We received the mattress in a timely fashion. It was well packaged. It took time for it to decompress and for about a couple weeks the end that had been wrapped the tightest didn't seem like it was going to take its normal shape but using it brought it to normal. Happy with it.

BEWARE. Worst quality mattress I've ever slept on. I was sleeping on broken springs within less than 6 months of my purchase. It's also impossible to reach anyone in the company except the person in the front desk, who was unable assist me in any way possible. I've also e-mailed them 3 times and received no response within a whole year. Absolute mockery, shame.

Purchased mattresses for our rental and the tenants are happy with the furniture and mattresses. Customer service is good and delivery was prompt. The prices are the best of course!

This company offers cheap prices but their customer service is rude and appaulling. I bought this product through walmart. Neither walmart customer service (overseas) nor this company want to take responsibility. I am in the middle of this with no help. Im in day 5 of this process and am considering raise this with the provinicial consumer board and global tv consumer board.its sad that this has to be so stressful as I am in the middle of a house move!

Scam. I ordered a mattress via Walmart coming from furniture mattress direct on September 29, with the delivery date of October 3-10.
On October 5th I checked the tracking information, called them and they said they didn’t ship it yet. October 6th they finally printed the shipping label and shipped the item. With an updated delivery date for October 13.
October 13 came and went, I called on the 14th, they said 17th, called on 17th they said 18th. When I called today it seems nobody has an answer as to where the mattress is or when it will be delivered.
I moved to Vancouver from Toronto on the 8th and have slept on the floor for 10 days.
They take 1 business week to reply to emails. Haven’t responded. Spent approx 10 hours on the phone between them, Walmart, and the delivery courier. Shocking that a company can be so utterly useless, and unhelpful.
Truly do not have one positive thing to say about this company. Take your money elsewhere.

They are misleading customers with what they have posed on the website.
I ordered a 7 inch mattress instead received a 5 inch mattress.
When I followed up the people were extremely rude.
Specifically a guy named Sam which i am sure he lied.
But just to clear that guy have is extremely rude and does have an East Indian accent.
Whether Furniture mattress fix the misleading information or have better people on customer service.

The products are good and the prices are great. Got mattresses for my condo and love it all. Delivery was fast too.

I had placed an order with them that was supposed to arrive on Good Friday. The morning of the delivery, I got a call from them stating that there was an error with the inventory and they couldn't find my bed in the warehouse. I was beyond frustrated as I had already discarded my old bed, had an elevator reservation and had an assembly guy coming the same day. The lady who gave me the bad news, apologized several times, gave complimentary pillows, mattress protector and promised a $49 refund! They delivered everything today including the complimentary items in record time, and I just received the refund notification on my credit card! They went above and beyond to make up for their mistake and I am extremely happy with their service! Highly recommended for all your furniture needs, I am a customer for life!

Shopping was easy and delivery a breeze. Mattress is so comfortable. I was concerned because it was replacing a standard Sealy pillowtop, but it feels the same! Have told friends about furniture mattress direct!

I decided to order all my furniture from them. But when I saw their reviews and found that they make delays in their deliveries. So, To test them I ordered two mattresses for Saturday delivery and confirmed the delivery date with them before ordering. 2 days later they called and asked for 1 week of postpone and I accepted that. Again, the week after they called and asked for postpone again! And told stupid reasons. I cancelled my order and will never order anything from these liars and deceivers again. Never never never waste your time with these amateurs

First of all, I found the BEST mattress I ever could ask for! And secondly, they shipped it soooo fast! I hardly had time to take the old one away! I recommend Furniture Mattress Direct, 100%, for my mattress needs. I’ll be contacting them in the future for a “camper” mattress; their quality is surpassed only by their great prices.

I ttced to the location on Canartic and it does not exist.

I then went to the 1110 finch west location and it has moved from there.

Price for a 14” pillow top pocket coil memory queen was amazing and way below my price range for a new bed. Delivery was in less than a week. The driver helped me bring the heavy box up two flights of stairs into my apartment without a second thought. The bed was beyond my expectation for the price I paid. A few days after my delivery I received a call from the support team, to make sure the decompression of the bed occurred correctly and to check up on my experience. I highly recommend this company if you’re shopping for a new mattress.

Brought the Glory 10" Double mattress. The quality and firmness is exactly what we wanted. A great value buy that included the delivery.
Was a bit skeptical as they don't have a return policy. But the quality is great so no complaints.

I bought a sofa bed 3 years ago, bad quality.
And the customer service was very poor, they didn’t follow up my sofa’s problem until now, very dissatisfied and disappointed, don’t use their trouble products. Waste my money!

I bought online so you don't get to try it out to know how soft or firm it is. Mattress in a box. Somehow my order got mixed up or I ordered it wrong. When I reported it 2 furniture Mattress Direct they correct it my order from single to a double. This time they sent out doubled that was too soft. So Furniture Mattress Direct sent me a mattress called Night Dreamer mattress that is perfect it is firm on all sides and a 2-inch pillow top on the top. I am very pleased with their service on the mattress is perfect thank you. Darlene Crow

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced… ordered a king mattress online and they send me a wrong size. And when I complained it took 2 weeks for them to reply and it’s been more than 3 months I’ve been waiting for my refund

Delivered the wrong mattress and claimed the opposite even after I send pictures proving the differences (e.g. 18 cm (ordered) vs 14 cm delivered).

& I got wrong mattress having 5 inch height.also it has damaged cover was ripped on back side. The Mattress looks poor quality.please don’t buy any products from here.it’s just wast of your money.

The mattress is super soft and comfortable and good on my back.

Very disappointed in this place got all my furniture from here the first day the one bed I got, broke while sitting down on it.and before comments come I'm not a big person.aswell the legs of the bed were all cut different length.the coffee table is broken bunk bed broke from a child sitting in the middle.the sectional sinks in after only having it for 4-5 months and was supposed to come with an ottoman that still hasn't arrived.needless to say will never shop here again and or recommend anyone too.going to refurnish my place again in hopes that this doesn't happen again

Ordered a new mattress, was suppose to be delivered on the Wednesday but unfortunately it didn't get put on truck. Service department was fantastic and rescheduled. Unfortunately they didn't have our mattress in stock but again the service department went above and beyond and made things right. I have told our friends and family how great their service was and they are looking to purchase new mattress from FurnitureMattress Direct.

I really love this company! I ordered 2 items separately on the same day, I was shocked to get a call from customer service advising me I would be getting a refund for my delivery fee on 1 of the items.
And.the platform bed w/headboard was not in stock, in turn I was offered something similar but cost much more than what I had originally purchased! 10 out of 10 for me!

We just recently came across this company when looking for a bed for our son. When ordering we were nervous at first not knowing the company as we were not familiar yet. We ordered a queen mattress and it only took 3 days and the quality was fantastic and the price was affordable. We were happy with the product and service. Then I ordered a box spring which arrived in the next day on Easter Sunday. When I checked Amazon they had prime dates of 2 weeks and expensive. When I had a question for Furniture Mattress Direct about the delivery and text them from their website they answered me in seconds and assured me that my delivery was on its way. Great customer service and excellent communication. I recommend this company and we are now looking into buying a new bedroom set for ourselves. Keep up the great work!

What I like about this business is the excellent customer service. Demi is very helpful. From my inquiry to placing my order she's very patient. I ended up not getting the exact design for the bed (got almost a similar one). But the bed I got was more expensive & got it for the same deal as the other bed. Lovepreet the delivery guy is equally amazing. He's polite and helped my husband bring the deliveries right outside our door. There were restrictions coz of covid and he did what he can to make the delivery as smooth as possible. There was one item missing when my husband was putting the bed together. We found a replacement from his tool box though. I highly recommend this business not just for their lower price but for their amazing customer service as well.

Their overall reviews appear to be fake. Do not make your decision based on reviews. Don't waste your time for this vendor. They use to make false commitments and repeated excuses. The deals appear on web site is actually out of stock and most likely to catch the attention only. Apply extreme caution.

We ordered a bunk bed and double mattress from here. We had some issues with this, when we finally got in touch with customer service after getting the run around they were very helpful. Once we received the correct mattress we can say we are very happy with everything we ordered and received.
