They just sell furniture, no customer support at all. I bought bed along with side cabinets. One of side cabinet came defective. I got this defect on the first day. Emailed and called many times but it never got repaired or replaced.

Order custom furniture and not ready in timing.customer service is just excuses and not serious about customers order concern.

We order a sofa set nd table it is amazing.and they have amazing customer service.they did the delivery in time.

Worse customer service ever. No one pick up the phone ever. Bought product in month of april and still waiting for it as I write this and its September. Paid my money and still haven’t received it yet. Delivery was scheduled almost 5 times and had to stay home on weekend waiting for then and no one show up. No one pick up the phone and then surprisingly they call you back a week after stating its scheduled on so and so date which would be few weeks later. Spend $200 more if you have to somewhere else but do not buy anything from them. Dont know how they do their business.

Dealing with them from last four years. The best in town. Credit goes to Mr. Gurdeep singh. Do visit them if you want furniture on a reasonable price.

I received deilevery of my recliner set, Yesterday It was on time. The estimated time for the deilevery is 2 weeks. But we received it before. In future, also we are looking forward to buy more furniture. Will definitely recommend it to others also.

If there is option to give zero star the my rating would be zero to this store.
We purchased 7000$ furniture from them when they came to delivery they said we will not take garbage as we have 7 to 8 deliver in one day.
They have different personalities when you buy stuff and when it comes after receiving product and they were very rude and garbage customer service never ever buy from them.

We bought a sofa set and got it delivered in November/December but they delivered the wrong chair and they still haven't replaced it. We call them about once every week and sometimes they don't pick up and if they do they keep telling us that they have to get it delivered from another warehouse, but its been 4/5 months already!

The customer service is horrible!

Such bad experience I have with friends furniture and mattresses. I bought sofa and got delivery on 8th March and while installing delivery person cut the sofa while unwrapping. I sent email to service team and they did not reply before sending reminder. Aflnd after reply still nobody contacted me for this. Today I saw another thing in sofa that it is damaged sofa and they send it doing some touching and all. Pathetic service and pathetic stuff they deliver.

I bought sectional sofa, a king side bed, a night stand and a bedside lamp from this store for my recently renovated basement. Everything was professionally delivered and setup. Great price and customer service. My basement environment is definetly lifted by the quality of furniture.

When purchasing the item the service was good. Got the delivery after 6-7 weeks. Bought sofas and dining set. However, the delivery service was bad. They didn't show up when the delivery date was set. They lied saying that they called, didn't receive any call. I asked them to send a screenshot of the call they made. Didn't receive that proof because they didn't make any calls. The following day, they came but forgot the dining table. Showed up with only the chairs and sofa. Which was also damaged. The sales person who is also apparently the manager promised to take the garbage and even after tipping them they didn't take any garbage (boxes). And i have a newborn baby. Anyways It's true, after they receive the payment in full. They have the MOST TERRIBLE service.
