Our original furnace was red-tagged and shut down on a Saturday morning in November. After seeing all the glowing reviews, I called this company and Asif helped me right away. He did a consultation via video call and gave us a good price on a Carrier with a good warranty. The first appointment to get it installed was Tuesday, so he spent his Sunday afternoon calling all of his Monday appointments to see if any non-urgent ones would swap appointment times with us! By Monday afternoon the new furnace was in, the PVC pipe going outside was up to code, the furnace room was left spotless, and the house was warm. Also, the furnace has a lower BTU, but because it’s more efficient, we can set the thermostat a few degrees lower and be just as comfortable. Asif followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy. I definitely recommend this company.

I called this company to have a humidifier installed on my furnace and have my tankless water heater flushed which was installed by them. I have called THREE times and they promise someone call back for a quote but nobody does. What terrible service

Staff were knowledgeable about the installation. They have a great team that quickly did the work in the week that was promised. They answered all the condo questions and we were able to preform the installation without adding any additional pumps to the system. This means it's significantly more quieter when ran. The initial visit by Asif Khan was a good meeting, we discussed location of where would be the most practical place for the AC, as well as prices and what size AC I would need. After the appointment was set up the installer Sumit Ali did a great job making sure the AC was properly installed and any exposed holes were sealed on the brick wall where the connections come through.

My AC stopped cooling. I called a number of companies, only Furnace & AC Experts had a live person answering calls at 8am on a Sunday. They called me back around 11am on Monday and scheduled a visit around 2pm. The technician came on time and fixed my AC in about 15min. I was charged $120 labor + $80 parts + HST.

It’s been a week since my carrier heat pump installation, everything went extremely smooth. Asif guided me thru all the government rebates and financing options. The installers Jean and Sumit took care of business, everything looks great.

The Secondary Heat Exchanger on the 15-year old Carrier Furnace needed Repairs or Replacement - I opted to Replace the Furnace with the available Carrier Rebate Program.

Sunday morning we woke up with no heat, thought resetting the furnace will come back but didn’t. So I decided to phone Furnace & AC Experts I thought Sunday nobody will answer my call, but I was wrong. Asif (FURNACE & AC EXPERTS) answered my call and he went to normal process of service providing me information steps as consumers how to resolve my heating issue he said if nothing happens he will send Service Tech the Next day (Monday). A Technician (Sumit) arrived in the morning exact time Asif said and fixed my heating. I highly recommend FURNACE & AC EXPERTS they are very professionals to trust. I know nothing about FURNACE & AC EXPERTS they were just recommended to me few years back when I needed new home Furnace.

We are in an unusual time and often what we once expected two years ago without even thinking about it has been disrupted. We've all experienced this recently: pandemic delays, supply chain disruptions, etc. None of this applies to the terrible experience we are having with this "dealer", this salesman, and the Carrier brand.stay tuned.

Tell me kind reader who is that you buy from? Is it the dealer or is it the brand? Who do you go to for help if something goes wrong? Who provides the warranty service? More importantly, who do you expect to follow-up, to be concerned, to treat you with respect? Carrier will reluctantly respond to you, but they go to great lengths to ignore you.

UPDATE October 2022

Turning the heat on for the first time in fall 2022 and the furnace failed. Surprise. So an email to our dealer who claims they do not receive our emails. Then a scheduled call is interrupted by a fender bender by their poorly staffed tech staff (I know these are pervasive, but if you are choosing a furnace supplier in Canada you must be assured that they follow through; this firm does not). Fast forward and we received service five days after our request. Diagnosis was a failed gas valve on a unit not even a year old.

Steer clear of this company. For what its worth, my wife noted another company that we want to transfer our warranty to and this guy (Asif) at Furnace & AC "Experts" says Maple are an Iranian company (possibly implying that we should avoid them is our take away). Yikes.

UPDATE October 2022

Back up a bit to earlier this year and Asif "sold" us a used controller unit he took out of another customer's home. Make sure you have full visibility to what you are buying from Asif.

Every email we send is copied to Carrier customer support (there is true irony in that nomenclature), but they never respond.

I live on a farm and use Propane as my primary source for heating and cooling. Last year, the propane bills were unbearable during cold winter months. I was looking for fossil free solution and knew a bit about heat pump technology, so I called 4 companies for a proposal of technology and a quote. Asif was one of them, he came to the house inspected my current equipment and gave me a heat pump proposal which was detailed, technically sound, and cost effective when compared to the other 3 bidders.
Prior to the day of installation, he sent reminder emails and clearly stated who and when his team will be coming and what they will do? Due to urgency, his team of 3 arrived, HVAC specialist, sheet metal and helper. They were professional in etiquettes and explained every bit of the process. They had rags and cleaned up after the job was completed. It is important to note that heating coils were back ordered however for the installation they did a temporary (duct work) but thorough job so I can get the heat right away. They will return with the coils, remove the temporary duct and install final one. They could have waited and let me keep paying propane bills until the coils had arrived but no, this was not the case. Coming twice for the same job is very much appreciated. I am now on100% heat pump heating technology.
I found Asif and his team to be very professional and customer centric. They look after the well-being of their customers and ensure they are completely satisfied. Pre/Post installation information and receiving feedback from client was a professional gesture, on Asif's part.
I am happy to sit down and write this review. The Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump system is very-quiet and ran all night and successfully maintained set temperature.

Communicated with Asif over email and got the job quoted, much preferable to the other quotes where people want to meet you at your house and talk for 1hr.
Price was competitive. I was looking to remove the old unit that was on the second floor, which required a scissor lift, and replace it with a new unit eight feet off the ground. The scissor lift was dropped off by an independent contractor and I signed receipt. Jean and Osamah came soon after and were very personable and indulged all my requests (eg cutting brackets shorter).
I picked Carrier's base line model, which is maybe a bit loud, but that's on me. Ac Experts did exactly as asked and in a short timeline, would recommend.

We had a seasonal service call for our heat pump and air conditioner and anytime will recommend. On time and professional service person Sumit Sharma. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

We had booked with the company for water heater removal and installation. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the staff. There are 3 staff came on the day of our service. The lead technician's name is Osamah, another technician was Sumit and the helper was Areez. They worked from 11am all the way to 10pm just to get our water heater running. They are very professional and during the process they also faced some difficulties but they were able to manage it quickly. They told us that they cannot leave the client without hot water. They also managed to return our old water heater to Reliance which left us worry free. I will highly recommend their service and will definitely go with them again in the future.

I hired Furnace & AC Experts to install a new air source heat pump and gas furnace to take advantage of the Greener Homes Grant. Asif did a thorough job explaining the options and recommending a system that would suit our needs and qualify for the grant. The installers were professional and a pleasure to work with and I was happy and surprised they were able to complete the entire job in two days. I would definitely work with them again.

Purchased a Mitsubishi Cold climate air source heat pump. Product was well explained and pricing was more than fair. Installation was on time and I was very impressed with installation techs. All went as clock work. Overall I was very impressed.

My old furnace was around 20 years old and stopped working. I needed a new furnace and my friend recommended Furnace Ac experts. I received a quote and was given different options on my new furnace. Everything went smoothly during the installation and I’m very satisfied with the job that was done. Highly recommend.

I contacted Furnace AC Experts to install a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Pump in my garage. I have a dog kennel in the garage for my two dogs. They dogs stay there when we are not home for a few hours. So far the heat pump has been working very well at keeping the garage temperature very comfortable for the dogs (and me too). I spoke to a number of contractors before going with AC Experts. The quote provided was very reasonable. The service and follow-up from Asif and the on-site technicians was first rate. They did everything they said they would do. I am very happy with the unit and I am very happy with the quality of the workmanship provided. I would recommend them to others.

I was looking for complete replacement of my old Furnace and Air Conditioner, I called Furnace & Ac Experts (Lowe's), Reliance and some other HVAC private contractors but unfortunately I ended up renting my equipment with Reliance.

The sales person from Reliance was so pushy and he lied a lot about the renting agreement. He mislead me about per month renting cost and he convinced me to install this job very next day without giving me time to go to the fine prints.

Initially I was thinking that Reliance gave us a good deal, but when I read the fine-prints, I found why they were rushing to install next day because its a trap with the renting cost $215/mo and now I am hooked up to pay for seven years monthly $215 and buy back cost of $8000 to $9000 after 7 years.

After my calculation I found that Lowe's was offering me approx $12,000 for the same equipments which I will be ending up to pay reliance around $38,000 for the equipment life. Its a fraud and cheating from Reliance.

I concerned Asif Khan who came to my house from Furnace & Ac Experts (Lowe's) and told him about what happened, even though we didn't buy furnace and Ac from Lowe's, he came to my house late evening and helped me to understand Reliance fine prints and their terms and conditions.

Now I am regretting, why I didn't go with Furnace & Ac Experts (Lowe's) offer initially. That was my wrong quick decision. I wish I made this decision in favor of Furnace & Ac Experts (Lowe's) for exactly same equipment.

I m trying to get rid of Reliance rental program and planning to go ahead with Lowe's as their financing is clear and straight.

I will never recommend anyone to deal with Reliance to buy or rent the equipment because they do very fishy business. I really appreciate Asif's efforts towards helping us in this situation.
