Edited version of original review. I originally gave this restaurant 2 stars.though they started great, the service and quality of food had gone downhill with missing ingredients in orders three times in a row. However, the last few times we have visited the situation has vastly improved. We received all the items we were supposed to get in our meals and the bowls were filled rather than skimping on items like they did for awhile. I'm glad to see that they improved over the last while because the food is really good and such a wonderful nutritious option for take out. Please keep up the better service and food!

Over the years it has become evident management leaves new people to fend for themselves without proper training, and they CONSTANTLY have new people which says a lot about the management or owner of the place.
Last order we had was Oaxaca bowl with dressing on the side. There was no kale, no salsa fresca and no black beans.all a part of a regular Oaxaca bowl. And the sauce was on it. And on the side. I feel bad for the people who work here, they are so badly managed and it's not their fault.

Edited new version. Still coming back because we can't find craveable bowls like we get here elsewhere. We now make sure to order in the restaurant and check our bowls carefully before we leave so we don't get frustrated and have to drive back. Last three orders the Oaxaca bowl had no black beans or no salsa fresca. Or both. Sure tastes good though.

I absolutely enjoy eating healthy food from Freshii. The food quality is exceptional and their service is quick and courteous. My favourite is the lemongrass soup. And the vegan bowls too!

Food is always very fresh and healthy, great bowls, salads and delicious smoothies. Staff so friendly and attentive, they know my favorites

Super poor service. One staff member working at 12: 30 during busy lunch time. Small portions too. Took 35 mins to make food.

The are usually great but will not go back because of the owners attitude. And today was not a great experience. Just the look of my food explain how disgusting the owner was. 0 customer service skills. It's just sad I used to go there each time after my hospital appointment every 2 weeks since I found out I am pregnant (5 months ago). But now I have to find a new eating place.

I wanted to leave a quick note- my son, 7, has a gluten allergy and it is always hard to find a "take out" type restaurant that he can have a choice at. I called Freshii before coming to ask some questions and the lady I was speaking with took her time and answered them all.when arriving, we were warmly greeted and while ordering they were all so friendly, accommodating and SO educated about the ingredients they serve. My son was able to try some safe sauces before choosing which one he would like. After finishing his green curry rice noodle bowl- he told me, "That was the best take out lunch, ever! " I highly recommend trying this location.
From the bottom of my mama heart- thank you for taking care of my son and I today:) We will certainly be back soon.

Decided to try them out today from uber.asked for an ingredient to be left out and paid to add an ingredient.tell me how this restaurant puts the paper on the item WITH my special directions and yet THEY DID NOT DO IT.

Quantity, Quality and Service has gone down significantly!
Sent and email to customer service head office and they forwarded the email to the Upper James (Hamilton) store and they didn’t even respond.
Don’t waste your money, there are plenty of places to eat now that have great quality food and fantastic service.

Have to say they are in fact very stingy.
I read some other reviews hoping it was just a fluke, however they in deed barely fill the bowl even with the extra charge of protein.

If possible, go to another Freshi. Not worth the price. I’ve had a better experience at other locations.

Too expensive for the amount of food they put in the bowls. They charge you $20 for a bowl and it’s never actually full. Not worth the price

I was in line waiting to be served - there was a lady Infront of me who had gotten horrible service- they had treated her so bad that her quality of food was terrible from the lady Infront of her. - she had asked why she had gotten such attitude from Sandeep the worker - and they shrugged her off gave her half the portion that should have been in the bowl and tossed it to her- they were rude and i thought to be awful to treat a customer that way- the first customer had got a full bowl - she had asked why the quality was different and Sandeep basically said she like the First customer better - as they were giggling laughing having a good time then the mood totally switch - i left and did not order due to being treated the same way - i would not recommend ordering from here

Girls working in there are helpful. Go there all the time, never had a problem with this location.
