We were in the neighborhood and wanted to get some ice-cream and stumbled on this place. We ordered vanilla soft serve. We waited quite some time to get it. It seemed the ice cream hadn’t fully set and it was a bit grainy.
Walked here to try their mini donuts because I was craving donuts. Low key did not regret it. I love the variety of flavours they have and that they make the donuts fresh for you on order. I tried the rosewater pistachio, lemon meringue and apple pie (because churro was sold out). The rosewater pistachio had a really interesting flavour, just not for me. Apple piece was pretty standard. Honestly would recommend getting lemon meringue. SO GOOD. I took a video of me eating it and low key was some great asmr. Would love to try the other flavours
Great little place. They have a mango pineapple whip which is dairy free. I actually had to ask twice if it was dairy free because it was so rich. Highly recommend.
Super friendly staff! And some incredible ice cream cones. I got the Cookie Monster which was delicious, not too sweet and just the right amount of crunch. They have different types of waffle cones as well. These are definitely instagramable so make sure to have your camera ready to snap a quick pic before you eat!
Among the top 3 doughnut places in Toronto alongside Cops Donuts and 6ix Donutz. When I went, they were out of the churro flavored which I would have loved to try, but I ended up getting the crème brûlée, Skor and coconut flavored doughnuts. Freshly made, these are like heaven in your mouth. If it weren't for my fitness goals, I'd keep visiting this place every week.
Stopped by for some donuts. Very cute and quite a few flavours to choose from. You can get 6 mini donuts for about $7. They all have the same mini donut base with different toppings and icings for each of the flavours.
Tried the monster flavoured ice cream and malteser flavoured ice cream. They were extremely delicious. Its a cute little place with unique flavoured ice cream and donuts. Highly recommended place for good dessert.
The little donuts are so great! We got a box of 6 for 2 people with 3 different flavors. We thought it would be more of a bakery/dessert cafe vibe, but its a take out spot sharing space with a Bao restaurant.
I really liked their ice cream and drink. We got the cookie monster ice cream and the Tropical Paradise drink. The cookie monster ice cream was great! Really loved it. The drink was really good too. It's not just vanilla icecream in the magic nectar. We got 6 donuts and though they look great for the gram, they aren't worth it.
Bit small and crowded inside. Friendly staff but found the donuts were a bit underwhelming given the hype and "flavours". The pastry part, delicious, but capturing flavours like "creme brulee or boston creme" just didn't work.
Pricey but delicious - we had cookies and cream, chocolate pistachio and skor. And the best part was that they were not too sweet. We also had the homer one but that one was much sweeter.
Tried the mini donuts the other day. They were made to order, flavours tried were Boston cream, maple bacon, cookie monster and rosewater pistachio. For the most part they were decent. The consistency of the doughnuts were okay but some of them were undercooked. The flavours were minimal and a bit underwhelming but maybe due to the size of the donuts. One mini donut was approximately a little larger than the size of a toonie. The store itself though is a shared space and was rather full with people just loitering during my brief visit.
This place is a little hard to find because it was inside another restaurant. Adorable mini donuts and very friendly staff. I tried a few and there were some hits and some misses with the creme brûlée donut being my favourite.
Scoops melted really quickly. Tasted alright. Had a hair (much shorter and a different colour than mine) embedded in a scoop. The cashier also stared at the machine as I was inputting the tip, which was a little awkward. Overall disappointed.
Their donuts are neither worth selling nor buying. We tried the cinnamon sugar ones since it's hard to mess that up. The donuts were not fresh at all (old, stale, dry) and the cinnamon sugar barely stuck on (like sand at the bottom of the box). WORST OF ALL, They only gave us 10 donuts in an order of 12. Never getting these again.
The donuts I ordered (from top to bottom) are “Mini Homer”, “Cookies n Creme”, “Apple pie”, and “Campfire s’mores”
The donuts were fresh and bite size. They are reasonably priced at $13.50 for 16 mini donuts. They were light, fluffy, and soft with a cake-like texture. I like how they give an option to mix and match different flavours.
The homer donuts had a strawberry glaze with sprinkles on it. Great flavour profile. It tastes as good as it looks. These were my favourite
The cookies n creme donuts had a vanilla dip with crushed Oreos on top. It was amazing but with the cake-like texture it didn’t seem to go together as well as it could have
The Apple pie donuts were sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and topped with a dollop of caramelized chopped apples. It was sweet, but not overly sweet. I loved them!
The campfire s’mores was covered with chocolate dip and topped with graham crackers crumbs and a toasted marshmallow. The chocolate was a bit overpowering, however other than that the donut was good
My favorite ice cream shop downtown! I love their flavors, especially the Hong Kong milktea. The staff is always friendly, providing suggestions, giving samples, etc. They're also really fast at making your orders. I tried the mini donuts one, they were super cute but didn't taste anything amazing. I go back every time I'm in the area to get ice cream!
I ordered these from ubereats and these were rock hard (tasted stale). I couldn't even eat them. They look good but was very deceiving. Luckily uber refunded my order.
Re-writing a review since this placed changed location since my last one. Tried the Good Morning Vietnam soft serve and it tasted as good as it looked! The most surprising part was that I didn't expect the Viet Coffee in it to be THAT potent. This dessert definitely woke me up.
This place is a little pricey but they have such yummy doughnut flavours. I love the Homer Simpson doughnut-I've always wanted one of those pink doughnuts Homer eats at work and Fugo's delivered. Their rose water pistachio doughnut and the London fog ice cream is also great. I don't know of any other place that has that flavor ice cream.
These donuts are aesthetically pleasing and very cute. However, I found that they are really light and a little dryer than what I like for my donuts. In my opinion, they are also very pricey for what you get.
With that being said, if you do give Fugo a shot, my favourite flavours were Reese’s cup and mini Homer. The other flavours we got were rose water pistachio and chocolate pistachio which I thought were just okay.
Tried FUGO for the first time and it was definitely impressive. Flavours come in packs of 4 so you can really try a variety of their mini donuts. The donuts were decadent light and fluffy; I almost ate an entire box by myself! This is one of my favourite mini donut spots in Downtown. In this pic from top to bottom: S'mores, Boston cream, churro and Nutella. 5/5 little bit pricey but definitely worth the price when I feel like treating my sweet tooth!
Delicious donuts and tiramisu. You can see the donuts being freshly made as you order. They are pricey for small donuts but if you want to splurge as a gift to yourself I suggest trying Fugo out!
Made an ordered for 16 mini donuts for pickup. It took around an hour for it to be ready and the service was great, after arriving I picked up my order and was on my way. They seemed short staffed and due to covid restrictions I actually waited outside for pickup which is reasonable.
I've read reviews about the donuts being dense and I have to agree, however BECAUSE they are so small, it wasn't really a deal breaker. If you want light and airy like krispy kreme, these arent the donuts to go for, but if you want a sort of timbit-like or more cake-like donut, these are a great choice. Think tiny tom type donuts, except these are decorated and dressed to the nines. The Homer is one of my favorites, as is the skor.
Super yummy donuts! Flavours shown in the picture from top to bottom are as follows: churro, nutella, reese’s pieces, and creme brûlée! Customer service is amazing and the donuts were fresh and delicious!
Good spot for mini donuts. The sugar dust on top of donuts does the miracle. You can gulp one full donut in one go. We also tried skor brownie and dalgona coffee flavoured ice cream. Both we good. Must try spot in Dundas street west.
