So far so good. The filters came reasonably fast to my home in Ontario. Free Shipping and amazing prices, filters seem to be good quality. I would highly recommend. Their email service was quick and knowledgeable.

These furnace filters are not true to size. When I requested a return I was informed that I would have to pay the shipping cost as well as a 25% restocking fee. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Bad customer service. Shame on Amazon for dealing with such an unscrupulous company. I have never had a problem returning anything I’ve purchased through Amazon before.

I am glad big stores don’t sell 16x16x1 anymore, so I searched to find this place!
I used to pay $15-$20 per piece at Rona and now I got 12 filters for $62 all in.
This is $5 per piece!
Friendly staff and you can buy it online then go pick it up after 30 minutes! They have shipping as well.

We have a very specific Carrier filter the pgapxx1625 3inch and it's not available anywhere else. I order it online and pick it up right away. Very good customer service as well. Shipping is available for an extra 10 bucks or so

STAY AWAY! I purchased furnace filters online but they sent me the wrong size. When I called them, a rude woman picked up the phone and talked in a very condescending way.
They have an account on Amazon also as a third party, be aware not to buy these filters from them! They send you the wrong size and you never get your money back!
It’s my mission to make sure, nobody else falls into their trap.
They owe me about $160! They are scammers!
As you can see a lots of other reviews have had the same problems.

I sent them an email asking questions for one of their products before I purchase it. Never received an answer.

BUYER BEWARE. Customer Service is Terrible.air filters that were purchased didn’t fit. After numerous emails to reach someone finally two weeks later they asked to ship filters back. Once they received filters and again numerous attempts for an update, they said filters should have fit and threw them out and will not refund or return new filters. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered Wednesday, received Thursday (New Year's Eve in the middle of a pandemic lockdown no less). Granted we only live a few towns over, but that is still impressive. Would buy again from this company.

They had the item in stock, I ordered and it was at my house the next day by 11: 30am. I'm extremely happy with this service. The price was extremely good as well. I couldn't recommend them enough to everyone.

Ordered from them on Jan 23. Today is Feb 11 and still have not shipped out my filters. Dishonest company as their company website advertise will ship out next day. It doesn't happen. No one responds to your email inquiry for updates as well. I see the owner responds to bad reviews so let's see how you counter this.

Paid extra for faster shipping and didn't meet the shipping expectation. I don't see this as the responsibility of the company, but was disappointed to not even receive a response when I inquired.

I placed an order with FurnaceFilters. Ca 3 weeks ago and they have yet to ship my order. Two days after placing an order, a shipping label was created and my credit card was charged but the order was never shipped. Two emails to the company went unanswered. They have not provided any explanation and they have not provided a refund as requested. Beware dealing with this company. They took my money and ran.
Update: The day after posting this review, FurnaceFilters. Ca responded to my emails and provided a refund. They indicated that my filters had been back ordered. If they were better at communicating with their customers they would have avoided this situation. Based on receiving a refund I'll bump my rating up from 1 star to 2 stars.

I was shopping on Amazon as usual.for Furnace Filters, good thing I continued looking after I found what I wanted as Furnace Filters.ca had the same product
(I assume) for the same price but consisted of 12 filters instead of Amazon's 6. What a great find and shipping was quick also.

Furnacefilters.ca provides excellent service and good communication about your online purchase. I ordered filters online on Monday morning and received the items at my door step in Thursday afternoon. During the process, I was updated through emails on order confirmation and delivery status. Items delivered were exactly as ordered and best of all, their website prices are very competitive.

Dishonest seller

I ordered filters on Amazon from them. The Amazon description was very precise with the brand and model number.

What I received was nothing like advertised. It was their own branded filter. I don't have an issue with an in-house branded filter. The issue is that the advertised product is completely different from what was shipped.

I tried contacting them and they thought I was probably dumb or something saying that the description was correct. What they don't know is that I am lawyer in the media field and I know how this stuff works.

I've attached the Amazon ad for the product, a picture of what it should have been (given the brand and model number), and what I received (which was not as advertised)

It's clear as day that the product was wrongly advertised.

I have purchased from Furnace Filters once in the past and just re-ordered from them again. I can only speak from my experience with them, they were GREAT! I was told 1-5 days for shipping (Regular Shipping) and came in the next day! To my front door, the product was Exactly as I ordered and fit Perfect (Humidifier Filter) with me just guessing from the photos on their website.

Don't believe the free shipping. Its a scam, free shipping means store pickup, so your filters sit there till you ask where they are! Then you have to pay for shipping even though invoice says free! Buyer beware!

They delivered 5-1/2 weeks faster than one their competitors. Ordering was easy, I'm a very happy customer and will absolutely be back to shop here again.

I made a purchase with furnacefilters.ca first week of October, I ordered furnace filters for my mother in law and for my mother as well as humidifier pads for myself. I received the furnace filters on two separate deliveries however I still have not received my humidifier pads. I was charged for them and have emailed the company twice now and they believe they were shipped out, I believe otherwise and have asked for my refund as I had to go to Canadian Tire and purchase them.

As the filters I need are hard to source locally, I took a chance at ordering online through FurnaceFilters.ca and have been doing so now for approx 5 years. No complaints to speak of!

What's not to like? Reasonable good prices.free shipping! Got it next day here in London.highly recommended. For sure this is my go to for furnace filters from now on. Cheers.

Worst service I have ever had. Ordered furnace filters in September and paid for them. Mid October found the order was not fulfilled called never heard back. Finally had to call and ask for a refund, of course they never called to explain. Would never use their service.

I ordered the generalaire model 81 tune kit and when order arrived it was missing the actual filter and another part. After contacting problem was solved so updating my review to 4 stars
