Incredibly unresponsive to phone calls. When dealing with the owner in person, he was very dismissive, uncooperative, and blatantly rude.
He quoted a certain price for an order of shirts, but upon arrival, he insisted that the price would go up, blaming the customer for not giving enough information. As a business owner, he needed to take the initiative in asking for the required information, instead of making assumptions that the customers know exactly what he, a professional, needed.
After agreeing to the order and accepting the shirts, he backed out of the deal because he assumed that every shirt would be the same size.
I would strongly recommend against using this company, as the owner neglects to ask for the most basic of required information, then proceeds to blame his clientele for his own mistakes.
