Frew Energy

I recently converted from oil to gas. I shopped around and decided to purchase the new gas furnace from Frew energy and have them do the work to also remove the oil tank and install the new gas furnace.

The main reason for choosing Frew energy was the sales representative Perry. He was extremely knowledgeable. Perrys client service through the whole process was remarkable. He delivered on everything he promised. He even showed up on the day the new furnace was being installed to insure everything was going smoothly. The new furnace was installed to perfection.

Overall this was a wonderful client experience from the beginning to the end. Thanks to Perry and his team for all their hard work!

The Frew Energy team did an excellent job of converting our 112 year old oil burning boiler to a new gas high efficiency combination boiler. Steve explained all of our options and helped us decide our final choice, and then got the ball rolling by arranging for the gas line to be installed. When that was completed, the first teams arrived on schedule to remove the old boiler and oil tank. Next Ray and Parker had the difficult job of designing the pipe layout, connecting all the new pipes to the old, venting, connecting the gas and electrical. They were very efficient, loaned us a couple of space heaters (it is January), thoroughly cleaned up everything, answered all of our questions and explained how the new system functioned. We were nervous about such a complicated project and anything that might go wrong, but these guys made it look easy.

My elderly parents wanted to switch to from an oil furnace to a gas furnace. When an emergency required them to switch over, Perry and his colleagues helped get the job done in a timely manner. It was the kind of friendly service that is all too rare these days. Very pleased with the service.

In December 2022, We chose to convert from oil to natural gas heating for our home, and hired Frew Energy to take on the project which included the supply and installation of the gas line, gas meter, and a new gas furnace, as well as the removal of the oil tank. This undertaking required the involvement of several subcontractors to make it all come together. The coordination and timing of all the trades to execute the project was no easy task. Steve, our Frew Energy contact, reviewed the site, provided options, presented his proposal, and looked after the coordination of the project. We now enjoy having natural gas heating along with a new, high efficiency furnace. We are glad to have employed Frew Energy to look after our needs. We are very happy with the outcome of this project, and give thanks to Steve and Frew Energy for taking good care of us. I would highly recommend Frew Energy to be a thorough and trusted partner for anyone who has heating system needs.

I recently had a new Gas Furnace installed through Frew Energy. It was an oil to gas conversion. From the initial meeting to discuss the products available right through the final install, Perry Rubino was very knowledgeable and helpful. Perry followed up after each stage of the process and was very accommodating and personable in answering any of my questions. I would certainly feel very confident in discussing any future projects and products available for my home through Perry at Frew Energy.

Our large (commercial) boiler is more than 75 years old and still runs well, largely due to the excellent service and advice we receive from our technician Peter and all staff at Frew Energy.

Frew ensures we get regular oil delivery and are very prompt in responding to our boiler concerns and calls. Peter goes the extra mile providing us with advice and maintenance suggestions and responds quickly to calls even after hours. We had our oil tanks replaced a few years ago. Ray and his team did a stellar job installing these tanks after carrying them through a narrow hallway.

Peter is now guiding us through a gas furnace replacement and is an integral part of the decision process. He has connected us with other customers who have just gone through a similiar experience.

The peace of mind Frew provides us with our heating issues is invaluable. There are over 25 people who live or work in our building who are kept comfortable with reliable heating service.

Steve, the salesman megave all the information I needed to make the decision to switch from oil to gas. The installers from Pro climate, Armando and his team did an amazing job installing my new Navien boiler. Even my inspector from the city was very impressed and let me know what a high quality and professional job they did. Colleen from the office was wonderful her friendly manner put right at ease. She answered all my questions and dealt with all my concerns very quickly effectively.
