Awful service. I asked for extra sauce and barely tasted it. I even asked for extra toasted and still my burrito was cold and not even done properly. Wouldn't it be nice if you have a taste of everything on every bite? My first bite was all edamame.

At your University Plaza location, just now. There is a woman who has been left alone and has no idea what she is doing. To be clear, I don't blame her. I blame the manager at this location for not properly training and then abandoning her.

We came in 15 minutes before closure and Ranbir who served us was so smiley and pleasant. Great service and great food!
