If I can give zero I would. Not at all knowledgeable staff and so ignorant of their job. I took my new phone with pictures from our wedding abroad, honeymoon travels and memories captured with our loved ones. All I asked was to keep those and to transfer my old phone data to it. And what they did was wipe out totally ALL THE PICTURES AND VEDIOS from the new phone!
I clearly explained to the guy there who took on my order. That I NEED those pictures and to make sure to keep them.
They kept my phone for 2 days saying it kept crashing and finally to pick up my phone with ZERO PICS AND VIDS.
They made ZERO effort to recover our lost pictures and the memories we captured.

We will be sueing this company at small courts soon. They will have to pay compensation for this. Or else they can contact us to recover our pictures by all means.
Don't go to these people. Half educated people running a tech store.

Amazing phone repair! My iphone xs was water damaged, wouldn't turn on and it was never backed up.the last 3 years of my life were on that phone (my daughter was born, two puppies, and so many other good memories). They were able to restore the phone after 24 hours and I was able to transfer everything over to a new phone!

I went there today when they opened. I had to get a lens replaced on my iPhone 12 they looked after me right away. Perfect Repair thanks guys you’re the best as always Steve.

The staff at the Ajax location are polite and courteous. Took my cell phone in today because it was infected with a virus. The man at the counter cleared it out for me after a few minutes. I asked him what was the charge and he said don't worry about it. They have my future business going forward.

Handled my cell phone emergency within hours before my flight out of the country. Fixed the entire thing and threw in a protective case.

So happy that my phone got fixed immediately. I had a broken phone screen and was offered a good deal and a screen protector free of charge. I went there at 10a when they opened and went back 1pm to get my brand new-looking phone.

So I came in today to get my iPhone XR speaker fixed the man said I can clean it for you for 30$ but if that doesn’t work I will replace the speaker for you for 80$ so 110$ in total thats an outrageous price, but he was a nice person…

Great first experience. Replaced a battery in an apple airpad. The guys seemed very honest and not pushy. Overheard a conversation recommending a customer to use their warranty. Would try them again. Prices also seemed fair.

Two times in the past when my phone was mashed up, the team always fixed it and made it look brand new. Best place to go for repair.

They sell broken refurbished phones and tell u it’s new. Only had problems since I bought my iPhones here. Sent it in to get “fixed” and nothing changed. Save ur money and headache in dealing with them. Wasted over 2 grand I will never be back!

Had an amazing experience! The people who work here are so incredibly nice and thoughtful, they took great care of my phone and fixed it up amazingly. I came in because my phone was cracked and the charging port needed a clean, when i came back to retrieve my phone (after only an hour and half) it looked almost brand new! They also threw in the screen protector for free. Best experience ever i highly recommend coming here if you need any repairs.

This place is a scam. I suggest you dont buy a phone from these brown boys. They know how to screw people over. They sell second hand phones for almost the same price as brand new

THEY SELL STOLEN MERCHANDISE! This shop receives stolen merchandise (laptops and more) then wipes (which is illegal without the owners iCloud login) & sells it. I know because it happened to me. Don’t support their business.

Good place to get your phones repaired and/or buy a used one. They will even transfer your data from old to new phone.

These guys are great!
First I went to this store to get a screen repair for an iPad and a screen protector for the same. Fast and efficient service with great pricing. After a couple of more visits for various other minor services, I wanted them to swap a BIOS chip from a new PCB to a damaged PCB (hard drive).
They did an excellent job which enabled me to recover most of the data from the damaged hard drive. That was exceptional work. Thank you Future-tech. Keep up the good work!

I'm a senior who is not very tech-savvy. Have walked into this place three times over the past year or so, hoping they could help me with what were likely simple glitches. They were great and wouldn't let me pay them for their time. If I ever need to spend money on anything they provide, this will definitely be the place I (and my husband) will go. Today I took my iPhone 6s Plus that needed a battery replacement to the Ajax location. Patel replaced my battery in less than an hour. Great customer service. This must be a routine repair for him. He was so efficient. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back here again for any future repair needs.

I have dropped my phone in the water and the earpiece was not working and even it didn't charged, had checked every store nearby and the prices what I got was ridiculous to fix it, took it to these guys fixed my phone in 1.5 hour and the charges were really reasonable. Amazing service, knowledgeable and respectful staff, went to get some accessories and they had good deals going on throughout.

1. I'm frugal and I didn't want to have to go and buy a new or refurb phone. These guys worked to help fix the broken LCD screen. No pushy haggling PERIOD.
2. It was $50 more than I expected to spend.and I could've driven the $20 to Markham to get it fixed cheaper. BUT
3.they got the job done in 60 minutes AND gave me a deal bc I wanted a screen coating and a new case, so that made up for the cost difference.
4. Overall a pleasant experience that would have otherwise been painful, time consuming and inconvenient. Barre none excellent customer service. Super happy my phone got a facelift:) This is how all cellphone fixit places need to be.

NOTE WELL: They have a 2 person in store limit, with a line outside bc of COVID measures. Tip- go in early when they open and get it done.hands down will use again AND recommend 100% of my small business clients and officemates to them.

Came in to get a fix samsung s7 which was lake damage, the guy (mr. Patel) explained me well and did not charge me for the diagnosis and showed me options for a new samsung phone as the phone i had was completely fried and had to get another one anyways, Patel knew what i wanted and explained me well all the features for the new one. Great experience

Went here a few days ago looking for a screen protector for S20 and not expected any help in the new covid world, the staff here, Asad, patiently explained which material of screen protector is good for the phone. At the end of the day it was not an expensive merchandise that I am buying but professional service was certainly provided! Highly recommended and will definitely go back.

I called a few local Ipad repair shops and they were by far the most professional, quick response and fast turn around. My Wife's Ipad screen cracked, she uses her Ipad everyday for her business, so it was critical to get the Ipad working ASAP, Future -Tech provided that quick turn around at a great price. Great experience at this location, the team helped me with my Dell computer cracked screen and Iphone. Everything was completed with great quality and professionalism. Had a minor issue with my Iphone when the service was complete and they were able to take the phone back and fix the issue with no questions asked.
