We ordered an oven element for our old kenmore oven. The specific model we were looking for was not on amazon or local hardware store (different contact). We got it within 2 days (we live in quebec), and works like a charm.

I don't know where to start! I ordered a Broil Element from Amazon, price was excellent. Upon arrival of the item I noticed the box wasn't well closed. I opened the lid and when I pulled item out it looked like it was an installed and removed and resold!
Terminals were both bent to the point of breaking off. I found who the seller was and I contacted them. They apologized and said they would send another. Today June 28 2023 10: 45 am I received the 2nd one (It took 6 days to get here) plus the 2 for the previous!
Upon arrival, the box looked damaged and squashed! Oh great I thought to myself. Wow The item is bent and in worst condition than the 1st one. If I can give this company a 0/5 stars I would!
I have 1 angry customer who I'm sure they won't call me again and I'm frustrated through this ordeal!
They can keep the money, I dont want to deal with them again and I hope my review drops their sales, now we're even.
