Freshii is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The food was incredibly delicious and made with such fresh ingredients. Their commitment to sustainability is truly inspiring. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a delightful dining experience. I can't wait to return for more healthy and flavorful meals! I’ve so far come here twice and every time the servers have been nice.
Their servings are huge! Well worth.

Female Attendant was rude and hostile. Got my order wrong and scoffed at me when I attempted to correct it - I was in a rush to get back to work so I didn’t persist. Observe her very carefully - resist the temptation to sit down and relax

The poster at the front that says it's 7 dollars for the daily special is a bit misinformation because the promotion is already over (in small print). It's actually 7.49 regular price for a lot of the meals that you pick. So I was there today asking for the 7 dollar daily special Spicy Lemongrass, the person behind the counter didn't correct me to tell me that the special is over.:/ the food is meh, and while I did appreciate the food prep person for packing my meal to the top, the experience kinda made me sad.
Also an extra protein (chicken) was 3.79.
Wish it was better for the amount I was paying.

I love freshii bowls especially their Oaxaca bowl, this rating is just for the location. The location serves half filled bowls for the same price. Disappointed with this particular outlet of freshii!

Cross contamination at this location. You will get ingredients that you didn’t order in your bowl. **do not order from here if you have any allergies**
Also, the past two times I have ordered the lettuce was brown. Not a good choice if you’re looking for a fresh salad

The wrap had so much of water or some kind of juice that the whole table was filled with it, threw it in the garbage infront of the employee and never said anything. Won’t be coming back here ever

This place is amazing! I just had their Mediterranean bowl and it was sooo good! Although got it by ubereats, everything was prepared so fast and nicely! Totally recommended

When we order in - and it's not often! - this Freshii is our go-to! The salads - I like Oaxaca and my husband has the kale chicken - are very well made a full of great ingredients. The delivery is always quick. We'll continue to order from here!

Good food and great service - ordered through Skip the dishes. Included a nice note with their meal and gave free bag of chips!

Do not order them through Uber.
This particular location tends to serve smaller portions for the same amount of money. I understand Covid is a problem for you but dishonesty never pays over the long run. Customers will catch on to your stingy ways and go elsewhere. I will be surprised to see this location still operating in 6 months from now.
Their prices for Uber are inflated and the portions are smaller. If you have to order from them you should walk inside their store.
This is dishonesty at its best.

One of the best locations to order from! The food has consistently been flavourful and delicious every time. The portion sizes are perfect and the staff are very attentive to special requests.

Disappointed when you ask for extra falafel pay for it get to work to eat and see that they clearly didn't

Used to get the Baja Burrito- sad that it's not on their menu anymore. But then I saw I can create a custom wrap- and they STUFF that wrap with whatever weird combinations of veggies/protein your little heart desires.
Thoroughly enjoyed it.wonder if could be cheaper though, it ended up being just less than $15, was $14.
Very good though, fresh, delicious, and for a veggie wrap, quite filling.

Quinoa is so over cooked. Mushrooms are not fresh. The rice noodle got stuck on the paper box and the paper comes off.

This place is has change a lot since my last visit, there are new staffs woking at this location, very friendly, the food are great portion, delicious like always, and super healthy.

I decided to try this place for the first time and I'm glad I did. The food here tastes great and was made super quickly. The sauce in the Oaxaca bowl is the perfect blend of spice and sweetness that goes so well with the other delicious ingredients in the bowl. All the ingredients (including the avocado) taste more fresh than similar places I've been to. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Freshii’s in general, I love. This location is in a super convenient location, but in each of the 5 times I’ve been there, they either left out a key ingredient, overcharged me, once gave me back $10 extra in change, then got angry when explained that they had given me too much change, another time they just wouldn’t except cash. I stopped trying. Sad.

Let's be upfront, there is no skill involved with preparing the salad, and only relies on the freshness of the ingredients. The ingredients were not fresh.

Do not visit when a manager is not there. I go there since this location is opened. I always got a warm wrap when the manager was there. But, i got twice cold wrap on lunch. I went back to ask warming up. One of staff told me that we usually do not grill for warp, but i will do it at this time. Lol;;; Always i got warm one when their manager was watching.

Never go inside when manager not around, so disappointing employees dont know wat there doin. I order a smoothie and its warm, I tell them and they makin a stupid excuse, anyways got my money and left

I used to really like Freshii but now I feel like the quality has decreased by a lot. Now they don't even toss the bowls so I'm never sure as to whether or not they put sauce.

Like other reviews their portions are undersized. $10 for a half bowl? Other freshiis add way more, steer clear they're clearly under filling bowls here to save themselves $.

A bunch of soggy old romaine lettuce in a half empty bowl and it’s Freshii? ! Very disappointed, will not go back.

Love the Freshii locations. They have so many toppings and add ins, it would be hard not to find a blend of veggies and dressings that you couldn’t like. I especially like this location because the service is awesome!

Avoided freshiis for years because the last one I went to was terrible. The food here was delicious though.

Great service and the food is very tasty. I used to go to the location at Steeles and Dufferin and the service was terrible. I am glad I changed location!

Got a fiesta salad with falafel and a superfood soup. The salad portion was too small and the soup was literally the worst I could have! It was just boiled water over some uncooked vegetable! Tasteless! Never going to order again! I had a spoon or 2 and thew the whole thing in the garbage!

I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl. Fast service, friendly cashier. Food was delicious and well packaged.

Can never go wrong with freshii:) teriyaki twist bowl with steak is mouth watering every single time.
