Frick's Fish & Chips

I went here with a good friend whom I have not seen in some time. He ordered a 2 peice halibut, and I ordered a fountain drink.
The order was take out so we sat their and chatted for a while. I drank my diet coke while the food was being prepaid.
When his order was ready, I went up to the cash to pay for the pop and the kind lady said "it's on me".
I insisted on paying, and she insisted that I have a great day and not pay.
The food here is always great, the staff are awesome and the atmosphere is chill.

First time I’ve been to flick’s on recommendation as the best fish and chips…however disappointed…I ate in on paper plates…I ask for a small macaroni salad and received a serving the size of ketchup serving and was charged 2.90…not justifiable…as far as the fish being better than any other place…I’ve been to several other places and they got nothing exceptional…not happy

First time and will be the last. Haddock tasted frozen not fresh. Husband had a hair in his fish batter.

Maybe a tad pricey - but that's how things are now. The staff is really great, and so is the food.

One of the best fish and chips I have had. They use fresh local fish in a homemade batter, with homemade fries and homemade coleslaw. The food is amazing, really really amazing. I live in Windsor and drive all the way to Chatham for it; its that good!
The prices are extremely reasonable.
Especially if you go on Tuesday, that is their fish and chip special-day; there is no where place that can beat their price, and combined with the quality, I will not go anywhere else for fish and chips anymore

Food is great, quality of servings are great, enjoyed the food. However, the server my family had, Elenor, was incredibly rude to my sister while she was finishing up her order, mocking her tone of voice and making her feel incredibly insecure. My sister has social anxiety and having this server be openly mocking and rude towards her has soured our experience. We have enjoyed this food numerous times, but will not be back to visit due to the treatment by the waitstaff. As a server myself, I was disappointed to see this behaviour from someone much older and experienced in this industry.

Saw the sign that Frick's had fresh lake Erie perch so turned around and stopped by on my way home from the office to try some. First time customer and the fresh perch, fries and coleslaw were amazing! Everything was hot and tasted amazing! I will definitely be stopping by here in the future.

I ordered Halibut & Coleslaw & bottled water. Fish was nice. Tarter sauce & vinegar supplied. $14.50 for 2 pieces of fish & a medium tub of coleslaw. Water $1.75. Price including tax was $18.35. The service was lovely. The patrons seemed appreciative.

Haven’t been here in a while. Used to be great! I ordered the Boston Blue Tuesday special yesterday…. And not sure what they did with the fish but shortly after leaving I had really bad stomach cramps and I couldn’t get to a bathroom fast enough! Felt sick for the rest of the day.

Excellent customer service! I am not sure of the lady's name, but you can tell she cares about customer satisfaction. The food came out nice and hot, delicious as always. The atmosphere is nice with the big windows, however, in the Winter, I do recommend wearing a sweater, as I was chilly.

Absolutely delicious! Fresh and perfect sized portion! I haven't had fish and chips in years and I will definitely be coming back!

It's seems that in the last couple of months the fish has gotten very greasy. In the past this wasn't an issue and it was always very good.

Tasty food, good value for money. I’ve been here a couple times for the daily special, I got takeout. Everything was packed nicely and the staff are quick and friendly.
