Even though this location is quite a distance from my home, I always make it a point to get my servicing done here anyway because of Norm, the manager. What a personable and great guy! The work on my cars is always completed within the promised time and the service is top-notch. Thank you Norm and your team!

In early November, in the middle of snow tire install season, I got a flat on my way home from work on the 417. Because I have run flats, I was able to make my way to Kal Tire and park the car safely in their parking lot. The place was packed when I got in and I was told that they would not be able to get me an appointment until next month. When I explained to Jesse that my car was parked in their lot, that I needed it to get to and from work every day as an essential worker, and that even if I found another tire shop and got the car towed there, I would most likley encounter the same situation and not be able to get an appointment for weeks. So Jesse found me a replacement tire in the system, got it delivered in two business days, and I had my car back within three business days. Thank you to Jesse for the great customer service and to Kal Tire for getting me back on the road quickly. I will definitely be buying my next set of tires at your shop.

I showed up on a Friday at 4: 45 (15 minutes before closing time) because the skid plate on my car was lose following a snow storm. The technicians took my car straight away to have a look at it and were able to remove the skid plate. They took their time to do this and didn't charge me a thing. I really appreciate it and thank you so much!

I've been coming here for several years, for tires as well as mechanic services, and they always go the extra mile to help you out (and save you money when possible.) Definitely recommend!

Went in for a wheel alignment. After 2 tries, steering wheel was off center and car drifted a bit. Kevin went out of his way to book me at the Clyde location at no additional cost, and had his equipment recalibrated. Clyde location adjusted the toe a bit and steering was centered and car doesn't drift anymore.

On Tuesday booked an appointment for Friday morning 8am to do a safety check and was told it takes ~1 hour.

Arrived on time to be told that I have to leave the car for the whole day which is NOT what I was told over the phone.

After some arguing I left. This is not cool.

UPD: got a call later that day with apologies. Tried to get to the bottom of this situation. Agreed to give it another try next week.

UPD2: the check was done as agreed.

Excellent service both times I have been. Today I needed inner tubes in wheels off a log splitter. They did the job in time for me to return and pick up the wheels after other shopping. This saved me driving 31km home and back. At today’s gas prices that’s more than just a waste of time. Also very reasonable bill for tubes and work.

Mohammed Abbas the manager at this location was excellent. Amazing service and willing to go beyond to make sure you're happy. More garages need guys like this.

Amazing service! I had an emergency and am not from the area, they were so helpful and kind! Mohammad was so kind and understanding. I can't say enough good things! Stressed out single mom in a bad situation and they helped my son and I get home safely.

Today I contacted Frisby Tire, looking for a specific tire. Unfortunately they were not able to get me the tire I needed, non-the less, the young Lady from the Tire Dep.spent time trying to find a solution to this issue. I commend their CS. She deserves the CS AWARD. Frisby is very luck to have someone that cares about what they do, and provides TOP NOTCH CS. Way to go FRISBY. This made my day.

Amazing! Fixed my tire while I waited. Charged me way less than expected. Always my go to for tire repairs and replacements.

Norm, the manager was awesome, he helped me get coverage on my tires that were supposedly not covered. One sidewall blowout in my driveway, and two other on the way to failure. He and I called the manufacturer, and we finally got not a great solution, but an acceptable one given the supply chain issues. Norm, Kevin, and Moe are friendly and will be glad to help. I had an oil change, wheel alignment, and new tires installed on two cars. Highly recommended.

Replaced a sensor on my car that had no connection to my actual issue. They had insisted it was fixed due to the replacement and took a test drive & no issues. Paid, took my car for a test drive and same issue happened. They are in it for the money - not to actually service your issues.

Went there twice and they fixed my car in a matter of hours.
The prices are fair!
Will definitely go back.

Im new to the area and an early morning breakdown had me scrambling.they took me in on super short notice, and had me out within 24 hours.they were a recommendation from another shop and I'm super pleased.would definitely recommend.

Im sick and tired of tire places that let the tires leave the shop all dirty, and then to be told off for bringing it to there attention! I wont be returning to Frisby Tire

My wife and I have had our car alignment done here and I have bought two sets of tires from Norm. The service from all of Norm's team is first rate. I have relied on Norm's advice for both the summer and winter tires on my car and have not regretted it for a minute.

Had to replace a tire that blow up on me. The gent at Frisby said that it would cost over $450 to replace. I told him that when I bought them it was less then $250 each. "He said that was the price". So I called my mechanic he said "I can get you the same one for $244.

I don't know a lot about the tire industry but I would guess that they get their tires from the same place. If that is true the mark-up that Frisby charges seems out of line with the rest of the industry.

These guys are very good and they can service your tires on the good but the only thing with mobile service is that it’s a bit pricey

These guys know tires. Whether it's for purchase, installation, or just balancing, they have the equipment and knowledge to do it right. Their prices are decent and their staff is friendly enough.
Most recently, I went in to get new tires put on existing rims and then those wheels swapped with the ones on my vehicle. They did the work while I waited and performed the work quickly.

Got me in for a wheel alignment with no appointment. Told me alignment wasn't necessary and didn't charge me full price like some shops would.
