I have known Marco for several years. I was fortunate enough to meet him a number of years ago when my real estate career started to take off. I have never met a more knowledgable home inspector. Marco has a brilliant real estate mind, and has become a great mentor to me. I will continue to recommend Marco to any Realtor or buyer/seller that is looking for a fantastic home inspector. When my family and I were buying a home in Toronto a number of years ago, Marco helped us walk away from an aging home, that would have cost tens of thousands of dollars in repair, if we had bought it, thanks to his detailed inspection of the home. He then helped us to quickly act on a house that we loved during the white hot real estate market of early 2017. Without Marco, we would not have been able to land this amazing house. If you are looking for an inspector who is knowledgable and who will have your best interest at heart, Marco is your man!

Marco inspected a 1300 sf condo I purchased recently for $400 & a short inspection time (1 to 1 and 1/2 hrs.) He did not give a full written report. He also DID NOT DETECT 4 important things which should have been discovered. 1) several electrical outlets are not working,
2) the fridge water dispenser didn't work,
3) the balcony screen door was broken
4) the landline phone cord had been cut by a previous owner resulting in all condo phone jacks being useless. Marco should have used a simple testing device for the outlets, ran the water dispenser, plus, checked the visible phone cord path to see that it was cut. A simple pull on the screen door would have found the problem. I would not hire him again & cannot recommend him.

So glad we chose Frontline Home inspectors and Marco to inspect our property. Very professional, organized and thorough. I've already recommended to some family members and friends who are looking for a home inspector.

Marco Ganassini did a home inspection not knowing that the home owner was a licensed Journeyman ICI and member of the Local 353 for over 2 decades. Marco made a complete fool of himself reporting that one of the junction boxes was over loaded. He should buy himself the Ontario Electrical Code book and learn how to calculate and determine if a junction box is overloaded or not.

To whomever replied. No personal attacks were made on Marco, just on what he has reported. Which was that the junction box was overloaded. How would he determine that? Please tell me. Marco is supposed to be a home inspector, he should have knowledge of electrical codes, he obviously does not! BTW only professional trades worked on our home, but nice try! Marco shouldn't say that there is something wrong with a junction box if there isn't.

Marco did a home inspection for us and exceeded all of our expectations for what we could learn about the house. Really nice to be around this high level of quality and professionalism.

We hired Frontline to inspect our first prospective detached home and we cannot imagine making a purchase as large as this without it. The inspection was thorough and helped us identify many things in the home that we would not have seen without their inspection - especially since it's often hard to see things objectively when looking through a home as a buyer. As part of a year-end-review for our Townhouse in Waterdown I was looking for a Home Inspector. We have had issues with our builder in terms of initial build quality and I needed an inspector that packed a punch.
