Service tech Nyingpo called to give us an expected arrival time. He soon got the furnace running again as the house was really cold without heat. This gentleman was very kind to seniors, explaining what was needed. He also gave us helpful advice about the furnace humidifier. Thank you so much, Nyingpo!

Can’t say enough good things about Sandip, Junior, Conrad and Nibo! We got the A-Team. First, many sales persons don’t know beyond brochure level detail of what they’re selling so it’s hard to trust them. Sandip knows his stuff so well that I was 100% sold with full assurance that I was in good hands. And I work in technical environments and I’m picky. Not only that, Sandip’s installers upheld all assurances he had made with the quality he promised. Work aside they even cleaned beyond what was required (that specially made my wife really happy too). They even threw in some extras. Paperwork was detailed. Floors were protected. Claudio has been servicing our furnace since it was installed (roughly 9 years). He is professional, courteous and all around great human being.

Tommy was our technician that did our hvac checkup and repairs on the gas fireplace. He was very professional and did a great job.

We had a new furnace installed by Furnace King this week. I discovered an error code on our Nest Thermostat soon after. I emailed Furnace King the next morning and they called me promptly, offering to send a technician to look into the issue at the end of the day. Technician Tommy came by late in the day. He ended up installing a C-wire kit on the furnace and in the wall behind the thermostat to address this fairly common wifi thermostat issue. He also fixed a problem with the A/C (also from Furnace King a few years prior). Tommy was so knowledgeable, friendly, professional, pleasant. He got everything working.

I can't say enough about our great experiences purchasing our A/C and furnace from Furnace King. Sales person Sandip is a consummate professional, taking so much care and time to explain everything without rushing or pressuring.

*** a week later we had our ducts cleaned by Furnace King. Michael was the technician. He was friendly, professional. He explained the process and showed me what the previous cleaners didn't do. He covered up all the registers and cold air exchange grates and he thoroughly cleaned every register and the cold air vents. He ran the large hose from his truck right down to our furnace. It was incredible the amount of debris that was sucked out. It definitely makes sense to use a furnace company to ensure a thorough, proper duct cleaning; especially with so many fly-by-night companies and outright scams, like the $100 duct cleaning phone calls we all get. ***

Air conditioner installed by them 1 month ago. There was a hole in the seal was not sealed properly. They were at my house in 1 hour to see why unit wasn't cooling house. CLAUDIO very polite and helpful in explaining what was wrong. Coming back to properly seal around the unit.

We had an issue for months in our new home. People have come and gone and just chalked it up to it's a big house and some rooms will just be warm in the summer and colder in the winter. Within 20 minutes they figured it out and now I need a parka in my room because the AC is doing what it should have been doing been doing whole time. We can now look forward to winter.

Used them to install central AC + Furnace combo.

The service was professional, and the staff were very responsive and nice.

However, when the line sets for the AC were run, instead of running them along beams and between joists, they were run diagonally, and under duct work - making it impossible for us to finish the basement. I have to now pay to have them redone.

We have been customers for 10 years over 2 properties and are always happy with their conscientious attention to our heating, cooling, humidity, hepa filter, and duct cleaning needs. Mr Sandip gave me a good deal on a furnace + AC combo. The installation was swift and painless. When the AC did not turn on during the weekend, Sandip sent a technician on the same day to fix it. The technician did all the necessary checks to make sure the AC was in good condition and also gave me some tips to maintain the HVAC system. I would highly recommend Sandip's team for their prompt service and dedication.

Omar cleaned and inspected our furnace. He noticed that it didn’t kick into second stage and fixed the thermostat. It appears that we had not been experiencing the furnace’s full capability since it was installed 3 years ago. Fingers crossed for more comfortable heating going forward. Thanks Omar!

On-time, courteous and very professional. Ready to go the extra mile. Glad to have furnace king for my yearly maintenance!

First the service technician said there was a problem with water pump, but after playing with it found it was working fine.
Second, he said that there was problem with power, not getting any electrical power, was because he had turned switch off.
Third, he said the breaker was busted, but then reversed his call

The service person did a great job! No issues in the quality of work. Had issues with the scheduling of appointment. The first appointment scheduled no-one showed up. I was not informed of the cancellation and contact person was helpful and rescheduled another appointment for another day. The service person did not arrive in the scheduled window (over an hour later) and I made another call to the office. The contact person said service person was on the way.

There were some hiccups with the appointment setup but once Claudio arrived to do the work it was smooth sailing. Very professional and thorough. Thanks

We purchased a new furnace and tankless from Furnace King roughly 3 years ago and it was the best decision we made upon moving into our home. In our experience, they are service first and care about long term relationships rather than quick sales. A relative referred us to Sandip who advised us on the necessary systems and took the time to explain every detail, the mechanics and pricing involved. As new homeowners we were very appreciative of the time and care involved in the process. Over the years he has continued to be very responsive and quick to address any questions we may have.
In regards to the equipment, installation and removal of the old units was a smooth and clean process. Very professional. Both have run smoothly to date. Recent visits by Brian & Claudio for regular service calls were excellent. Both are very personable and well informed. They answered many of our "stupid" questions regarding general equipment operation and maintenance.
Overall we have great confidence in our equipment & Furnace King. There are definitely other service companies that you dread having to call or deal with, I look forward to calling Furnace King. They are on the top of my list for future installations and referrals.

We had FK install a Bosch Greentherm tankless water heater three years ago. The unit leaked and was replaced promptly at no cost to us.the second Bosch unit failed, likely from dirt in the system. These units really need an air filter in the system. It was replaced promptly at no cost again. We will see how this one operates. Do some research and maybe ask them for Rinnai or Rheem. The communication has been excellent and we are very happy with the service provided by FK so far. This company definitely puts the customer first. Highly recommend.

The technician Claudio Larrobino had identified that the coil needs to be replaced in the furnace. James sent an experienced Technician Brian. He was very professional. Explained the process involved so we could anticipate what to expect. He did a Very neat and good job.

A few weeks ago, I was having some issues with my air conditioner and I needed someone that day as the Forecast was for very hot weather for the next few days. So I called Furnace King, whom I had used a few years ago, when I replaced the heating and cooling units. They were professional and a pleasure to deal with, delivering what they promised and providing value added service, as they had over the years for other family members, neighbours and friends. I am not sure why I paid almost $200 for the usual "I can't fix it, you just need a new system", by an incompetent tech from here.
Called anther company with no reviews who charged me half and figured out and fixed what was wrong at only half price. I am beginning to think most positive online reviews are fake.

A lot of companies want to charge you for everything. Furnace king just wants to make sure you're happy with the product and the service. My cooling was not getting from the AC to the top floor. They suggested a few things (Brian) and then dropping in a courtesy service call (no charge). Brian made more suggestions and the product is working great. I recommend you have Furnace King as one of your vendors to quote on your furnace or AC.

Our furnace broke down and within an hour of calling Brian showed up and found the problem. He did his best to fix it so we could have some heat that night but the part was too far gone. Claudio came the next morning with a replacement part and we had heat again. Both guys were incredibly personable and extremely helpful. Will definitely be giving these guys a call again when I need these services.
