I have had a bad experience, and I do not recommend anyone to deal with them. I bought a bedroom from them, and we agreed on a delivery and installation fee. However, during the installation, they claimed that they didn't have some screws, so they couldn't complete the setup. They promised to return within two days, and now it's been almost three weeks. I've called them multiple times, and each time they say they will call me tomorrow, but they never do.

Bought a couch set and arranged to have it delivered, the company had me send a 100.00 etransfer to hold the couch and the remaining balance to be paid prior to delivery which was 180.00 charge on top of the price or couch set.

Furniture could not deliver for ten days bit because I was having a family gathering I opted to pick up the set and informed the company of my plan.

I drove 4 hours in a snow storm paid for rental fuel and labor only to get the furniture home and find out that they sent me two different pieces two different colors.

Reached out to the store by phone text Facebook and email to which they never responded

I called the next day at 1140 am and was promised a call back in ten minutes never receiving any response back

Took me two days where ultimately I was told it was my responsibility to return wrong item and pick up the right one.

Said they didn't deliver to my town yet they orginally charged me 180 delivery fee, then told me they would deliver the following day for a 50.00 fee and would confirm that before I store closes.

No call back

FRIDAY, the day of gathering I still haven't heard from store so I called back only to be told no delivery for ten days.

Now have to spend more money for truck rental fuel and labor an informed them I couldnt be there until 6 because it's a 4 hour trip and was told they would not wait for me because they leave at 5 (this is a privately owned company)

Over the course
of 2 days, I requested manager name, solutions to rectify situation only to never get called back and told that it is my responsibility to exchange couches and indure all additional costs that comes with picking up the items.

They were very rude and argumentative especially the woman.

These are actually the owners who claim to be only employees when there is a complaint.

I should add that the store still wanted me to pay for delivery 180 even though I picked up the furniture myself which was an argument that I had when I arrived there

Stopped in a couple weeks ago for the first time. Very friendly, good selection and good prices.

I ordered a sofa worth of $2000 saying that they will assemble the sofa and look for the condition while opening the package.
Delivery person didn't assemble the sofa, called the store and they said we are not doing that and I have to do that by myself, and they said they never said this to customer that they will do assembly too.
They said, I am lying to them.

Hope I can place ZERO ratings for them.

Never ever buy anything from them.

Not recommended at all.

Bought a reclining sofa from them and within 6 months one the seats mechanism bent, from poor quality.

I have been chasing after them for over 4 months to try and get the warranty covered ot even send someone to look at it. I'm even willing to pay for the repairs out of pocket, but they've been giving me the run around. Horrible experience with them.

Would advise everyone to stay away from this scam of a company. Their warranty means nothing.

I bought sofa from this place worth 2500$ and all the employees were trying to convince me to pay in cash so they can save taxes and after a few weeks the it started getting damaged and when I contacted the place they replied by saying that if you don't pay tax there's no warranty so I don't recommend anyone to buy from this place these guys are selling refurbished goods and telling people that it's brand new and scamming peopl and also not giving the adequate customer service.

Bought furniture last week Manvir from the team helped me through ordering over the call as i live far and products was delivered as good as promised. Must visit

Had wonderful help from Manvir. He helped us choose the perfect bedset and dining set I'm glad I found out about them from market place they got the best prices so far from what I've seen and great quality

Very bad service I bought a bed frame with a mattress and it cost me 1900$ a week ago and they insisted me to pay in cash so they could save up tax and they forced me to pay the full amount before it gets delivered and when i got delivery I opened it and the mattress was ripped off and when I tried to use the bed frame with my other mattress it started to crack and it was damaged I called them up the very next day but they said it was final sale and they couldn't replace or repair and they told me if I want to repair this I will have to pay the bill from my own pocket so don't trust these guys they're a scam and selling used goods

Good selection of furniture, great deals, and wonderful customer service. Make this your first and last stop. No need to look around.

I came here and spent some money for a dinning room table set. The lady was very nice doing good customer service. I will come back

Very bad service and scamming people I bought a dining table and the chairs are damaged but when I call the customer service no response and they are selling refurbished items. Don't get trapped in the promotions. I won't suggest anyone to buy from this but Ritz furniture planet ltd is a better option than this

Bought a rocker/ recliner and had it delivered to my husband's mother. Very nice people, polite, and called when they were on way. Have used them for over five years and will keep them.
