Dined last week before a show. Our server was friendly but disappeared after our food was given to us. Very poor quality food for the price and auto-charged an 18% gratuity which our server pretended was a mistake when asked about it. I am all for leaving a generous tip but auto-gratuities should really be disclosed on the menu before being charged. Will not be returning.

The food was average for a restaurant, a tiny bit overcooked but still tasty. The service on the other hand was the worst I've experienced. There was only 5 customers in entire restaurant, it took the server quite some time to take our order. Once the food was delivered the server never came back to our table. We waited about 20 minutes after our meal before the only other table in there went to the bar where the server was sitting and chatting to ask for their bill. They too complained about lack of service and attention. This could be a decent place if service was better. Been there, done that.won't go back

Went for an early dinner with husband. Great atmosphere. Very comfortable seating. The owner Slavi and the server April were great. We both had the schnitzel with fries and gravy. It was delicious. The coffee was good as well. My husband sampled some of the beers. Very tasty.

Took home cabbage rolls for my son and he said they were excellent.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. We had the Salmon, the bruschetta, and the sausage and everything was cooked to perfection. The reservation system was incredibly easy to navigate, and the chef and server were both very friendly and attentive. If you are going in 2023, the Empress Lavendar Lemonade is the most delicious cocktail and features a homemade lavendar honey syrup that just shines. Perfect spot to visit for an upscale meal with Eastern European flair after catching a show. We will 100% be back next year.

Found this place from passing by and getting lured in with the amazing smell. The food was something a little different (eastern European, little off my usual) but well worth the adventure. But just note what ever you do don’t split the Bulgarian Biscuit Cake, you’ll regret not ordering one yourself.

To call this a “taste of Europe” is an insult to my Nana and Omi’s cooking, as well as any immigrant to this country. If you have any appreciation for pierogi, schnitzel, sausage or sauerkraut, I suggest you stay far away.
On the menu, the pierogi are described as made “in house”, stuffed with mashed potato and mushrooms. They arrived clearly having been frozen, from a bag, and I suspect “no name” was stamped on the plastic. Aside from there not being any mushrooms in the filling, the small, dry, tasteless dumplings placed in front of me bore zero resemblance to a hand made pierogi and for $19 the disappointment was even greater.
My husband had the sausage, which arrived over cooked, rubbery and exceptionally dry accompanied by McCain crinkle cut fries. Every German that I know would have been embarrassed by the state of the plate and would have refused to eat it.
We had very attentive staff up until the time our plates arrived, then not so much as a water cup refilled. Mustard may not have saved my husbands meal, but might have made it mildly more palatable.
The final insult to injury was the auto gratuity added to our bills. Nowhere was it listed, either on their menu or at the door that an auto gratuity would be applied for parties of 6 or more.
When we commented on it, our server did her best impersonation of surprise. However, having experience with TouchBistro, I know that it requires management approval to apply an auto gratuity even when it falls within the restaurant’s policy. From sifting through older reviews, this appears to be a common occurrence.
Overall, I recommend you save your money and avoid this grift mascaraing as a restaurant.

Went here on Saturday and was impressed. They were very accommodating to our toddler, including bringing her out a free soup while we waited for our entrees to come out as she was getting a little hungry. She loved it!

Entrees were great. I enjoyed the cabbage rolls and my wife loved her Moussaka. We ordered the Bulgarian cake for dessert I believe and it was also delicious.

Atmosphere was lovely - live music and a great patio. Beer was delicious as well. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend coming here - especially with younger kids given how well they treated us. They even sent us home with some soup because she enjoyed it so much!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The food was good, prices were good, I would go back.

We had so much fun! Wedding after party with Gabriel playing guitar and everyone dancing and singing. Great staff and atmosphere!

10 stars out of 5! We ended up having our wedding reception after party at Fullhouse! It was a last minute decision and we were so happy we did it! The staff were extremely welcoming especially the owner Slavi. They received all our guests and even met us with champagne and flowers! We had a full dance party accompanied amazing live music - the guitarist Gabriel played and sang all the classic hits and even some brazilian tunes! Everyone was on their feet. This is a must go place for any event or party or even just dinner with some live music! PS you absolutely MUST try the schnitzel. You won’t regret it!

I was not impressed with this restaurant. It was Ukraine week, and all I saw was a flag, and 1 server wearing traditional clothing. The food was okay. The service was Very slow, and they automatically charge 18 % gratuity. Then they say either etransfer or cash. Had to run to the bank. Needless to say, I did not pay the 18$. Very expensive for what you get. Will not be returning.

Thought we’d give this place a try. Oops! Won’t make that mistake again. Staff was friendly. Our meal was served by their dishwasher. Great job by him btw They’ve stopped serving most of their menu or they ran out only had 2 steaks left - ordered 14oz, definitely not a 14oz that was received - but they charged it as if it was. It’s a Saturday of a long weekend, who doesn’t make sure they have enough food ordered for the kitchen.

Won’t be returning. I can get a burger and fries at McDonald’s. Couldn’t order a lot of the items on their menu because they’re removing items. Gratuity was automatically added, hope they share it with the one that was doing all the work!

Find out at the end of our meal it’s cash or e-transfer only… good to know. Apparently it’s on a white piece of paper on the windows - right above tables full of people. Just mention it at time of reservation call or when seating your customers.

It was super noisy. Not because of the patrons, but the tv and music was playing together.

Wonderful dinner with delicious food and excellent pub ambiance. The staff, Sandy and April, are friendly and fantastic- they made everything better. We came in stressed and after their beer suggestion, we left relaxed.

Do not waste your time. Ordered Bruschetta and the Chili Beef Nachos.the Brushetta was on soggy bread and the nachos.well, where do I begin.first.pretty standard price -$16.was it worth that? Hells no. It was burnt tasting and dry.the chili? Looked like tomato sauce with hamburger thrown in.the staff were very apologetic and mentioned that they were training new cooks.they need more work.avoid at all costs.
