The dining experience at this restaurant surpassed expectations, particularly with the outstanding South and North Indian dishes. Anjali and the staff were incredibly welcoming, ensuring a delightful time.

The service was top-notch, and the pleasing ambiance enhanced the overall enjoyment. We tried the chicken vindaloo, Kerala paratha, garlic naan, and Shahi paneer – all were amazing and truly authentic. If you crave delicious Indian food with friendly service, this place is a definite must-try!

Absolutely delicious Malabar Biriyani! The flavours were outstanding, and arroma was irresistible. Friendly staff and cozy ambiance make dining here a great experience.

The ambiance and decor is beautiful. The food is absolutely incredible! So fresh and the flavours are out of this world. The best Indian we’ve had in a long time. We had the pakoras, beef korma, chicken tikka masala, with rice and naan. Visit and be amazed!

Every single time I come to fusion it is a 10/10 experience! From the food to the servers all the way down to the kitchen staff! I recommend it especially the uppam!

So amazing! This food is a taste of home! The restaurant is always so clean, the owner Mr. Joseph always has a smile, the server Megha is lovely. The chefs are excellent; for both North and South Indian cuisine, Fusion has it all. We had beef, chicken, lamb and prawns and couldn't decide which we liked more. The masala dosa and sambhar eith coconut chutney were lovely veg options. Overall 5 stars

Brought my friends to this restaurant for the first time, the food and service are so great, love them.

Excellent food. We ordered special Biryani, tandoori pomfret, and masala dosa, and each item was very good. The amount of oil was very limited, which we really liked. The service was fast and efficient.

Was very disappointed with the meals that we ordered. I had masala dosa and the potatoes looked burnt and had no taste.
My husband ordered butter chicken, which he did not enjoy, it was very bland.
The other disappoint was the meals did not come with rice or naan and these had to be ordered separately. Overall it was a pricey meal that lacked the flavor of Indian cuisine.

Do not recommend ordering during rush hour. I ordered butter chicken and rice with naan early this week and got food poisoning.

I suspect it was either the butter chicken or the rice. Nonetheless, I ended up vomiting for two days afterwards.

I have tried butter chicken from hundreds of places, but the butter chicken here is seriously the best I've tasted. Naan and rice are always cooked perfectly! It is a little too pricey in my opinion, but their food is delicious!

This is my go-to place in Guelph whenever I crave Indian food. I have tried food from most Indian restaurants in Guleph however I always end up coming back to Fusion because of how similar their food tastes to the one we have back home in India.

I have had their chicken, lamb and beef biriyanis, Naan, tandoori chicken and most of their South Indian dishes. There has never been an instance where I have been dissatisfied with the taste. Their Beef Peralan is otherworldly, something which my South Korean housemates would agree to.

I would recommend this place to anyone who craves the taste of home-cooked and authentic Indian food. Give their Beef Peralan a try. You would definitely come back for more.

We went here on a Tuesday evening to try some Kerala south Indian specialty. It got a little busy, unusual for a Tuesday evening I guess. The food was no doubt amazing but the girl Priya who was handling everything in the front just made the whole dining experience exceptional! She was patient, kind and knew her job very well.highly recommend this restaurant!

Absolutely one of the best Indian restaurants out there. Incredible samosas, every other dish I've tried was excellent. Great value, too.unlike other places that give you a couple of pieces of protein in a bunch of gravy, they cook proper dishes.

Me and my family had a great time at Fusion yesterday. It’s THE BEST authentic Indian and Kerala restaurant in Guelph. Amazing ambiance, great customer service and the most important thing the TASTE is delicious to say the least.

Egg curry (mappas) with parotha was the best we had. Egg curry was simply wow. Great to have found this place. We will definitely be coming back regularly.

Just had dinner here with the family, it was absolutely delicious and every single dish was made perfectly. The service was amazing and Priya was very attentive and kind. Going to be back here for sure! A gem in Guelph for Indian food lovers, so glad we found it!

First time we visited this restaurant from Cambridge. Excellent aesthetics and definitely great food! Butter chicken was yummy. Ghee dosa was tasty and reasonable price compared to Cambridge. Would recommend to anyone!

Never ever coming back to this fake Indian cuisine. And I was surprised just how cold our dishes were served. Service felt extremely impersonal. Will not be coming back to this restaurant. High prices only worthy of a great expreince. This was not. I may call Guelph health to review their kitchen. Complete disappointment.

If you are an Indian, you are going to hate the food. If you are not an Indian, you will get sick, like myself. Please do yourself a favor and do not go there for rotten potatoes in Dosa. This place is trying to be something it isn't.

Beautiful atmosphere. Wonderfully friendly and attentive service. Great food! Very reasonably priced. Overall great time. Hidden in the corner of the plaza their handmade dishes are fully authentic.

The food was all right (nothing special), but the service was horrible. Not only did we receive the wrong items, they brought out the main dishes for half of our party first and the other half waited 20 minutes for theirs only to find out they missed one person's dish completely. I also asked the waiter what was in the main dish I ordered and none of the things he listed were in it, instead it was full of the one thing I wanted to avoid. The place might be decent for take out if you want some specific stuff (dosas were good!) but I would skip it for dine-in.

Waited 45 min.for my order. A disorganized fusion Indian place is at its downhill. I ordered Aloo Gobhi To go ……. The food was cold and every bit of it tasted like spoonful of salt. When complained, the so called owner/ server explained its not possible, as he is Churchgoer. I think, he does not know the meaning of customer satisfaction.
Even earlier I have given him benefit of doubt, I have tried there Spinach and cheese, and it had so much spices that we could not eat it.in short, its not at all authentic or traditional, just a waste of money. I think, it will be history soon.

Perfect for families. Friendly service and excellent food, nicely spiced and decent portions. We had to take some away as we ordered too much. Favourites: butter nan, lamb vindaloo, egg plant bharta, paneer tika.

Price is reasonable, not cheap but you get what you pay for. Decor is simple and clean. This was our first visit and we'll certainly be back!

Servers are slow, we observed that they were not attentive to people of color. Onion bhaji was soaked in dirty oil and served on a dirty plate. South Indian section do not taste authentic, lacking flavors and roast which we tried tasted stale, full of soggy frozen vegetable and the funny part is that Owners claims that they are from Kerala- southern state in India. This is not to the standard of any average Indian restaurant in GTA.
One more thing, the salty dishes were way too salty. Worst service ever. Very disrespectful.

Surely a blessing to all residents of Guelph and near by places to taste the Authentic Indian food at Fusion Indian Restaurant.

Food was amazing! Wait was long due to staff shortage! But was worth it. Butter chicken was was better then the other Guelph Indian Restaurants!
Down side: Pricy. Prices are more Brampton/Mississauga not Guelph! You have to pay for Naan or rice to be added to your meal! I have never had to pay for one of those sides to be included. Not even in Brampton!

We have been here on Valentine’s Day we ordered two dishes Thandoori platter and lamb Biriyani both dishes were good. The staff were polite and service oriented moreover the place was clean and well organized. Will definitely recommend fusion to anyone.

Just had my first experience at fusion, quality food, great hospitality, highly recommends to visit.

We had take out from here. Had a great experience! Very quick, under 20min on a Saturday night. Food tasted fantastic. Inside of the restaurant looked very beautiful from what I could see.

I went for pick up to try since it was just opened. I showed up a bit early so i sat down to wait and the hostess went out of her way to have a conversation with me so I wouldnt be bored. Everyone there welcomes you like family and are very polite. The food was very well done and is probably the best indian food you will find in Guelph. Prices are fair for the serving size. It is good to make reservations since the seating area isnt very large. Overall, great restaurant and i will definitely be going back!

Try the chicken Mirchi, outstanding dish. The absolute best Indian restaurant. Service is great. Owners are great.

I walked in for the first time tonight, not knowing if there was take-out.
I was greeted promptly, the waitress was super sweet and pleasant with me; seated me with water and a menu while I figured out what to order. I am vegan, so I asked if I could get the daal and vegetable briyani made with oil instead of ghee (butter) and she smiled and said yes. She returned a minute or two later, and put the effort in to clarify whether I wanted oil or ghee (I'm also rather soft spoken, so I don't think she heard me properly). After a short wait, maybe 10-15 minutes, my food was brought out, neatly in a to go bag (they included yogurt, but I didn't say that I was vegan, so they wouldn't have known) and was treated like royalty. I got the food home in about 15 minutes, and even though it wasn't piping hot when I ate it, it was still absolutely phenomenal. Some of the BEST indian food I've eaten in my life. So delicious, and it was very evident that time and care were put into the dishes served.
This establishment has only been open for a couple of weeks, but I wish them all of the best, and hope they remain busy and successful!

The good thing: Customer service was excellent. The bad: I went there to eat some South Indian dishes. But it was disappointing. Majority of their items are not South Indian. Not recommended for someone who is looking for Kerala food. Will change my rating if they provide Kerala style Thali meals.

We just stopped in for the grand opening. Very busy. The staff were very hospitable, even with the crush of so many people that standing room was scarse. I enjoyed the food available for sample. Can't wait to go for a sit down meal.

Food is really nice and tasty especially Biryani with fried onions wow, The way they receive customers was awesome and people are really good. No need to go to Toronto we have good biryani available at Guelph in Fusion

We had a delicious lunch here today - even the mango lassi was well beyond your average fare (a hint of rose water?). The mulligatawny soup was very tasty with a nice amount of spicy heat to it and the Tandoori chicken was great, too. It’s a nice new spot in Guelph, with very tasteful, modern decor - don’t let the location in the strip mall on Gordon Street fool you. We will definitely be back. Wonderful hospitality on top of everything else.
