I came here and had Christina take care of me. I had a bad haircut from another place that shall remain nameless. Christina spent over an hour, meticulously fixing the mess that was my hair. She was so patient and did an outstanding job. I couldn’t be more happy. I’ve found my new stylist. Thank you so, so much Christina.

Kara is an amazing colorist! I color my hair fairly light blonde from a naturally dark brown, and it's challenging to find a colorist as skilled in that as she is. Since she's been coloring my hair, my hair has been the exact color I want and the healthiest it's been in a long time. So glad I met her.

Now I always come to Brendan. It took me long time to find my hair stylist. My hair are thin and straight. They need very meticulous work for short haircuts. Brendan does it very accurately and artistically. In spring he also did highlights for me, and again, I gained a lot of compliments.

I've been going to Fusion for around 3 years now, and I can absolutely recommend going there for men's cuts. I have shorter straight thick hair, and often finding someone who can cut my hair well can be hard. Adam is absolutely amazing and makes every visit a great experience. I was looking for a new hair stylist and I found one at Fusion! I had a colour and a cut with Zoe and I was really pleased. My hair was previously henna treated and at our consultation, Zoe took a piece of hair to test for colouring before the appointment. At the appointment, Zoe was super personable and did an amazing job. Not only was Zoe great, but everyone at the salon was super nice. I would recommend this salon if you’re looking for a new hairstylist.

I’ve been going to Brandon for my hair for almost a year now and he always does a phenomenal job, but for my most recent appointment his work literally took my breath away! With his exceptional skills he was able to transform my hair from dark brown to the beautiful copper colour I had hoped for? Brandon goes above and beyond during every appointment to make sure you’re comfortable and checks in frequently to make sure you’re happy with the process. He has a passion for this profession and it certainly shows every time you sit in the chair!

Been looking for a new hairdresser for months and Tiff really helped a girl out. I went in with a mess of curls and came out looking fab. The salon itself is a cute vibe and very clean. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, I’ll definitely be going back!?

My family and I went here for years and they always did a pretty good job. This was until my mother found out that she was getting charged three times as much as my father was despite the fact that they have the same length hair and that they spent the same amount of time in the chair. She asked the owner about it and got a nondescript answer about how the stylists set the prices (the same stylist cut both their hair) and that there was nothing they could do. They charged my mother more simply because she was a woman and they could get away with it, no other reason.

Just took my daughter in for a haircut, and left with a pretty disappointed little girl. She really wanted to have bangs cut in, they did wash her hair and it looked washed but in the same style as when we went in. It looks like very little was done. They said that if we wanted more done to come back, but how can you go back when -even if you show a picture of what you want done, it is not even close. Why go back if you are not even on the same page? I suppose I just don't even understand what they did do.

Zoe was an amazing and extremely talented stylist. She dyed my hair for my very first time ever, she walked me through everything and I was a little nervous but she made the experience so enjoyable and I am absolutely in love with the result. She told me exactly how to take care of it after which was much appreciated. I will definitely be going back. The salon was clean and such a welcoming environment.

I came here for a haircut recently and I have to say it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had! I have a very short blunt bob and Kenzie was my stylist. She did an absolute fantastic job being precise and clean. She gave me a fantastic shampoo and head massage, and overall it was an amazing experience. I’ve had my haircut by many people and I will definitely be back to see Kenzie from now on! The salon is awesome and I highly recommend!

What a fabulous experience at a truly fabulous salon including state of the art relaxing wash basins. I almost took a long nap while the owner Paul washed and massaged my scalp!
He quietly stepped in to help as it was so busy. Love it when no task is too big or small for the boss!

I have been a client at Fusion for over 15 years and I will not go anywhere else. Apart from the fact that Paul and his team are professional and experts at what they do, I always feel welcome and comfortable at every visit. I don't ever feel rushed and feel that I am listened to in what I want (not what my stylist wants to do with my hair). My hair is challenging to colour and Paul is always patient and ensures it is done right. My whole family goes to Fusion and you can't go wrong with any stylist you choose. During the pandemic, they have ensured safety for both the staff and clients.

Hair colorist was lovely, but paid $500 (including a tip) for a balayage and start the process of going lighter. When I called to speak with someone about it (which is very hard and I felt awful complaining!) they were very rude to me and I honestly balled my eyes out. My actual colorist was nice though and called me back and brought me in to fix it. Unfortunately, it looks worse now and I am so embarrassed and trying to find someone to fix it but everyone is so booked up. I am so upset and it has been 6 weeks. When I reached out to tell him, his response was a very short 'best of luck in future'. See the one stripe down the back and the chunks? There is not even any color in the back besides the one chunk. Soooo not impressed.

Love this place! Everyone is so welcoming and the atmosphere is top notch. Brandon NEVER disappoints - my colour and cuts are always exactly what I envision and then some. I always look forward to "mama's night out" at Fusion!

Throughout quarantine if you are like me, black box dye was the go to. A few weeks ago I had my first experience at Fusion and was introduced to Brandon. Throughout the whole process, Brandon took the time to discuss everything with me, which in the end made me very comfortable. On top of that he’s super knowledgeable, as well professional but is also very kind and talkative. Once he completed my hair it was honestly beautiful, I don’t think I’ll ever trust another stylist other than Brandon. The prices were reasonable, and the rest of the staff were friendly as well. I would only recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their hair done in the future.

I didn't feel welcomed when I walked in. The person at the front wasn't even paying attention. The lady that did my hair looked like she was rushing and she didn't even clean the hair off after cutting. My hair was not styled. I left the salon with messed up hair. I paid more than $80 and I was not satisfied. I don't think I'll be coming back again.

The salon is clean and has a great atmosphere. Brandon is friendly, professional and most importantly, a great stylist. He knows what works with my hair and is a wizard with colouring. Cory is also amazing with up-dos. The rest of the staff are great - very welcoming.

Best place in town! I moved from Montreal and really struggled to find a new hair salon, until I found Fusion. The atmosphere is so inviting and friendly and the staff are amazing. I have been a client at Fusion for years and can’t see myself going anywhere else. The studio is very clean (and more recently have implemented COVID precautions in a way that feels safe but also not stiff and unpersonable) and staff is super friendly. I always leave feeling great about my new colour/style. Brandon is a wizard with cut and colour. He nails my blonde everytime and always entertains my crazy colour ideas. He is great at explaining the process of every colour I suggest and also highlighting any potential downsides. He takes into account your skin tone and face shape and makes thoughtful suggestions. I so appreciate his feedback and am always so pleased with the results. Cannot say enough good things about Fusion.

Visiting Fusion is always such a treat! Everyone is warm and welcoming, the salon is clean, pristine and beautiful! My stylist Paul is THE curly hair expert! I have been going to Fusion Hair Studios for over 10 years. I have always been incredibly happy with every cut and colour I have ever had here. I also have had updos and make up done at this salon as well. The stylists are incredibly talented, professional, creative and cutting edge. They always offer excellent suggestions of things to try, while doing a great job of listening to what their clients want. I always love what they do! The atmosphere in the salon is very calm and relaxing. This is by far my favourite hair salon in Guelph!

I've gone here a few times wanting this to be my place to go. The do a pretty good job. And the prices are fine. What I have an issue with is the attitude. I've never felt welcomed. The tone of voice from many staff is that they are above you. I've called a few times over the pandemic knowing it's going to be a long shot getting what I'm asking for and they have spoken to me in a way that puts me down. Laughing at me. I called other salons in the area with the same long shot requests and they are so sweet about it. They don't put me down or laugh at my request.

I thought the first time it happened it was just that that were so busy after reopening and I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt. However, the attitude keeps happening, so it's not a one off. You do not treat non-regular clients with any respect. I wanted to spend my money with with guys and now I never will again just by how you have acted the past few times I've tried to book something.

Fusion is the best! I love Jim and Paul. I don’t even tell Paul what to do anymore, he just knows exactly what to do with my hair. I drive almost 2 hours since I’ve moved to get my hair cut at Fusion.

Came in not really knowing what I wanted so I was no help, my hair has always been annoying to deal with because it always just laid weird or something, but somehow Adam understood what I was trying to explain and cleaned up my cut (I had it cut recently somewhere else and I just wasn't happy thought my hair was just bad) and now my hair just always looks good, it lays nicely so even if it's lookin crusty it a cute crusty

Katelyn did an absolutely amazing job transforming my you've-been-under-lockdown-for-5-months-and-it-shows long/highlighted hair into a super sleek shoulder length bob. I've gotten SO many compliments and its only been a few hours. Its the change I needed to pull me out of a funk and I'm so glad I came here for it. This salon has consistently given top quality hair service and I recommend Katelyn if you need a skilled and dependable stylist!

All the stylists seem to have their specialty. Or at least as you look around the salon every one is looking fabulous. They give great advice on colour and listen to concerns about styles. It seems like a family atmosphere. Everyone works together to keep the place clean and client feeling like royalty.

I always love getting my hair cut and coloured here. The results are incredible and I'm happy everytime. The salon is super clean and everyone who works here is professional and friendly.

Do not come here if you want a bob. Ive been here three times. The first time was alright but the last two have been terrible. Ive been with three different stylists. Brandon left long pieces all over and Jade left the back an inch longer than the front.

I've always been very particular about my hair and I always found at other places it wasn't quite right. The staff here produce a really welcoming atmosphere and it feels like they really listen well to what you want.

My daughter seen tiffany for a haircut, as soon as we entered we were greeted warmly and offered a beverage. Tiffany was very knowledgeable, and friendly. She made my daughter feel comfortable (which is not an easy task.) She gave a wonderful head massage and looked great when she was done. We will be back!
