Absolute crooks. Made glasses and prescription was wrong. Wanted to charge us to remake them correct. Frames where knockoff as we checked with the designer and they don’t even make that design yet they charged us $400 for them. We said we wanted a refund was trying to fight giving us one and gave lots of solutions to try to get us out of the store. Don’t do it, stay, call cops if you need to get your refund because they will rip you off they are terrible business people/crooks. We only got back the price of the frames no tax so they still managed to take advantage. You’re better off going to a big box store. At least they will take care of you.

Im sorry I had not posted this review sooner. 18 months ago, I got my glasses from this place. So far they were the most affordable I could find as they always had promotions, good quality, and 18 months later I still love this glasses. My vision has changed, so now I must upgrade the lenses but I like the frames so much Im keeping them. Thats the reason why I was looking at reviews today. The service was not the same. You cannot call. You have to go in person to talk to someone.

I have credit there and today I want to use it however the salesman just told me my credit is zero since they don’t have that in record…. She was so rude and just hang up my phone.the old lady totally has no knowledge and the store can not be trusted

Glasses were purchased from Fuji Optical. Salesperson convinced us to purchase their “brand” of eyeglasses. We went with their suggestion based on the fit, however, the glasses were never dropped or mishandled in any way (mint condition). They snapped after 3 uses! We went back (even though it was past a year) to show them. They didn’t care nor offered to help. Needless to say, terrible after-sale assistance. Buyer beware. I can’t comment on the usual brands however stay away from their own branded products. We will not return to this store.

PLENTY of other eyeglass stores at the mall. All these negatives reviews can’t be wrong!

Got my sunglasses here. They work quite well. My mom usually comes here and I can admit that she can be a little difficult, but these guys are great and always take good care of her. =) Thanks!

Bought 2 pairs of glasses, broken within 5 months (broke randomly, the frames just fell apart even tho they were reading glasses)
i also bought a years worth of contacts for over $600.a year later, i check out a different optical place and turns out FUJI GAVE ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION CONTACTS AND CHARGED ME TWICE THE ACTUAL AMOUNT. Because i had given them my glasses prescription, they used those values to place an order on my contact lenses (ps.theyre supposed to convert the prescription). They ended up giving a perscription that was too high, and charged me $600+ when i bought the correctly prescribed ones for $380 at another optical. NOT PROFESSIONALS.

作为老客户相隔多年,真的感慨万千,以往的热情,专业服务已成为过去式,真有点不敢恭维了不说别的,光说打个电话,接电话是男士想干不干的,还不保证能否可以办到. 还为10块钱与顾客争来争去,要不说了一句10几年的老客户,就别为10块钱争个高低,也不知道何故,鼎盛时期分佈大多市4-5家的富士,如今只剩下一家了,这也有可能伤及员工的士气. 如果不端正态度,努力发杨富士当初创业的成功经验,很可能在茫茫商海中消失!

Very poor quality and after few months color fade.
Tried with 3 different family members glasses, all of them either faded or had some material defect.
Once can be a fluke but 3 times is a pattern. These people are crooks through and through.
They ruined my original RAYBANS. I sent it in to get them repair my plastic coating on the frame. Not only did they do shoddy work on repairing the coating, but they took my original lenses from the frame and put in their own (there is a now a plastic coating on the LENSES that is now coming off, within a few months of me getting them back.)

Poor lens quality. Broken within 4 months. They don't exchange or refund, have to pay to buy another lens. My old lens have used for more than 3 years, and theirs couldn't last for half year. Although service is good, but you paid for it.
