Their food was really good. Great flavor. I had the yellow curry chicken Thai and some of the unfried spring rolls. Very fresh. I plan to go back.

The best Thai food since living in toronto. It is consistently amazing. I see some of the 1 and 2 star reviews and that has not been my experience at all. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Always the best service and food is delicious! Good portion sizes too for lunch specials! Frequent quite often!

We’ve been eating here for some time now and lately the food has changed. It’s not as consistent as it once was. We order the same 5 dishes every time and it’s never quite the same. This latest time none of us felt great afterwards. After reading they don’t fully pass Halton health inspections.it’s now making me second guess ordering from here! I’m sorry but pull it together! You’ve had multiple inspections which continue to not get 100% pass - gross!

Sorry to leave a two-star review but this is not even close to real Thai food. It's more like bad Chinese food, also they add MSG. The quality is like what you get at a food court.

I’ve been eating there since they opened. Food has always been good. I really enjoy their lemon grass seafood soup. Prices have been escalating like crazy. I can appreciate given you economy but if you’re going to raise prices like that, you can’t compromise the food which is exactly what they’ve been doing. The fish portions and quality have significantly reduced but the prices continue to increase. You can’t have it both ways and expect to keep your clients happy. Will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere.

WORST excuse for Thai food I have ever had! Mango salad is the easiest Thai food to make and yet they managed to get it so wrong. Mango was hard, no cilantro, 4 cashews in total, 2 small slices of red pepper and the sauce was simple syrup with no flavor, no fish sauce, no red chilies! I've had better at a mall food court. Pad Thai had no flavor, it was basically noodles with a sweet red sauce? No peanuts, not spice and the cheapest version of pad Thai I have ever seen. Spare yourself the experience and make Kraft dinner.its just as Thai as ordering from this place. Wow.how are you guys still in business? I should say that I love Thai food and eat it often.usually at places that are authentic and love the spice and quality of fresh ingredients. Send your cook to a cooking class or back to McDonald where bland white bread food is expected.

Been ordering from Funky Thai for 5 years and the food is always amazing! Service has always been great - never had any delays or wrong orders. Try the golden curry, its delicious.

Fast and delicious Thai food. Order their lunch special and it was ready when I arrived. The spice is great and stirred noodles done in perfect way. Would go back again for sure.

Been going here for yrs. Was in a bind recently and they came through and delivered on a Sat night within 30 minutes. Delicious and tasty as always.

First time using this restaurant, took delivery this evening. It was prompt, the food was hot on arrival, quality was good and taste exceeded my expectations.over all.excellent. The Funky Specialty Rice, Fabulous.

AUTHENTIC Thai cuisine! A hidden gem that you can not go without! Unfortunately due to covid they’ve only been open for takeout but well worth the trip to pick some of this delicious food!

Several years since I was there to eat. Has to be over ten years, wow, where did the time go. I found the restaurant clean and good food for the price.

Got take out Nov 14. Excellent service, even brought food out to my car in car park. Green curry was really tasty, and edamame good too

I have had dinner here a bunch of time though I have not had food there in about 2 years. I recently October 2020 had ordered Pad Thai and spring rolls for the family, my daughter took one bite and couldn’t stand it. My wife could only take two bites and could no longer stand another bite. I ran to my garbage can to spit out the spring roll that I regret biting into. I don’t understand how they are still in business if that’s how it tastes now. I would rather eat at McDonald’s and I haven’t dare eat there in 30 years. I am not a complainer and have never left a restaurant review in my life till now. ZERO STARS wasted $57

This is surely one of the best restaurants in the area. Anytime I go there I am remarkably glad. They always keep their high level service and the highest level of meals they give. You will be always satisfied with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Good food. Staff are friendly and accommodating for your food preferences. The location is odd as it is besides a gas-station in a run-down location. But the food is good. I have tried the fried rice (various versions), Thai curries (Red, Yellow, Green) and other dishes. Their Spice level of medium worked for me, though it is not spicy at all and I regularly use more hot sauce. Currently with the virus issues, indoor dining is closed, so Take-Out only. I would give the food 4 stars out of 5, Ambience 2 stars, staff experience 4 stars.

Food was not bad, different than your typical Asian fare. We picked up and rather than the 40 minutes quoted, took 1 hour and 15 minutes for our order.way too long.

We love Funky Thai. The food is always good. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. We keep coming back here wherever we’re craving Thai. I highly recommend this restaurant

I have to question whether a lot of the positive reviews are fake. This was actually inedible and my family (kids included) chose to throw my birthday dinner in the garbage rather than suffer through eating it. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW. The food was horrible.

Absolutely disgusting food and service. We ordered Pad Thai for take-out, got home and opened the container, reeked of warm ketchup for sauce. Barely ate two bites. I called the restaurant and asked if they put tomato sauce in the dish, they said yes because tamarind ingredient is apparently too expensive, yet they still change $13.50 per dish? Worst $50 I have spent in my life. I asked to talk to the managers/owners, person I spoke with was very rude and hostile, I was told on Friday that they would call me back later in the evening, it is now Sunday and have not heard a single thing from the restaurant. They can keep the money, but should not mislead and scam their customers, they should make a note about the amount of tomato sauce in the Pad Thai, and improve their customer service. Very disappointed, this was our first time after hearing good things about it. Make me think the reviews are fake.

Pls don’t go by fake reviews! This is the worst Thai Food ever! Ordered a red curry, got a watered down tasteless curry. Literally tasteless.

Ordered pineapple fried rice, rice was bland and dry, the pineapple tasted like it had been kept in water for years. No flavour at all.

This restaurant offers extraordinary service as well as yummy food. One of my favourite spots ever. The drinks and food served fast and the rates were fair. Recommended.

Terrible food. I have heard good things about this place and visited and got really disappointed. The flavours had some unpleasant taste. This continued with the main dish. Sorry, I will not go here again!

I had the vegetable golden curry and it was heaven. Have come here for years and I've never been disappointed. If you're looking for a great meal on a budget, this is the place to come, especially for lunch.

One of the best Thai restaurants I've ever been to in the GTA area. Heads up that you definitely want to call ahead and make a reservation as it z always houseful.

I order stir fry shrimp and they delivered breaded shrimps and keep telling me they delivered correct order and are not ready to accept their mistake?

Got a lemon grass (Tom Yum) soup to go. Staff was rude and unfriendly. Soup doesn't taste good at all and has a very strong fish smell. This is by far the worst I've ever had.
