I went to see Jack after having reoccuring issues with my upper chest that caused me to stop progressing in my bench press, and after my first visit I was already seeing significant improvements. After I continued to come every 2-3 weeks, in about 2 months I was able to hit a bench pr pain free. Additionally he was also very suppourtive in answering any questions I had, both during and inbetween sessions. Overall, Jack has helped me significantly in my fitness journey, and I will continue to come here moving forward, I truly cannot reccomend this place enough.

Not only did I have an incredibly professional first visit but Dr. West exceeded the traditional chiropractic assessment and was more attentive and thorough than majority of doctors and orthopedic surgeons I have met! Dr West took her time in listening to my story, taking more notes than a University student, than proceeded to test and check everything head to toe without rushing me out the door. Dr. Wests knowledge and clinical assessment is out of this world and I’m so looking forward to teaming up with her and Team FST on my journey to recovery! Don’t go anywhere else, you will not regret your decision by meeting the folks at FST, I’ve tried 20+ other clinics in GTA and the team at FST is by far the best!

I can't say enough about FST overall, and specifically my coach, Rich Beckstead.

The early Saturday morning crew at FST are all fantastic! The level of support and encouragement (especially when I'm struggling with a heavy lift) is unmatched! They (Dave, owner, and other members) really help me to dig deeper than I ever could in a commercial gym, and watching everyone else work hard and push themselves only helps to motivate me to work even harder and to never give up.

My coach, Rich, is both supportive and motivating - he has always listened to my goals and, as they are reached, helped me to create new ones. I have far surpassed any expectations I ever had for myself, and I am so proud and humbled by how far I've come in my fitness journey. By implementing my likes/dislikes into my personalized training sessions, Rich has helped me discover a passion for lifting that I never knew I had! He definitely doesn't use a cookie-cutter approach! Rich always has a positive and encouraging word, and he keeps me working hard by never accepting "good enough".

The new facility is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dave has been my massage therapist for years and is hands down the best in the business. He is able to help with any injury and make you feel better. Chelsea is an amazing trainer and knows how to help you meet your goals. I will continue to come her for years to come.

Rich is very knowledgeable, and very patient, he takes his time explaining the exercises, before I die doing them. And does not leave your side until you get the right posture and right movements. Thanks Rich for all your help
