Orange juice was not fresh, was pre-squeezed from the morning and had a sour taste. Employee had both earbuds in while working and doesn't interact with customer or make eye contact. Asked if I can have a fresh one made and was told no. Don't understand the concept of "freshly squeezed".
I've had multiple similar incidents with this location. The staff is friendly but I don't think they have been given proper training on how to make the drinks. I ordered matcha tea today and it was super watery and had 0% matcha taste, it didn't even look green. My experience with this store has been a waste of money.
I ordered pinacolada smoothy and i got pre-squeezed and i think bottled pineapple juice mixed with coconut juice and full of ice for almost $7. It was Worst pinacolada i ever had.when i complaint about this, one of the staff said that you should order a juice and one who made this drink told me that if there wont be ice then it can’t be a smoothy. I mean seriously, if you will add too much ice only then it will be a smoothy. The staff was rude as well i have never experienced such in behaviour of staff here in Canada since i am here. I will never recommend this to anyone. Really bad experience never go for it.
I ordered a pomegranate juice for $10 and the lady literally poured me juice from ocean spray or something. I said this is not “freshly squeezed, let alone pomegranate juice. ” She said it was from a bottle that contained pomegranate and grape juice from concentrate lol. I told her to throw it out.
“ Taste of India” freshly squeezed Sugarcane juice! Absolutely divine and delicious in taste! The perfect hint of Chaat Masala, mint, ginger and lime blended to tickle my taste buds. Excellent, professional and courteous service by young lady who managed the counter very efficiently and expeditiously! Thank you for suggesting the mint! Perfect day to start my day in the City! Small juice costs over $8.00 I told the clerk. 'that's not SMALL'. Her English seemed very limited. She smirked.and smirked again. Then told me my payment didn't go thru
Would give less than one star if I could! I ordered a medium PEARL latte and paid $8.50 and literally the employee did not know how to make it! I saw him pour the milk and add tapioca and ice to the milk! When I asked him if he added any tea in it he told me that there is no tea in this drink. Like literally the pearl tea was right there above the milk! When I left after feeling humiliated for asking! I noticed that on my cup it was written small! Like I paid for a medium but I did not go back because I felt really neglected as a customer! Like literally $8.50 for a cup of milk!
I ordered orange juice and it tasted very bitter. Unlike its name it was not freshly juiced, it was poured to cup from a big bottle. Unfortunately it was waste of money

Shut this place down. I feel I need to be compensated for the horror I went through trying to drink this. Tapioca was too soft and they put only coconut milk in it. Nothing else. They also all congregated and chatted in front of the cashier - like 6 people.
Gulped some plastic pieces from the smoothie. The guy mentioned these were from the cup which they blended in. Gave a replacement. Hope its not a health risk.
Just threw out the taro bubble tea I got from this place. The tapioca pearls literally tasted like cigarette butts. Some had hard bits on the side too. Wish we read the reviews before cause that was gross
Ordered a frappe matcha with tapioca. First came with no tapioca and I had to ask them to add the tapioca I paid for and secondly it wasn’t a frappe but super liquid.
So disappointing. Emloyee charge me wrongly. I ordered small one but he charge mor for the medium And when I asked him, he impolitely just showed me the receipt insetad of clarify his mistake.
I was the only visitor in Eatons mall freshly squeezed location. The person who was selling the drinks was talking on the phone and completely ignoring me. This happened even though i made a sign that i am here and wating for the service, she just kept talking on the phone.
I paid $10 for a large drink only to find out that 90% water is really disappointing. Extremely sweet for a drink that only has kale and mango. Never buying anything from them again. If there was no star that’s what I would have given the quality of drink.
I regret not reading reviews about this place before getting two drinks! Worst drinks and they were made with regular juice packs from grocery store and tasted pathetic. I had to throw both the drinks later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
Very bad service at Vaughn Mills Mall. Rohit and Yash Made my 4 years old daughter Cry just because she wanted the topping and they would not add it after.even after offering to pay again they kept arguing very Loudly and made my 4 year old daughter cry.very bad service.will never give my money to this guys again.
Purple boost. Why brown? The girl was rude. I had to request my receipt even though the sign says if we don’t give you a receipt then it’s free. False. The two girls they have there may need more training.
I’m sure this happened to other people too. When cashing out, there’s a note on the screen saying “If you don’t get a receipt at checkout your drink is free” which is NOT honoured. We paid, the guy gave us our drinks and turned away and as we were about to walk away, I say “these are free right”? Guy had no idea and then I pointed to the screen, upon which a receipt was produced and held out to me. I go on to say that as per the note our order should be free. I would’ve walked away with my order and wouldn’t have received a receipt without asking for it. Not even an apology. Guy goes on to say how there’s a big line up behind me and I reply saying I’m still here and you’re serving me. Guy loses it and says “you want money right? Give me your email address and I’ll transfer you from my personal account” as he pushes a pen at me. I refuse to give out any info since I realized there is not going to be an official refund. No apology or remorse - just attitude. Pineapple juice tasted like fermented/carbonated canned pineapple juice, although the pomegranate juice was alright. Not worth the high price. Staff needs more customer service training and should honour their own policies.
Do NOT order from this place! Awful service, changed estimated delivery times in UBER Eats multiple times. Had to wait over 2hrs to get an order, but once I got - the smoothy tastes awful, worse than a slurpy from seven eleven. This place needs to reconsider what they are serving. Do not get 1+1 deals - a trap!

I don’t know how they work there! People stay in the long line and card terminal doesn’t work and the can’t sign this info! Also they don’t have avocado and they can’t sing this to. What the workers there?
If I could give zero star I would gladly do it every day. It's everything but fresh. Absolute waste of my money. If you guys like powdered juice I highly recommend it. First sip was a chunk of powder and the "slush" is warm and foamy.
Extremely upset I love juices and smoothies and always choose freshly squeezed and recommend it but very disappointed and upset because the staff there refused to make me a juice drink that I wanted and said she can’t make any changes to my drink because their manager had told them. All I asked was to remove apples from the green juice on their menu and substitute it with kale? Other locations happily accommodated and made my drink. Very upsetting! This location (Eaton Centre) did not
The staff is cunning and the menu/prices are deceiving. A mango bubble tea is a canned juice without any real mango or tapioca in it. Asked about it and the staff say each of that is extra. Then why call it a bubble tea? Even the juice is pretty awful.
The most disgusting fresh mango juice I have ever tasted in my life. It's largely due to the fact that their "fresh" juice comes from a bottle. Don't bother wasting your money.
Although the staff is friendly, the smoothies are awful! I ordered a passion fruit bubble tea that was tasting like lemon and the color was not the yellow of passion fruit. My wife ordered an strawberry smoothie that was completely artificial. We had to discard both drinks. Avoid this place.
Purchased a matcha frappe today, tasted like water. I'm guessing from all the ice that was added! I was also charged an additional fee for adding a banana to the mix. Not worth the $8+ I paid for a small watery drink. Will not return ever!
Been there three times only got sugarcane juice once. Never remove the “sugarcane juice” from the screen and no sorry for unavailability after long wait in line. Disappointed.
Recently, I came here after my shift with my partner to order a drink - I asked for a medium mango slush with no tapioca. While the associate made my drink, he mistakenly added tapioca in my drink so I said before he could put my drink in it that I asked for no tapioca. With no response, he put the tapioca back into the jar, but please keep in mind the cup already had mango slush in it, meaning future drinks would get that contamination of mango in it. I then asked for a new cup now knowing the company allows cross contamination. He very rudely asked me what was wrong with the cup then told me to pay for a new cup. I stated it was not a mistake I had made as a customer and therefore, I should receive a new one without paying. Another associate, the Filipino woman who I assume is a supervisor, yelled and said to give me the same cup in a very aggressive manner. I’ve also experienced terrible service with whom I assume is the manager.
