Always a great experience here and food is great! But way too busy on Thursday to Sunday not enough parking for such a busy plaza!

The liked the frys and onion rings but the southern fried chicken sandwich i got was rather dry and could have used more sauce.

Been here a few times and the service gets worse and worse. We could have easily spent twice as much money last time but would easily go 20mins without seeing the waitress. Everything from drinks to food to the bill just took way too long.

I've eaten here and handful of times, both for dine-in and take-out, and the food has always been great! So much to choose from, and always yummy.

Can't comment on service because it's usually Uber Eats I order their food from but we were initially introduced to their food by friends ordering us some when we were sick. I've probably ordered from Frosty John's at least 15 times since then, love the suicide wings but we've explored some of the pastas, slouvaki, tacos, burgers, crab dip etc. Great portions and it must be well loved because the plaza is always packed all because of Frosty! Usually Thursdays.

A great find! We just stumbled upon this great place while looking for a bite to eat. As you walk in the door you get the feeling this will be a positive experience, and you won't be disappointed. Lots of tv screens (including at the booths), friendly, efficient staff, a menu that seems to go on forever with its choices, and finally, wonderful food at a fair price. What more could you ask for. I will go back, even if it involves going out of my way to get there!

I had an order of fish and chips that was undercooked and overbattered. Originally they tried to gave me half off for a meal I didn’t even eat but the manager made it right. Overall an alright experience.

Generous portions, great menu, friendly staff keep us coming back every time. Looking forward to dining in soon as they've got loads of TV screen's to catch all the games!

Most food I order from here isn’t great, mashed potatoes almost made me barf they were so gross. Good ribs, though.

Called to place an order for a cash delivery, was directed to their website, ordered what I wanted and went to payment type only to find out its visa debit or credit card called back to ask and was told that the only options are what is provided on website, guess frosty johns does not need my money poor customer service if you ask me and I work in a call center so I know a little bit about customer service, I also work for a wonderful private delivery service on weekends and we go above and beyond for our customers

I have been eating here for years and have literally never been disappointed. Phenomenal prices, food, portion size, atmosphere, and staff.

Always fresh and delicious food. My favourite is the soup/salad/Bruschetta combo. I upgrade to french onion soup. Best I've had. Their in house made dill dip is so good.

Just had this tonight. Ordered through skip the dishes. My wife’s fajitas were good but I ordered the wings a fries and they were disgusting. The fries were mushy and the wings were even mushy. Very gross.

Absolutely the greatest Creme Brulee ever.have developed a very strange addiction to it and order this dessert 3 to 4 times a week. Very Simple and Tasty. Thank You FJ

Very rude on phone, was hung up on after being told to order online even when there is option to order by phone. Makes no sense but ok, food was food indeed but extremely plain. Southwest fried chicken sandwich that tasted like nothing, there was no flavour in that or the rice balls. Would not go back or recommend.

I ordered using the online order system and it worked great. Fantastic job on the menus, seems like any type of craving you have they have an option for it was really great! I ordered the portobello mushroom and goat cheese pasta and it was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for better. My husband got the sashkwatch burger. He loved it. They prepared it perfectly. Thank you for the amazing food and being open during this time

My work just ordered us take out from here. It was amazing. Massive portions, everything was extremely delicious!

This is a family favorite we would come here all the time, however we were really disappointed when the fries changed from crispy to regular fries. We would come here specifically for the fries we loved the baked and crisp of the fries! Please go back

I've been trying to support local businesses,
However I will not be ordering from this restaurant again! First ordered was undercooked food and today hairs in Chicken Wings! Really sad as it used to be a decent place.

Ordered the Mexican salad via skip the dishes
And didn’t come with the mango salsa
The restaurant said they had updated their menu but unable to do at skip the dishes

Very sad to say me and my girlfriend are regular customers and today I picked up my food and my wings which were the roasted garlic ranch were poorly cooked and barely edible at the end

My partner and I have been weekly regulars at Frostys for years now. In person we have always been happy with the food and service. During the lockdown we have tried to support small businesses that are struggling right now by ordering takeout but had an awful experience today here. I ordered a chefs burger which includes bacon and cheese but in the online system wasn’t given the option of specifying what I wanted on it. In requesting the burger be plain to avoid pickles and onions, I ended up without bacon or cheese but still got all the other toppings anyway which didn’t really make sense. I called and the staff member literally told me that while he saw my point about the burger not being plain anyway, but missing bacon and cheese, he didn’t want to argue with the owner. I asked to speak to the owner who proceeded to cut me off, speak over me, and refused to admit that this couldn’t be right. After going in circles he finally told me I could drive all the way back for another burger which seemed pointless and a waste of more time and gas. Had he been kind or understanding of the error, perhaps I’d have felt more inclined. I am floored that in a time where businesses are depending on their customers more than ever that this was how was I treated. And we even left a solid tip on our takeout order which clearly was a mistake. Really disappointing experience. I’ll certainly be taking my business elsewhere if this is the way things are being run right now.

Food was good however if you arrange for pick up and they tell you a certain time, make sure you are not in a rush. It took an extra 25 mins of waiting.

Always a great meal and never disappointed! The large menu caters to all cravings and they somehow do each dish extremely well. Would highly recommend the Irish Chicken or the Wild Mushroom Risotto with Braised Beef!

Amazing food and great prices. It is our place to go for Friday night dinners. I recommend ordering online where you can get lots of deals.

Even during this blasted pandemic going on, the staff do their best to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and safe.

Ordered supper for 6 of us & everyone enjoyed their meals. Everything was delicious as always Chicken wings were jumbo size & done exactly as ordered. Delivery was quick through their own deliver people. Friendly service.
