Blair was so accommodating last minute. She was so helpful getting me scheduled in half an hour and pool guys showed up professionally on time. The pool guys were so friendly to our dog and to us. Educating us as they were working. They made us feel like we are family already! I would recommend Frisko pools for all your pool openings. I will not go anywhere else, neither should you!

Frisco Pools is dishonest, they lie to you, bad time management. I don't recommend anybody working here.

Our hot tub was in need of a deep clean, so we contacted Frisco Pools based on a friend's recommendation.they gave us an appointment within 36 hours. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Within 3 hours of his arrival, our hot tub was spotless and looked like new. And the job was affordable! We will definitely be calling again!

Frisco Pools has been maintaining our pool for the past year and we have been very satisfied with the service they provide. Their staff are very customer service oriented, handling all of our pool maintenance and repair issues. We had them out in July and they cleaned the tile and acid washed the pool and it came out beautiful! Look no further if you're looking for a reliable and reasonable pool service company.

They came over that very same day. He was polite, professional, and had a great understanding of my pool and equipment. He made some great suggestions, to which I agreed. Needless to say, I hired him on the spot. I am very positive about the great service of my pool, with reasonable pricing. Thank you

I came in at opening time and waited all day to get an answer by email and did not get a response very disappointed, we needed something done for our pool because our kids wanted to swim they were waiting patiently all day so that I could get a response back and I did not get a response. A re-emailed the email more than once to see maybe it didn’t go through and I continue to not get an email I am very disappointed with the customer service.

Really Appreciated the onsite technicians walking me through the repair and answering all my questions. Definitely took customers service a step further by taking extra care, to keep tidy and got the job done! Our pool was back up and running for the whole family to enjoy over the holidays!

Great selection and service.staff were informative and knowedgeable in their products. Found this store much more efficient and professional than the other local pool company in town. Highly recommended

Just bought an above ground pool. Took in a water sample and girl behind the counter whom didn't seem to confident on what she was recommending kept going to the back to get my questions answered.ended up spending $180.00 of pool chemicals as I was told they were required. Followed her instruction, added the required products but didn't feel good about what I was doing and very skeptical about her instructions. Ended up going to Pioneer pools in Brampton with another water sample and I had to drain my pool because the girl at Frisco pools had me add way to many chemicals. Still have a brand new container of chlorine pucks as apparently I don't need those either.
Have been going to Pioneer Pools ever since. Best advice by far! Spending $7.00 per month to keep my pool maintained.

They do not train the summer staff. They treat them extremely poorly and are dishonest. Need to learn about WHMIS

We moved into a new home with a pool earlier this year and came into some problems early on! We spent alot and used "unnamed other company" and were sooo incredibly frustrated and disappointed with everything! Wanted to shout out Keira for being our “green pool” savour earlier this summer. She literally came to our house almost immediately at the end of her shift of a long weekend! Wanted to say thank you to Thomas and Dale for the pool closure yesterday - incredible job and thanks for all the advice.and to your entire staff for being so amazing all summer long (buying product, purchasing a vacuum etc)! It was our first year with a pool- it was a challenge and we wouldn’t have made it through without your staff! Thank you so so very much!
