Freshii

This used to be the best freshii location in the city, and living 2 min walk away, i would go often. But now I think they hired two new women and now the quality has gone down. More soggy lettuce, dry and massive pieces of chicken, too much or too little dressing, wrong ingredients in the salads. I’m allergic to carrots so I always order the same thing because it DOESNT come with carrots. When I got home there was a huge pile of carrots in the middle of my $15 salad. Awesome!
Please, be better.

I ordered a buffalo chicken pocket and tomato soup today and shortly after had upset stomach, this is the third time I’ve eaten here and had issues with the food. Perhaps it wasn’t heat up hot enough.

I got the bowl of the day with chicken. The food quality was bad. Either the rice or chicken was not fresh.

Great service and a good place to get healthy food! All price is very friendly to students:)

The eating area was gross, it hadn’t been wiped down there was garbage from the last person. I was the only customer in there and the staff were just standing around doing nothing.
I also have no idea how they can possibly make a good idea for food taste so bland. When I look at the ingredients list one would think it would taste like something but then it tastes like nothing!

Since I first ate from here, it became my go-to favorite
The service is polite and friendly.
I just had to wait 2 min or so for my food to be ready and every time it was delicious.

Outstanding food and service and vry frankly staff. Environment is so clean n friendly nature. Love the place n surely return back n recommend this place to my friends. Bravo

Ordered the Teriyaki Twist bowl with tofu at this location. They were kind enough to let me try the tofu before making my decision but my main reasoning behind purchasing this was for the broccoli. When I came home, it was to my surprise that broccoli was completely missed thus ultimately regretting my decision for the bowl. I don't know if the ingredient was just forgotten or if they didn't have broccoli at all; but if the truth is the latter, I really would have appreciated notice first so I could either decide whether to go ahead with this or choose something else more filling. Pretty disappointed but too far away now to go ask for a new bowl or refund. Hope this review gets somewhere and helps someone double check their order first before leaving the place. You just never know.

Amazing customer service, efficient and friendly. I’ve been to a few locations in the GTA and have been disappointed. The college park location has always made there food fresh and consistent in taste. It’s the one i will always go to even when other locations have been closer in distance.

This place is low-key awesome.

I always like Freshii food but the staff at this location make it even better! They are always so polite and efficient. I work in the college park mall as well, and came in wearing my work uniform on my lunch break. The cashier offered me a discount since I work in the same building. Not sure what their name is but they made my day! Thanks Freshii!

I have ordered recently food for my work crew at this place College and Young.
The food was Uber tasty and the customer service was excellent. The manager young man in charge was helpful and friendly.

Eat healthy, Go healthy. If you want to eat healthy, this is the right place to go. There are many reasons for this store to be one of my favorite in downtown. Highly recommended!

First time at Freshii and the staff was super generous. I live around the area and I'll definitely be back. The food is really yummy too. Definitely recommend!

Friendly and efficient staff. I love turning a "boring salad" into an amazing Freshii wrap.

Up until now I've only had great things to say about this location, however recently I've been finding the the portion sizes have shrunk quite a bit. A real disappointment, will probably go to another location.

I do takeout from Freshii at least twice a week for work and this is one of the best locations in the city. The staff are very kind and helpful. They are efficient at managing any dietary restrictions or customizations. I would recommend this location to anyone for take out or delivery. (and their breakfast is amazing)

Love their fresh, healthy ingredients and menu options. A little pricey however worth it for the quality and portion size of food. Each of their pre-set bowls are customizable and are really well designed for their flavor profile. Juice and small energy bites are overpriced in my opinion.

Go-to lunch spot for a healthy and delicious meal - especially the Fiesta salad! Always excellent and fast service, which is much appreciated!

Good for a quick bite. Nice window facing bar stool. Plenty of choices for a small location. Loved the snack item, Chia with coconut with pieces of mango and strawberries. I went after hours so it will as empty, but guess it fills up quickly during lunch. More snack item will be helpful for commuters to grab and go.

I have been visiting this location every week for years. These two women know my salads that I order and they are always kind to me. I find the ingredients fresh. It is my weekly treat after work. Thank you Sonam & Tenzin (who is the woman named Tenzin since there is another Tenzin there). I just call up my order and I feel very taken care of. Appreciation from a long-term customer.

I have been eating here nearly every day during my two month stay in Toronto and it was always very delicious, fast and healthy.

Overpriced and inconsistent in quality. Sometimes they’re great. Other times subpar. And yes that’s for the same order.
Don’t get the fallafel. It’s the worse!

Decently tasty decently healthy food. I enjoy the Buddha satay bowl with chicken. If you want sirracha added, do it yourself with the bottles available, if you ask for it to be added when you order they will charge you 0.50 for it.

I have been going to this location for several years! The staff are amazing and very professional, friendly, and polite. The food though however, is THE BOMB!:) I cannot express how much I enjoy the variety of foods. As an athlete, I always strive to fuel my body with nutrients, and this is my go-to place! Quick, healthy, and quality food on the go!

It’s been 8 years since I have visited a Freshii for the simple fact that I had changed jobs. I equate the discovery of this Freshii, located a short distance from my office, to finding a new planet in a nearby galaxy.

I was hit by a series of summer colds and I swear the lemongrass soup (made spicy) helped soothe and speed up my recovery. This one-size-fills-all soup is loaded with crisp veggies and herbs and is one of my favourite items on the menu. It satisfies me for the entire day and always tastes super fresh.

Service is pleasant and fast and the value: quality ratio is what most eateries should aspire to offer.

It's a very nice place to have your breakfast or lunch. They have bowls, wraps, soups, burritos, smoothies, etc. I have been there a couple of times and the staff is very friendly. Everything is good and healthy. They have both meat and vegetarian options. You can also pay some extra to get tofu or falafel in your meal. This place is located on a crowded street, and this place is very popular among businesses men and healthy eaters. The place itself is a bit small, but we always had a place to sit. I would recommend it to anyone. I'm addition, they say that there is a $1 coffee; I have never tried it though.
