Good place, but missing some stuff like a ball pit. Also, could use a bit more reinforcement with respect to parents watching their children.

Edit: expect to get sick every once in a while.

The actual building is great. The staff are great. The problem is 10% of the visitors really do ruin it for everyone else.
Been to this place over two dozen times easy.
The Reno’s are great and the staff truly are always friendly. You have lots of physical activities and just the right amount of games. The food isn’t too bad either - but a bit overpriced. The building is clean too.

But parents just basically dropping off their children and letting them do anything unsupervised want ruins it for others in my opinion.
-kids grabbing my daughter and pushing her
-kids running up slides then down then running back up so no one can down them
-kids climbing trampoline walls
-kids taking the basketball from coin games and bringing them into play areas - literally throwing them at others
-kids swearing
-kids climbing the top of the toddler shed that is about 10ft tall by stacking blocks and chairs and no on caring
-etc.

Our son had a blast! They have activities for kids ages 2+. I am very glad that the play places were large enough that me as an adult could stand up the majority of the time and get through just fine.

The only reason I did not give a 5 is the food and food staff were not good. The food was terrible quality! We think we actually got food poisoning from eating it or perhaps because the food was taken directly from the fryer without being drained.

The teenagers working there (all but one she was fantastic) not only seemed to lack social communication skills but also were upset that they actually had to work and make food instead of sitting around talking.

Aside from that I would definitely recommend this place. The kids will have a blast and you also don't need to buy tokens you can have tons of fun without them. 5/5 kids place 0/5 food

I will literally never take my child to a place like this again. It’s completely unsafe, no one is watching their children. Staff clearly don’t care at all about what’s happening around them. Save the money, go to a museum.

A fun place for kids but very expensive $22 per child and on top of that they stupidly charge additional for 2nd parent so I think the reason behind this rip-off is because they don't have much competition in the area. The $22 pass is only good for 2.5 hours instead of a day, plus you have to pay additionally for If your kids want to play video or arcade games.

Too expensive and discount for families of 4 kids $22+tax for each child 2.5 hours and $10 additional for if mom and dad both wants to be in there as a part of family. Video and arcade games not included in the price.

Brought my 3 year old here and although staff was friendly, the place was absolute chaos. Big kids playing rough and dangerously in the toddler area (climbing on top of structures not meant to be climbed on). Absolutely an accident waiting to happen! When I asked them to leave the toddler area, they talked back and refused. No parents in sight. Staff also did nothing but shrugged when asked to address the issue. Why have rules and age limited areas if your staff is not going to enforce it? Will not be returning which is unfortunate since the play area itself is really nice. If you have small children - avoid.

I booked my daughter’s birthday party at Funvilla. Experience was very good! Staff was very supportive and helpful. We had some payment confusion but manager personally looked into the situation and resolved the issue very quickly. Kids had fun birthday party. The DQ cake and pizzas were delicious.

Only one suggestion if soft drinks can be included in party packages in exchange of juices would enhance the overall experience!

I definitely recommend this place for birthday parties and would come back again!

To start off, we made the mistake of going on a Saturday during the holiday break. Even if it wasn't packed, I think the experience still wouldn't have been great. The staff members I interacted with were rude and unwilling to answer questions. I understand it was very busy, but it was a very frustrating experience. The place itself was okay, although super pricey for what it is. We won't be returning, but I can understand why people enjoy it. It definitely isn't for us. If you go, be mindful that the parking lot isn't sized properly for the facility, and the bathroom situation isn't great. They would benefit from better organization.

Visit often, get monthly passes often and have even thrown parties here. The owner is nice and has helped us when we did parties.

It's a little pricey but the kids love it and it's always kept. Very clean so can't really complain too much to keep them entertained for a few hours.

I visited Funvilla Kitchener with my daughter and her friends. It is a great place to have indoor fun with arcade games and food. They have Pizza, Fries and slushy available in there.

I am happy that my 4th grader had so much fun. There are some fun areas created for toddlers and infants too. They have indoor trampolines and more. Would definitely visit again.

Usuallly have such a good time here but not this time. I ordered french fries and had to wait 1 HOUR! UNBELIEVABLE.

It is really a fun place. Though it is designed for the kids, parents can enjoy their time here. My boy likes it a lot and his mama as well. Their happiness makes me happy as well.

Always a great place for the kids to have fun and burn off energy! Super popular birthday venue.

My daughter has a lot of fun here. A kid threw up and it took them a long time to clean it up though.

This is one of the BEST places to take your children not only to play but to learn! There are so many on hand things that just keep their mind going!

Great place for the price, good alternative to funworks. Cleanliness was good as were the play areas and options for kids. The staff were very friendly.

Came here mid week with my wife and toddler and she had a blast. Very clean and safe with extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond to give all the kids a fun experience. Price can't be beat either.

This is a great fun place for kids to run around and make friends. The food is great and not expensive. The staff are kind and friendly and the bathrooms are clean.

Pretty neat place to go. Disliked the fact that the rock climbing was extra. I would consider this to be your average trampoline park with a giant play structure. Liked the added touch of a toddler section.

Lots of fun for the kids. However, there's hardly any supervision around the trampolines from parents, guardians or staff. I found a few staff members on their cell phones or chatting amongst each other, rather than supervise the play areas (especially the trampolines).

Not a bad place, they got a little bit of everything it's like a bigamens meets skyzone is the best way to describe it. Affordable price, Place was well kept and the pizza was good (was there for my kids friends bday) my only real negative about this place is that I was told by the lady that was working there they don't recycle

Came from away and was blown away. My kids loved it and there was so much to do.

Tried to charge me 30$ for admission. They were making me pay for my almost 18 year old daughter who was just going to watch her sister play.
So be aware that if you have someone under the age of 18 with you, you will have to pay for them.

THIS PLACE IS AWEFUL DO NOT COME HERE! If I could give the place 0 stars, I would. Prices are absolutely ridiculous. The managers are completely useless, INCOMPETENT (they probably don't even know what this word means), and rude. Plus the whole place smells like rotten eggs.

Clean, lots of things for the kids to do. Indoor play center, obstacle courses.my go to instead of Bingemans. Less Chaotic. Rooms for birthday parties are a great size

This place is amazing. HUGE play area for children to run through and most of it is big enough adults can walk through as well.
Smaller toddler area, three separate trampoline areas split up by age, a ninja course for children 9 to 17 and a climbing wall for those over 8. There's an arcade as well as the machines take a card you load rather than tokens. Even the tickets you earn are on the card. The floor around the play area is covered with soft colorful mats. When we were there it was very busy but didn't seem packed.
Oh also has comfortable chairs all around the play areas for the mommas and papas.
There is a small for area there with minimal "children's favourite" food. Chicken fingers, pizza and hot dogs. They only have cheese pizza and it's OK.
The place smelled very clean when we walked in and the eating tables were bussed and wiped quickly between groups.
So excited they are opening one in Guelph!

Always a great time when we come! The staff is super friendly and helpful, everything is nice and clean, and this our new favourite family hangout! Amazing!

Nth much to do for kids under 7 and way overpriced. Played over 35 dollar a baby and 5 years old. They had to pay extra for most of the things they were allowed/wanted to do on top of that 35 dollar. Spent 60 dollars in one hour.

Have you been into Funvilla lately? There is a new young lady working there by the name of Mikayla and she is so friendly and great with the kids. She was so helpful and came around to ask if we needed anything.

Came here with my niece, 12 and nephew's, ages 8 and 11. They had a blast on the obstacles and the giant jungle gym. I even went through and down the slide. Food, drinks and free wifi. #goodtimes

Nice layout and lots to do. A little more supervision would be nice to ensure the safety of the kids. A bit pricey for a 3yr old. Half the price would be better. Customer service was great and your usual food to choose from. Pizza and fries etc. Overall the kids had a fun time

Fun place for the children to play. Especially in the winter when I can't take them to the park. The monthly pass is a good deal with 6 visits included. There are plenty of spots for parents to sit and you can bring your own coffee in from outside. Bathrooms are clean and the food from the restaurant is ok for a quick snack.

Seemed to be ok. My child was there for a birthday party so I didn't stay. I can say the people that were working the front desk were not all that friendly or helpful.

Good place to bring your kid, I just wish that they incorporated more things in the price you pay to enter rather having it divided where for some stuff you have to pay extra once you go inside.

Kids activities are fairly limited to trampolines and the obstacle maze. Everything else costs extra and means dissapointment for your kids. At least there are couches for parents to sit and relax. I wouldn't host my kids birthday party here personally.

This place is awesome! So much to do for children of all ages! Everything was padded so kids couldn't get hurt and everything was in good condition. Friendly staff who were walking around making sure the rules were being followed while still letting kids be kids. I'd go back with my daughter in a heartbeat!
