Very negative experience. My agent, Joycelyn Yip, is disrespectful and dishonest. When I questioned about the price of my policy, she tried to trick me that i was not overcharged by her mistaken action. She acted like she had an attitude, very unprofessional and rude. This young lady is a basic. Don’t get this Joycelyn Yip.

My experience with FSB Group was absolutely terrible. Specifically dealing with EDDIE SO. Worst broker I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this broker or insurance group to any one! Zero communication, impossible to get a hold of. WORST EXPERIENCE for insurance.

Found one of those cards some other reviewer posted a photo of on my front porch and decided to reach out. Wanted a quote for just auto insurance as my home policy isn't up for renewal yet. I liked the auto quote but was told I had to pair it with home insurance at the same time.

Called my current insurance company and they told me if I cancelled midterm there would be an early cancellation fee.

Not wanting to incur the cancellation fee, I ultimately told this brokerage to get lost. I have never heard that a consumer must pair their home & auto insurance together on the same effective date. What if I don't own any property? I thought Ontario had a take-all-comers rule for auto insurance?

Their sales practices are highly questionable!

You have to stay on top of them, or your policy will expire without a new one in place. Many excuses, none of which are very convincing.

They also seem to favour Pembridge Insurance and refuse to divulge competing quotes. I suspect they send policies where they get the greatest commission rather than what makes sense for the client.

I've been with FSB group for well over a year now and absolutely recommend their services. The team is quick to respond and find solutions for all of my insurance needs.

This organization promotes littering on a private property in our neighborhood. Tried to call them - no answer. If you can deal with someone else - please do, maybe if Rose goes out of business there will be less unwanted trash on our doorstep.

Dear all, I rarely write public reviews but this time I feel obliged to wright such review and warn public absolutely not to use services of this company.
After 16 years of business and many properties and cars insured with FSB they unprofessional and negligent agents led to the situation of cancelling insurance coverage for several of my properties, having my properties with no insurance coverage for several months and after all not willing to compensate for additional premium of 30% resulted caused by extremely unprofessional service of FSB. Please stay away and specifically from agents Vladimir and Margarite Mukhin

Great rates for house and car insurance they bit the competition. I can recomend to chek them before renewing the insurance

Being field Sales Rep I needed a commercial insurance in that respect FSB change regular insurance from Travelers Canada to Economical which Travelers Canada didn't charge me any early cancellation fee. On the contrary, recently I lost my job for which I needed to switch Commercial Insurance to regular auto insurance, I had a bad experience with FSB. I asked FSB to cancel my commercial Insurance and bring it to regular insurance. They checked and told me no company is offering any auto insurance until I agree to take home insurance. I told them give me a quote. FSB give me a quote from Intact, which is $40/month more than the Quote I got directly from Intact. In this immoral situation, I asked FSB to cancel my commercial auto insurance with request to waive the early cancellation fee, which they failed and I am sure they didn't communicated with Economical to explain and pursue my request. My request all please do not buy insurance policy from FSB or any broker rather buy directly from Insurance company this way you will save money.

My parents are insured with FSB Group, so it was a no brainer for me to choose them for my insurance. They are amazing.

We had a very bad traumatic experience with this brokerage for our commercial insurance needs. We dealt with Colin Robinson and Ayesha Farhan for years and it was ok until our premium was doubled without reason. Colin attempted to convince us that this was still a "good deal" (and without checking the market first) and we should accept it (blindly)! The questions were not welcomed nor the request to provide us with quotes from other insurance companies (for comparison reasons). This "good deal" turned out to be bad, and a much lower and better rate was secured with another insurer for the same product. Colin, Ayesha, and Clive left a 4-minute voicemail message on our phone before our telephone meeting. In this conversation, they discussed how and what policy to sell us in a very unprofessional manner (ie what information should / should not be disclosed to me), and Colin called me "unbelievable witch". From this conversation, it was clear that Colin and his team do not care about the customer and servicing their best needs. The conduct of our brokers, Colin and Ayesha, and the commercial manager, Clive, was very unprofessional and disrespectful, to say the least, and it is a very disappointing experience. This whole situation was very stressful and offensive. The top management, Kim Le Mesurier, did not address my complaint and just brushed me off. I do not recommend this brokerage to anyone!

Really bad experience with these brokers. Failure to cancel old policies and incurring subsequent overcharges on 2 occasions. Recommendations to change insurers to gain reduced premiums were received but the actual premiums lifted by approx. 50%, failure to send auto insurance certs etc etc etc.would not recommend.

FSB Group has been providing me superb insurance for 3 years now, I’m impressed with their service and quality.

Very nice while you speak with them! More than 2-3 years with this broker. Never got policy with knowing the price ahead - always a "surprise" even if asked to know before. "Wow" the price increased! So, why we changed the insurance company if with the previous one the price was better? 1 more surprise was to receive 3 different policies (for 2 cars and house) with 8 and 9 monthly payments plan instead of 12 per year and since April the change hasn't done. While writing emails- she asked me to call back, calling back- answer" don't worry, I'll do everything". You believe and forget for a few months as a life is busy and actually that's why you choose to use a broker and not by yourself. Don't recommend them at all!

This insurance broker company use to be good. Once my broker left, they havent had one that knows how to do there job. Claims open for months. Spoke to them about renewing back in Feb to start getting quotes and here we are with nothing done. Now I have to figure things out myself and on such a short notice. They are very incompetent and dont know how to maintain good service, they bounce you around from broker to broker without your knowledge.

Amit Konorty at FSB has been there for us. He's organized policy changes when our business needed extra coverage, and helped us to get the best plan for our business. He's thorough, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
