Freshly Squeezed

We ordered mango juice and they gave us stored frooty juice not even fresh not gonna drink from that horrible place again

Okay it’s definitely not freshly squeezed, should’ve gotten a box of Tropicana at this point. $8 for a small orange juice. Waste of my money. If you want real fresh juice go to Real Fruit.

Justing making money by selling sugar water by naming it as fresh juice. Very disappointing customer service. Just wastage of money

Will never come again and I don't recommend, their juice is artificial and their smoothie is only ice

I had got Mango juice from this shop. The juice was packaged from a pre-made batch, which they mentioned it was made in the morning. The juice tasted nothing like a freshly squeezed juice as the name mentioned. It felt like a regular bottled juice and had way too much sugar. It cost 9$ and it felt like a scam. You could buy a much cheaper and a better quality bottled juice from a store.

The only juice I could trust and may be healthy to feel hydrated without eating lot of processed sugar was sugarcane juice.
I had large Sugercane juice for $12 (May be a touch expensive, not sure). I had it in my multiple visits always without ice (you get more juice). It was freshly squeezed with ginger and lemon as optional ingredients.
I noticed and made sure that there wasn’t any extra sugar added which they didn’t.

I loved it. Made me feel warm and hydrated.
Most of the time this place is busy. So better be prepared with your instructions at front to avoid any surprises.

For example, large sugarcane juice with ginger, lemon and not ice.

If you don’t get a receipt drink is free. Cashier did not and kept trying to deny me the free drink. He tried to make a big deal in the mall to embarrass me and even spoke Hindi to another customer to say I am trying to get a free drink. Haha. It’s your policy bonehead. That’s the cost to pay if you don’t provide a receipt. Management better train their employees better.

Very bad service
Today i went to buy sugarcane juice and he took my order and started preparing and when done he gave me the drink and i asked the guy that i should get this drink free as he didn’t gave me a receipt which is per their policy if they dont give us a receipt the drink should be free which is also mentioned on their screen and the guy then started giving me the receipt told him it isnt fair you’re giving me the bill after i asked you, he also was telling other co worker about me in hindi and luckily I understand hindi and i replied him but this is not acceptable. Management has to look into it and no customers should be treated like this and if it’s mentioned in their policy why dont they follow it

Don't order anything here except Sugar cane juice and veggies smoothies, rest all are just pre-made with no real fruit. They never respect customer preferences like I've asked them to not to add Sugar but they didnt consider it.

Their smoothies are so watery and not as thick as a Booster Juice. Staff look unhappy and take a long time to prep orders.

Staff is not professional at all
Doesn't even know how to deal with customers
No professionalism at all
And yeah if you have 2-3 extra hrs then please go there and order something

Worst customer service ever. I was checking and needed glass of water, can't believe they wanted to charge me for that. Tap water is free also at Starbucks. Get a better attitude

Bad service! Bad quality fruits and drinks. Dont even get me started on the staff. The only yhing the owners care about it the money in the till at the end of the day.

We ordered 2 juices from the Square One Mall store. Excited to enjoy some Mango goodness, we went to this place.

However, when we received our order the color was darker than usual for a fresh mango juice. Also, the taste was very sour. So I asked the guy to replace it. He said the only thing he could do was add sugar and nothing more. He said the fruit naturally tastes like it.

After the jazz he gave me, I was terribly disappointed and left.

I felt miserable having spent $15 on a juice I couldn't even enjoy.

You guys are the best judges to make your call whether to visit this place or not. I'm not going back there at all.

I dont understand? !? ! Doesnt the owner of this place sees these reviews? !? !? What a joke this place is. One girl is alone working like crazy while the other guy is wondering around. Ice chuncks in my dring. This place is never consistent. Always taste different

Got this mango smoothie, tasted so so bad. The mango was all messed up and tasted so bitter. And they added so much ice that it wasnt even worth paying 10$ for this drink. Literally hated it!

Ice is NEVER crushed enough! Paying $9 for a drink that has big chinks of ice! This place is a joke. They shouldnt be alowwed to be open. They give a bad name to the franchise

Ordered a metabolism boost veggie medium juice which is suppose to come with beets, cucumber, apple, ginger. I asked if I could switch the cucumber out with carrot and the lady said it's ok, I saw her toss 4 small beet pieces in the juicer, followed by 8 big carrots. I didn't see her use ginger or apples, after I got my drink I taste no ginger or apples, just strictly carrot with a lil hint of beets, this place is a rip off, I didn't want to complain to the lady in front of other customers so I'm leaving this review to warn others

You can order the same drink and it will taste different each time. No consistency at this location.
