Nutella flavour does not taste like Nutella. Cake batter is good. Toppings are usually good but I’ve had old candy from them too. Hit or miss. Menchie points aren’t as great as they used to be and prices have gone up

Staff at this location not friendly, quite rude. Instead of being greeted with “hello” staff stood quietly behind the till staring. Staff did not exchange any words during my order. Not even “you’re welcome” after saying thank you.

I love that I can get added protein into my decaf Frappuccino. It makes it more of a meal replacement. There is no place to sit here, you have to take it downstairs to the food court. Everyone was fast and nice.
