Worst customer service. First they told me we didn't pay the remainder of the money then they came and delivered it and were missing pieces demanding they will bring it at their own convenience. Then they left these huge boxes in front of my house and refused to come and take it back when I let them know I do not have anywhere to store it. Worst communication, so rude to customers. They stopped picking up my calls when I asked for an explanation.

If there was a an option for 0 stars I'd give that or well below. Horrible customer service. They messed up on a piece and there was so much back and forth they were not owning to their error. Finally after 2 to 3 months the manufacturer came took the piece that was the issue and we told them exactly what was supposed to be done. We paid thousands of dollars and expect the quality to show. What do they do? Bring the same piece back a week later as if we are stupid and wouldn't know the different. I contacted friends furniture again and of course they aren't going to reply. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS. The cushions don't stay in their position. The long end piece doesn't even fit and there is a gap. Ridiculous. Never again!

Overpriced! The "EXACT" same furniture is available at other desi furniture stores for much less (being in stock). Do your research and buy elsewhere.

Very very bad service and quality. I would give zero star or negative. Don’t waste your time and money there whatever they say on radio never give that deal or quality waste your time. They said beat price but when you ask for that they abuse language. Worst experience. They are yelling fake adds at radio and when you go to store, they say they don’t have anything. Staff have poor knowledge, only saying yes and ok for everything. I would like to give negative star if possible. Don’t waste your money and time on buying china products.

One of the worst place in terms of customer dealing. They quote a price and then at the time of billing they change their quoted price.
Raminder Kaur, the sales girl has no decency to talk, she is a liar and most rude employee.
She quotes a price and then forgets her quoted price and pushes you to buy the article which you don’t even like. She even shouts at you and humiliates you in front of other customers and you would prefer to leave the store rather than buying from such a place.
Wasted our time and we regret thinking to shop with them

I ordered myself a bed which I had to pickup and when I Did I just found out that it was a wrong bed. Please don’t waste your time here the reps will pretend to be the manger which they are not.

Just want to put you in corner, not good policies for customers, they do mistakes and then if you want to cancel the order you have to pay 25% cancellation charges. They speak very sweetly when you go to buy but after sales they will even raise their voice when you are talking softly. Very Bad customer service.all good reviews are from their friends it seems. I can keep writing how they lie about most of their stuff.finally I was forced to do business with them I hope that product doesn't gives me trouble at least for a year for which they have told me one year warranty verbally. Guys be careful and do not buy from this store as these guys are cheat and fraudsters. They will sell you Chinese item good looking furniture at High prices which will break down in less than 6 months and when you call them, they will give you a run around like anything like you never ever bought from them
It will not happen with companies like Brick and Leon’s who are Canadian companies way ahead in customer service and product quality. Trust me you will regret your purchase from here. Save yourself from the horror and avoid this shop

Worst place to buy furniture and mattresses in GTA. I wish i had read these reviews before buying my stuff. They are fraud and sell fake guarantees. When you go back for any claim, they turn their back and never respond.

The talk well on TV and radio but Off-camera very very bad service I have been trying to contact them for delivery information but they keep extending the date of the arrival.they don’t give you an answer they just keep humming.very bad service I don’t recommend you guys ever getting anything from them.there are so many other store better service then them

Before writing this review I went trough to reviews and looks like I’m not the only one with that problem. If I could give this 0 starts trust me I would.they have the worst sale service and disrespectful customer care not only in store but also after sale (especially after sale). Kept delaying the delivery date because of the weather (it was once) or their schedule changed very often and that is very un professional if your owning a business you need to stay organized and give your client appropriate service. And when we called the customer care they were very rude and not afraid to pick a fight. If your are talking to a client on the phone be respectful and on our side we were talking with a very fair and calm tone not once did we raise our voice I feel like they should do the same. When we did call them they kept saying “ we will call you back with updates” but often never did. If we pay you to get our furniture we also expect you to respectful and organized not only that They were also very over priced. Not to leave the part out where we were working with them for more than 5 years.we went back there to buy our furniture because we liked their service back in the day. But if I’m looking at it today I Do not recommend and not looking to go there again for now just waiting for my sofa set that I still didn’t receive yet and it almost been a month I’ve been waiting. Not only that but they treat their clients very poorly. Hopefully they will use This review to improve their service.

Worst service ever. When we bought the bed, they were very polite and nice just to get the sale. Then delivery was delayed and on top of that when the delivery did come; the staff putting together the bed set was the rudest ever. When we called in to complain about the bed box dimensions being too small; we were confronted by a rep who told us that if we complain about the price difference he’s not going to deliver anything to us and we can keep the “incorrect size” as it is. Even though we had paid for the right size and had confirmed exactly how we needed it to be. We will never be going back here!

If I could five them less than one star, I would have. They only provide service before you pay them. Once you have paid them then their tone changes and the voices become rude, they do not even listen to what you have to say even for simple question. We went to the store after purchasing and showed them the invoice as we had question. Once the guy saw the invoice, he just walked away without saying anything at all as if we didn't exist. The delivery guys were very rude as well.

I am old client of Friends furniture from the last 10 years. Every time whenever I made a purchase with them I received impeccable service and quality. I personally recommend each and everyone who so ever want any kind of elegant furniture at most reasonable prices must shop Friends.

I visited friends furniture today. They have vast variety for sofa and beds. Staff is very friendly and cooperative to customer needs. I even got a nice gift hamper. I would highly recommend store for their collection, customer service and deals.

I book sofa and bed from them. So I ask them to cancel sofa because It not gone fit in home. So I ask them can able buy only bed but they chagering cancel fee 2600. Don't go there.

They have a good range of furniture little expensive than other stores but yes a. Ice range. Good staff to help you most imp they don't give you false promise about delivery.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

This is the worst store in all of GTA. We had a terrible experience. Ordered a sofa set in July and was supposed to be delivered in mid August which was changed to end of August. After re-changing the delivery time 8 times, finally got a message that the sofa will be delivered on November 1st. The sofa set was still not delivered and the delivery date was changed again to November 19th and as expected they said the delivery wont be happening and asked us to take a refund.
During the whole process, we called them each week and were told each week that they will be calling us back with an update. We NEVER got a call back from anyone.

Stay away from this store as they will take your money when selling and pretend they have the best customer service but they actually have the worst customer service of all the stores.

The radio advertisements are all just to lure customers in and does not deliver 1% of what is promised.

Save yourselves months of trouble and go to a reputable and trustable furniture store.

This review is about Friends furniture in Brampton. I purched one bedroom set. It was floor Model with missing one night table. Price was good $2695. +tax. Quality of my Bedroom set was excellent. Delivery and installation was free. Friends Furniture usually do not advertise free Delivery and free installation. One light adapter was missing. I called and ask about missing adapter. Next day they delivered the adapter to my home in Hamilton. Which I really appreciate that. I don't know the name of dealing person name. Really want to mention here.

Customer service is Terrible.
Sell damage sofa without telling the defect to customer.

Having an issue with deflated cushions in a sofa set we purchased. Have called several times over the past summer and visited in store one month ago to discuss with Mr. Avtar Gakhal. He was reassuring that the matter would be resolved by one of his technicians in the same week.

No one has come, and he has stopped picking up any of our calls. Best to avoid this place, as once they get your money, the friendship ends.

Worst service. They delayed delivery of our furniture and after chasing them constantly and waiting for 2 months they have sent us display piece instead of new box. We have been cheated and duped. Paid for installation and now we are left with used display piece. We were recommended this place by close friends and we never read the reviews before purchasing from here. Never buy from this place again.

I ordered furniture december 11,2020. One day later i changed my mind and asked for refund but they refused, saying the order is already placed and is started. Today its 10 march 2021. Still waiting for my order to be delivered. I call every week 3 times and they keep on making excuses. There is one person named Rana and the same person becomes manny for making more excuses.

Good service delivery on time boys do great job on delivery setup all and take garbage back by Hardee and sukhchain good team

It took them 2 weeks to replace a damaged piece and everytime a delivery was scheduled, they cancelled last minute. The delivery men were unprofessional and made a mess, tossing garbage from the packaging onto my other furniture. I am never ordering from here again.

We had 2 defective sofas; However, the store managers/sales rep have delivered 2 brand new sofas to Hamilton for us. I would def Recommend them!

Pls save urself a lot of inconvenience n dont shop here. Went in Nov n was told the bedroom set was in stock n will b delivered in 2 weeks n after numerous calls they keep delaying n its almost feb n still not delivered. Staff except the owner Avtar singh is highly unprofessional n rude ofcourse after you make the purchase. Rest of the furniture i bought they initially said was ready n were waiting for the bed n today i was told that the sectional is also almost ready. Just tired of their lies.
