Front Line Tours

I just returned from another Front Line bus trip in December, to my favorite resort, Soaring Eagle.
As usual, it was an excellent trip in all aspects!
Ken, the bus driver, was his usual pleasant, humorous and very helpful self, assisting everyone with their luggage and doing his expert driving.
Jocelyn and Randy did their usual great job of looking after everything. They made the time pass quickly on the bus and were available at any time at Soaring Eagle to handle any issues that came up.
At the resort, the rooms were clean, the casino areas were well maintained and there was a good variety of restaurants to choose from.
There was a private Christmas party during our stay and it was fabulous! The food was good, the service was excellent, the band was very entertaining and a lot of prizes were given out.
Myself and my friends found the pool water a little on the cool side but still pleasant.
It was nice to have the bottled water on the bus but the holders on the back of the seats wouldn't hold them tight enough and there were several bottles rolling around on the floor.
We have already booked seats for next December's Soaring Eagle bus trip. If you are thinking of going, I suggest you contact Front Line immediately as the buses are starting to fill up already!
It is a thoroughly enjoyable casino bus trip and I would recommend it to anyone who likes these kind of trips.

My wife and I recently travelled to Soaring Eagle Resort in Michigan with Front Line Tours, excellent stay and our travel hosts did an excellent job. The room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge, and even a micro wave. The bathroom had a walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable. We received vouchers for slot machines and food services. We eat at the Deli and the meals were wonderful and prices excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Very easy to use slot machines though I had to have assistance with my access card. Gift shop was excellent with a variety of products and even purchased some liquor at the shop with an excellent price. Great stay and highly recommended.

Huge round of applause to Harvey, Ron and Rose as well as their office support for getting us home from Seneca Allegany by way of Kingston after the Niagara border was closed unexpectedly on November 22 2023. The Seneca stay on the 20th and 21st was excellent as always but getting home is always better.

This is such a weird issue we have it here in Canada. "They" do whatever they can to make the internal tourism so expensive and hard to handle. You can spend 3 days 2 nights or more everything included into a trip package from Mexico or Cuba more cheaper than spending one day in Quebec or another city! Whyyyyyyyyyyyy!?

We went to Soaring Eagle last week. We had a wonderful time. The driver, Harvey was the best driver and we felt very safe with his driving. He made sure we got on and off the bus safely and answered any questions we had. Our tour guides, Nicholas and Caroline, went above and beyond their duties. They were very friendly and we felt comfortable with them from the moment we met them, Soaring Eagle is an excellent place to visit. One of the side trips was to Frankenmuth, well worth the time. I booked another tour as soon as I got home! Susan

I have just returned from a trip to Turning Stone Casino & Resort and am very pleased in the professional manner the staff at Frontline Tours have always made the arrangements. The escorts Jerry and Liz are wonderful and see that every detail is tended to. Along with Harvey (our driver) and Jerry and Liz, this trip was so much fun! I will definitely be booking other trips and especially with Jerry & Liz.

Frontline Tours is less expensive then some of the other companies but on our event Cape Cod trip we realized you do get what you pay for. The tour guides did very little to enhance our trip and as it was raining and cold Oct. 3 to the7th (which no one could control) there was no consideration for the weather. We were dumped off on a Main Street in the cold rain to find a restaurant. After walking up and down the street we found a little Jamican CaFe that was reasonably priced and our waiter had the biggest smile. I had asked if we could go to a large mall we passed to be out of the rain but my request wAs No. Going down and back the bus would only stop at the dirtiest and worst MacDonalds I have ever visited. There was no thought of making the tour enjoyable. The hotel we stayed in had no coffee shop, bar or dining room and was definitely a 2 star at best. There was no maid service during the 3 days we were there. Also no elevator to the 2nd floor so for a senior waiting for knee replacement the stairs were a challenge.
