Place is so clean and the atmosphere is juz amazing and the vibe. Food was great. Staff is so friendly and great customer service

It is one of the worst lounges, if not the worst, in all of Ontario. It is overpriced and has rude customer service. I would never recommend this place. Eb is the last thing on the Earth!

BEWARE! This place is a gimmick, so money hungry with an overpriced menu that isn't even good. I ordered the salmon, it wasn't fresh, it smelt like a fish tank. I was so disgusted I had to send it back to the kitchen. The quality is terrible considering the price. Staff are rude and disrespectful, giving me dirty looks all night and management is unethical. They force you to buy cocktails and food. Beware as all these reviews are fake, they offered me a free shot for a 5 star review. Do yourself a favour and don't come here!

Terrible Terrible Experience. Be prepared to get yelled at. So disappointing, after spending so much they yelled at us to leave. Especially the bouncer who was extremely rude! Be careful and don’t waste your time and money at this lounge. Go somewhere else please!

Love this location! But if you want fresh coals it’s $3.00 extra. Which doesn’t make sense to me. Great shisha, dj kinda sucked. The food AMAZING!

First off I want to say that the service was beyond amazing. Me and my brother received some of the best service and a long time at a hookah lounge. The atmosphere was freaking phenomenal, I mean we come from the United States of America and we've never seen a lounge. That amazing. The one thing I would say is we came all the way from the US had nowhere to smoke our cigars so we went to a hookah lounge and it's kind of strange that they don't allow smoking of cigars at any location. But I'm sure had we come on a busy day it would have been much more of a party scene. Whoever the owner is and I'm sure we saw him that day has great taste in style and design. Would love to work with you if you see this.

The cozy LED vibe is great and the decor and interior are very premium. However, its not your typical shisha spot; they focus heavily on their bar and have too strict of a policy in place for everything.

The service was pretty snobby/rude. We brought our water bottle and they asked us to go put it back in our car. When we said okay give us a minute, the manager offered to take our bottles and “keep them” till we’re done eating/smoking. I understand some places don’t allow outside water, however, when we asked for water they offered Fiji water only and when we requested tap water, the waitress seemed very annoyed about it. She brought us the smallest glasses and we never got refills.

Plus, they have another rule where you can’t just order shisha, you must get alcohol with it. Since we don’t drink, we had to order something from the food menu. We got their red velvet cake and it was just alright too…

The shisha was good but very expensive. No one came to change the coals either. Overall very dissatisfied with the service.

I had a great experience at Fume. I enjoyed the vibe and the people working there were amazing.

Really beautiful hookah lounge. The venue is super chic and the music is always on point. They have a great bar menu and the food is very flavorful we will definitely be back. Hands down a great vibe highly recommend, it does get quite busy Friday and weekends but during the week it isn't busy but no matter what the music is going and the service was fantastic as well

Try to make a reservation it did not work because they said you wouldn't need one to get in.have proof on text
. When we got to the place, they wouldn't let us in because we didn't have a reservation. And when he agreed to let us in, he said we would have to buy bottles and our other friends couldn't come, which was males. So we left and went to sugar daddy's which turned out to be a fun night

The waiter we had at fume was very kind and understanding, as someone who came in as a first time, it was really an experience. This is a place to not miss! Will be coming back again for sure!

Tommy is the worst, racist and asking for money. You’re saying that you asked us to leave? We gave you good business, Tommy was so greedy, at first he said entry will be cover charge and make sure we spend money. We stayed for 45 mins had 2 Shisha and still paid you $ 220 plus $100 for entry! WTH are you even talking about! Go check the facts and check the CCTV footage. Boys were well mannered and behaved unlike your greedy Tommy who was saying to make sure I spend money and then when I mentioned about review he said you are banned! You should be open to criticism and feedback too mate! Don’t delete the reviews

The vibe and music was great! The serve Alcohol and Shisha! But they were slow to serve us.

Just discovered this place from TikTok and it did not disappoint. The food here was so delicious I’m definitely coming back. The atmosphere is really chill. The staff was so nice and polite it feels like special treatment or something. Straight vibes

Fume is bubbling let me tell you, the hookah is bless. Unbelievable service from Christina.and pricing was reasonable. Definitely recommend

5-star service, my waiter was awesome, so polite, attentive and understood everything we needed! Shisha was flavourful and strong, perfect pull each time. Food, THE FOOD, it was AMAZING. The cuisine itself would make this place a Michelin star level restaurant. The DJ plays the best tracks, back to back I enjoyed every song played. It adds to the amazing atmosphere of the space. I will be coming back with more of my friends, best shisha spot around.

Went to this spot and let me tell you Theo vibe in this place is awesome and the service is top notch we got everything we wanted and Christina our waitress was fabulous and on point on our service I recommend this place to everyone

I was here and i really loved the place and the staff. Garima was so sweet and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. And don’t forget Anna, whenever you are here hope you see her. Also, it was really busy even on a weekday.

Poor customer service, and the female bartender “accidentally” put 50$ extra on my card when paying my bill. Females/males beware of this place, the manager did nothing when I reported the lady, supposedly named Ashley.

Visited with friends last night to play pool. The ambience is really good and it turned out to be a fun night. We ordered burgers and garlic bread and some drinks and everything tasted delicious.would surely return again.

The place is below average with decent offering. Its music and DJ is also average for a bar and lounge

Horrible service, bathrooms are disgusting for a lady to work there I feel bad for them, there’s a white b—— there who thinks she owns the place. Toilets have bugs coming out of it. Felt like if I sat on the seats i would’ve got an std.looks torn down, pretty sure they wouldn’t pass a health/safety inspection. Utterly my regret spending my money here.

Watered down drinks and terrible service. Ordered gin and tonic. More like a cup of ice and water. Ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio, which was 75 % water. HORRIBLE management and service is terrible. This place is dead on weekdays and Sundays. When I came here on Tuesday and Sunday, only 2 people were inside the owner did the serving and gave me the watered down liquor and white wine. Won’t be back!

Dirty interior and washrooms. Service is horrible! I’m too scared to eat the food here when the washroom is so dirty and whoever is cooking is using that washroom. Hookah is not the best. Also, if you come here, get beer in the bottle and make them open it infront of you. Every other drink is just watered down making customers fools.

Feels like you're at some storage facility alone. The vibe they were trying to create was pretty off. Lights are practically non existent, the place is old and sort of falling apart and unclean.

Worst sheesha bar i have ever visited. Ghetto! Pictures on their websites are deceiving. Food and non alcholic drinks weren't tasty. Customer service was very poor. Rest is upto people to decide.

Decent setting, good music and some drinks. Wish they had some more pool tables instead of just 2 at the front. Service was average, nothing special.

One of the best Premier Lounge in GTA. They carry Pool tables, Shisha, Live Dj on weekends (sometimes special event nights in the week too), Dancefloor, Drinks, Shishas, Classic nintendo games and TVs for most games being aired. The food and service is amazing! The staff is very friendly and respectful! Great place to hang out and have a great time!

I'm not sure how good the wings are but I'm sure its not worth the risk to find out.

Was there this last winter and not being from the area was a bit surprised how busy it was considering it wasn't a weekend and its location but the Raptors were playing on the tv screens and many were keeping tabs on the action. To be honest the staff seemed like they were doing a decent job considering the very hood element in the establishment but I got a glimpse of the food and back bar cleanliness and it left much to be desired, so a hard pass on those. I had a beer and someone at my table had fries but most people are here to chat with their friends, smoke and snack, not as much mingling as you would expect but again that's where the hood element in there plays a role. I seen dealing go down from where I was seated and its was obvious to me that there was a gang element running some side business in there, I know what to watch out for being a bar, sole owner operator for 10 years, the crowd here is trouble! Not everyone but more than the staff could handle so they are complicit or scared themselves, which brings us to the murder of their female patron by another patron just a few days ago. STAY AWAY FROM CLUBS LIKE THESE, THAT HAVE A CLEAR ELEMENT OF GANGSTERS and you will likely not be in a body bag come sunrise.

I came to write a review about how good the service was on Friday night, and that everyone should check this place out. Only unfortunately to see this review below, about our server who was fantastic so I have to stick up for her. We were sitting at the table beside this groups table saying she is racist as they had already been drinking, started calling her names, which was uncalled for, because she would not serve them more alcohol.

The shisha was awesome, food was good, the server recommend for us to try the fries, and quesadilla which were both amazing.
It was not my first time there, but brought friends with me who had never been, who really enjoyed their time.
It was not very busy at the time we were there, so we will definitely be back to check that out!

this place is run down, everything I ordered tasted gross, the jalapeno hoppers are cold, the nachos soggy as hell, and how do they manage to screw up the wings, bbq sauce doesnt taste like bbq

My uber driver told me about this place, and its my new shisha spot. Pool table, great music, and a dance floor! Shisha was nice, and services was great. Looks kinda sketchy outside, but inside is a great atmosphere!

Everything is here. Amazing place! Im really excited about this place. Im here on a Sunday.games are free except pool.they always use Royal bathroom tissue.i had help with my shisha.i don't normally eat fries but the fries here are unique and sob yummy.i love it here so fun!

The most garbage shisha bar most unprofessional business! The workers behind the counter had no respect for myself and my girlfriend and my other friends that came tonight! Mistreated the birthday girl and tryed forcing us to buy alcohol witch what we didnt want! Went on Saturday the service was very POOR. Shisha was not that great. Waitress was very rude and unprofessional. Witnessed her yell at customers. The party that was seated next to our group was welcomed with hostility. The manager was not very accommodating. Guests that arrived after the large party were able to order their shisha with no problem. The girls seated next to us ordered and received a bill to pay before they were even served. Through out the whole night I believe they were the only ones that were told to pay before being served. I found it very odd that staff and management were singling these black women out when they were only just trying to pay for a service, and enjoy their night like everyone else. I personally will not be coming back to Fume because who is to say the next time I bring a large group of my friends to this lounge, we are not to receive/experience the same type of service these nice lady’s have. If you are looking to go to a nice Shisha Lounge I would highly recommend Haze Lounge which is not too far from Fume. Their Food, Shisha, and Customer service is exceptional!

It was the worst shisha spot I ever went to. The manager was really disrespectful. It was my sister birthday and he ruined it. We felt very discriminated against because we were young black women. After ordering our shisha we were denied a tab and had to pay right away while not receiving our shisha. The 3 tables near us were not given their tab and after speaking to the manager he suggested if we were confused or had an issue we leave!

Came here for my Birthday, worst experience ever! I tried to call ahead to make a reservation, I was told by the host (or whoever answered the phone) that they were not taking reservations for that night and that I should just "walk in". I did so, and was turned down at the door. I asked to speak to the manager and who was extremely rude and unwelcoming he told me that he will only give us ONE table (which could only sit 4 people and we were a group of 8). The table beside was EMPTY I asked if we could combine the 2 tables and got yelled at and told we were only getting 1 table. Half of my friends were still standing I was humiliated and embarrassed. They were aware that it was my birthday and did not even try one bit to accommodate us. I will never be going back to an establishment that does not value or at least respect their customers.

If there was an option for 0 stars they would get it.
