Freshii

My favourite Freshii in Toronto! Always in and out so quickly. And very convenient location close to the subway

The owner/manager made my beautiful experience just terrible, he doesn't know how to make bowl, he just mix things not even mentioned in the order the bowl is not organized, food looks messy, doesn't care or listen to the customer, I think he just prepare what he think is right for you LOL, I kept telling him I want extra checkin for protein, but still I git small piece of chicken, and yeah he charged me less than I pay everyday by 4$ but completely ignored my requests give me weird tasted food full of some weird sauce never had it before, I had to throw it in trash after first taste, immediately.he offers refund after I argued with him, but I just refused because it's not about money it's about quality.in the opposite are the employee, they are nice, they listen to what you need exactly they make it as requested they offer suggestion always they remember your last order, they ask if you want extra protein, they tell you the charges, they add it, you see it you enjoy it, the bowl organized well, no more no less.

I will give 1 star for now so that if any Toronto executive follow Freshii chain reviews will see it if they care about their brand in Bay St area this store owner shouldn't represent Freshiii.

But I will change it later on to 5 stars because of the employees
their hard work and quality in last 2-3 years I have witnessed myself deserve more than 5 stars

Just tried the new Greek salad recommended to me it was amazing. The two girls helping me at the front were so helpful and kind. It was a 10/10 definitely going back

Love the food as it’s always fresh and the staffs are really nice and considerate. The store is also neat and organized. Must visit!

My fave Freshii location. Efficient and close to my work, quick, cheap, healthy food compared to the rest of Yorkville. My go to place whenever I work in this area!

All in all, I rate your restaurant a perfect 5 stars. I cannot recommend Freshii highly enough to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience. Thank you for everything you do to make your customers feel valued and satisfied.
