When I called to change from oil to gas I spoke with Bob Dinga who was friendly, very informative and professional. He never rushed he took the time to explain the procedure and the contract in full. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the high level of customer service and professionalism from Bob and James. They were able to handle a situation regarding an unexpected replacement for my heating system and provided me with a lot of information quickly so that I could make a informed decision on a new unit. The took all the stress out of a stressful situation.

We are a medium sized non-profit cemetery organization in Toronto that requires both Diesel and Unleaded fuel for our equipment. Running out of fuel could delay a funeral, we can not ever run out of fuel. We switched to Frew in the Spring/Summer of 2019
Frew has been great to deal with. They ensured the delivery of two brand new above ground tanks were delivered on the date and time window promised. They assisted us in sourcing all of the required safety equipment (spill kits, etc.).
Fuel deliveries have consistently arrived within the guaranteed delivery window. Most recently we were required to shut down early due to a winter storm - but, we needed fuel for the following day. One call to dispatch and our afternoon delivery was changed to arrive by noon, and it did arrive by noon, in order to allow our staff to shut the site down early.
Our sales person was, and continues to be accessible and quick to respond, the sales manager has stayed in contact to ensure our satisfaction, and just as importantly the fuel delivery drivers are friendly and extremely careful while driving on our property.
I highly recommend Frew for the professional manner that they have handled our account - from the "sales process", to tank delivery, to fuel delivery, even the billing process has been without issue.
