of water, the seal was cracked open, disgusting!

They swap ingredients without notifying their customer.
When I asked them to replace my meal, the refused.
When I asked for a refund, I was refused twice.
The manager Talia, doesn't seem to think it's a problem.
Her solution: I'll throw it in the dumpster for you (no refunds) "Have a nice day! " Ya, right - nice way to marginalize my disappointing experience with the food and service at Freshii - instead personalizing by suggesting to the other customers in line that I was just a grumpy person.
No, in fact, my day has been amazing, and the lesson I take away from this experience it this: the staff at Freshii in Aurora, don't care about your preferences, don't care about the quality and don't care about customer service. They think it's ok to swap ingredients and not give customers any notice, and they make the customer wrong for just wanting their usual dish. They don't deserve my business.
