Food delivery is too slow, I waited for a long time to arrive, the fat sausage was over fried and blackened, and I couldn't chew it. The meat of the sweet and sour pork tenderloin was also very hard, as if it had been frozen for a long time. I don't know why the quality control has dropped so much.

We used to come here regularly. But the quality has gone down. We ordered the squash with salted egg coating, but the coating is way too thick and there is barely any pumpkin inside. The stir fried pork belly is still good. Lamb with cumin is very fatty, the seasoning is not as good as the same dish in dainty’s kitchen. The eggplant with garlic sauce is over cooked so this dish is quite bitter. The mao xue wang is $27.99, but the intestine was not cleaned properly and still have a strong smell. The price is high for the size and the content in this dish. I wish the quality could be more like what they were before.

Full house Asian cuisine restaurant is one of the best restaurants in ottawa that serves authentic Chinese cuisine in a relaxing and friendly setting. The price of the food is good with very authentic Chinese taste and plentiful portioning. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Their server will ensure every customer who comes in will be cared for and satisfied. They have high-quality service that will always leave you walking away with a smile. The spicy dishes here never disappoint, but this tomato beef brisket is not spicy, so it feels very greasy~
Fried beef and shredded pork are really good!

Never order non-spicy meat dishes here

The chicken balls and egg rolls were good. The chicken chow mein was bland and didn’t do anything for us. The most disappointing was the Singapore style vermicelli. It was spicy, and we both like spicy, but neither of us ate it. This was not appealing at all. Sad, because this is a dish we get every often at other places and we always really like it.

BEST CUISINE IN TOWN PERIOD. Really good staff, high quality food, family friendly.
10/10 would recommend.

Do you like sitting at a table among a crowd of uber eats drivers standing around waiting to pick up orders?

Do you like being bumped to the back of the service queue every time another ubereats order comes in?

The in-house dining experience here is an afterthought. We ended up waiting an hour for our first dish to come out and had to remind our server multiple times to bring out basics like spoons, bowls, and rice.

The food is good, but you're better off ordering through one of the food delivery apps.

Food was tasty and cooked well, sesame chicken was crispy and good quality chicken. My only complaint was with our two noodle dishes, they were both 90% mixed veggies and 10% actual noodles which was disappointing.

The food tastes good, but the proprietress enforces tipping, and she doesn't give or let go. Will not go back in the future.

Our goto for Chinese takeout. All the reviews about bad customer service prove their authenticity.

Food was incredible. Highly recommend ginger beef and the shrimp. Also the tea was great, authentically presented! Would eat there again.

I ordered their mixed seafood fried rice. I Was a little nervous about it being rushed and not tasty because it was close to closing time for them.
I received the meal and it was so delicious and a lot. Would be ordering from them again!

Just found this GEM of a place in Ottawa. Oh my, the flavors, the service, the cleanliness and by far the best tasting authentic Chinese cuisine I've had in a long while. We are from Kingston and will be back. Kudos to the Chef, kitchen staff and wait staff. Well Done

Wow - this place is a hidden gem! Everything we had was tasty, fair-portioned and authentic! I can't say the same about many of the Chinese restaurants in Ottawa. Very happy that we discovered this place and will go back soon. Many food items on the menu are spicy so beware.

It use to be the top level for the Chinese restaurant, but this time make me feel disgusting about their service and language also with the attitude. We arrive there 8pm the service told us we gonna close on 9pm so if you can finish just leave. When we chose a window sit the service stop us by I need to close the light so go and change another seat. When we plan to order service told us now they asked for a must 15 percentage tips with no excuse. Reason is they change the boss so the rule changes. Tbh I won’t supply that restaurant at all but I was hold a banquet there so I rather spend some money for the food. The food is still good and fast but when around 8: 30 there are bunch of guys come here. And service welcome them with none of the excuses that she told us before. I greet with those customers and they are just the regular clients from local Ottawa. I mean it makes me really disgusting that a Chinese restaurant treat us like that. I knew that service few years before she is not that kind of person. I’m so confused what changed this place. But. As I said I highly recommend people don’t come here anymore with those worthless tips and garbage service. Go Toronto and enjoy higher quantity of food and service please.

Beware of fraud! We came in for dinner. The dish's price on the bill is $2 higher than the menu. When I confronted the waitress, she gave me the money back. She was trying to hide my receipt and not give it back to me. Check your bill before you pay!

Ordered for the first time this evening via Uber Eats…Wow! I think this might be the best Chinese food I’ve had in Ottawa.

Our regular place was closed this week so we decided to try something new to us. More expensive than average but totally worth every dollar.

Perfect balance between authentic Chinese food and “Canadian” Chinese food - but you won’t find chicken balls here, lol.

We ordered: egg rolls, bok choy with garlic sauce, chicken fried rice, Cantonese noodles with bbq pork and shrimp, and black pepper beef.

Every dish exceeded expectations. The egg rolls are generously sized and not too crunchy. The fried rice had a generous amount of chicken, egg and peas (authentic/homemade tasting). The bbq pork was absolutely melt in your mouth, and the beef was very flavourful.

Do yourself a favour and try this place!

What they didn’t deliver in potent flavour they delivered greatly in portion size. For real I was so excited to see my plate of fried rice walk out.

A huge disappointment! We loved this restaurant after our first visit 2 months ago (see original review below) but this time even though we ordered the exact same dishes from the same menu, there was a substantial difference in food quality. We left most of the food on the table.
The first time we went there with asian friends. Which may explain the difference in terms of friendliness and service quality. But not the substantial decrease in food quality! Maybe they changed their chef.
Too bad. I was really happy to finally find authentic Sichuan and Jiangxi food in Ottawa.

This is my favourite authentic Chuendes restaurant in Ottawa. Really great flavours and always consistent. Highly recommend.

Very bad experience! We have order the take away for almost $200, but they forgot to one dish. So I have called back to.check. The owner had a very bad attitude and said this is the the service they provide. So disappointed! High recommended not to order from this restaurant

Found this place because another Chinese restaurant down the street had no indoor dining, we took a chance and we were very impressed with the service and the food. The owners were very welcoming, the food was very good and we were lucky to try a couple of their new beef dishes, I highly recommend them both, please ask for it as they will NOT disappoint! Thank again guys, you guys rock:)

DELICIOUS! You won't be disappointed. I have been ordering full house on ubereats for the past year and it has been constantly amazing. Portion size has increased from when they initially opened. Most delicious Chinese food in Ottawa. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ️

My usual place was closed and some unexpected guests suggested Asian cuisine so I gave them a try and was very, very happy with everything. They have a new fan in me and new fans in my guests who were also quite impressed with every one of the dishes.

This place never disappoints. The food has so much "wok hei", very authentic Chinese food. My go to are the sizzling squid tentacles, cumin lamb, black pepper beef and sizzling eggplant. Everything I tried so far has been delicious. Glad to order again and again and again from them throughout the pandemic.

Despite being outside of Chinatown, Full House can compete with the best of them. Their food is always delicious and the portions are huge for what you pay for.

I would highly recommend the Szechuan beef, Shanghai noodle and lemon chicken.

Very delicious, you will feel comfortable. Nice please to expend time and eat a good Chinese food with family and friends.

Really dissapointing, worst Chinese food I've had in a long time. Chewy, dry, tasteless and overpriced! 2 stars instead of one because spring rolls were good, everything else, awful! Will never be back.

If this restaurant is located in China it would have been already pretty good! The fact that this restaurant is in Ottawa makes it exceptionally excellent! Five star is worth it! The service is great! The owner and her husband are very nice people and speaks mandarin and Szechuan dialect. Probably the most authentic and delicious Chinese food restaurant you would find in Ottawa! DEFINITELY WOULD GO AGAIN!

Very bad service and attitude. I paid for a pancake and didn't get it, but the service staff didn't admit the problem and sophistry. They still refused to apologize when I showed that I didn't need compensation and only needed an apology. I won't order takeaway anymore
