Quoted me substantially higher repair price than the price quoted on the OnePlus Website (above ~30-40% premium).

Caused me to stop being a OnePlus customer due to this interaction going forward.

Thank you. Alford, for your help and patience on the phone. The Warranty Service when very quickly after: providing sale document! In less than two day after point the Samsung Galaxy flip4 phone was Fedex back to us. Future Tel repair centre sent an e-mail with a tracking number drop off at our house. Recieving the phone was well packed with letter of repair. Best of all an other 90 day Warranty on the filp4 phone. Wow! Super duper.

Originally, The phone was damaged a door bent after droping the phone would not open fully and top half of the screen not responive to touch anymore.

After reading bad reviews on web Future Tel Repair Centre may not be correct. Be nice to person speaking to they may bend in your favour.

Christy will be thrill to have her phone back again. Your a hero Alford.

Sent my phone two times and they charged me $357 and they sent me phone without fixing and i sent the phone back again then they literally took 14 days and don’t gave me any information. I tried to contact them many times they did not even answered my mails and calls. Very bad service

Sent my z Fold 3 for repair through Samsung warranty i was a bit hesitant at first because of the reviews but to my surprise everything went smooth. Got my phone the same week. Happy customer.

Hi, I send my device for repair and recieved phone in 7 days after repair and changing parts but my device was never repaired and I got the issue back again on 10th day.
Their service is fake and not backed by any proof of repair. They may just not even doing a repair and asking for money. They do not deserve to be Samsung Authorised Repair Centre.

I had a freak accident on my Samsung Tab S9, LCD (behind screen) broke. Samsung support paid shipping for me to send it there.

Not covered under manufacturer warranty (expected), price was okay. On that note, I recommend checked Credit Card coverage. (I didn't know) but my Credit Card does have insurance for Phone/Tablet and after I made a request they are covering the repair (at 75%)

Tablet came back looks great, would definitly recommend for quality repair.

I'm giving only 4 stars because I find the process was long.
All shipping was done with 'overnight shipping' but my tablet sat in their shop business 5 days to get 'checked' and another 5 business days to get 'repaired' (so 2 weeks). It did came back like new, so I'm quite happy of the workmanship.

So I want to say a special Thank you to Hon at this company. He tried to get my simple repair done locally, and that blew up. In the end though he has and went above and beyond to fix my escooter. I know they are the only Canadian service centre now for Segway, and hope they find a better company in Edmonton than the one we delt with tring to fix a valve. I apprechiate all that you and your company have done for me Hon. You were a pleasure to deal with, through all of this repair.

The screen and digitizer on my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 broke spontaneously at the hinge, causing a huge dead zone and rendering my phone completely unusable. I don't live close to a Samsung service centre, so Samsung arranged to have my broken phone sent to Futuretel (an authorized service centre) for repairs under their manufacturer's warranty. While the negative reviews had me very concerned, I had a surprisingly positive experience. I had no issues with Futuretel performing work under the warranty and was able to get my repaired phone back in hand within 5 business days (about 8 days total due to a long weekend) of contacting Samsung. I'm quite happy with the quality of the repairs as my phone now works great and was returned in pristine condition. When I received my phone back, it came with a prepaid return label in case any issues arose, and Futuretel also sent a follow up courtesy email to confirm I received my phone. As other reviewers indicated, Futuretel did complete a full factory reset of my device, but Samsung Customer Service advised me this would happen before I sent in my phone. All in all, while needing a phone fixed is never a fun experience, Samsung and Futuretel made it smooth to get my device back in working order.

Extremely poor service. Not only are they slow but extremely unorganized. Could do better but they support Samsung devices so i doubt they can do any better with that garbage.

Update: got my device back. So while they couldnt replace the screen protector due to samsung backtracking on the free replacement, these people felt the need to take off the existing one (could have lived with that for a few more months) and also factory resetting the device. Not sure why a screen protector change would require a factory reset especially when the phone was sent to them under maintenance mode which the manufacturer provides as an option. This is considering when their own CS said i shudnt worry about a factory reset being performed on my device based on the service requested. Awfully dumb service!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You'd be better off just paying out of pocket to a proper 3rd party than dealing with this incompetent and careless company. My like-new device was sent for a small accessory repair and it came back seriously damaged. The minor 'repair' ended up costing me nearly $600.

The other reviews had me worried, but fortunately, my experience was a great one. Jass was really nice and friendly and Robert quickly took care of my laptop. The warranty covered everything and I recieved my laptop back 4 days later. Jas also let me stay in couch area to make a video call for work before I left.

Absolutely redicolous. Garbage custumer service. Alfred (the owner) does not use his time wisely to fix the problem of my phone. The battery of my s22 is draining quickly, but they're changing the mother board. Like what the hell is wrong with them! Like even a 5 year old kid would know that the battery is damaged.
Even after replacing the mother board, they didn't even put the screen properly back on. There was a hair sticking out from the screen, like cmon!
Just look at this pictures.

I wouldn't recoment anyone going here at all! Please save yourselves.

Samsung warranty repair. Left a hair under one of the camera lenses. They said they would look after it, I would have to send my phone back to them and be without it for another week. They were going to reset my phone, I requested they do not, as to save me the annoyance. They refused to honor my request. I then asked for some type of compensation (replace the scratched back case on the phone) for their error. They refused. Kept suggesting I contact Samsung (who is equally useless). I will never buy another Samsung product again after this experience.

Scammers. Lack of communication skills. Liars.

They tried to tell me that I required an entire new motherboard for +$500 when I told them my problem was with cameras and they tried to say it was actually the entire motherboard. Offered me a mobo with lower memory, probably just wanted to pocket my mobo. I asked them if they could only replace my camera and they refused to do so, stating that it wont fix the problem.

I asked for the phone back, took it to a local shop, asked them to change out the camera module and wouldn't you believe it. IT WORKED! I wasn't surprised that it worked but I was surprised that these guys are so scummy.

3 weeks ago my Samsung galaxy watch didn't work anymore but the good thing is my watch have a warranty and Samsung sent my watch to this Service Centre. They worked so fast. They even call me to inform me what had happened to my watch. It's like brand new when I received it. I am so satisfied with their service. Thank you!

My first experience with these guys was good, they did a good job replacing my screen. The only issue was they put the wrong address to send my phone back, no biggie. 4 stars. But then, they dropped the ball the second time I dealt with them. I sent my phone to have the front camera fixed, which should have been fairly cheap. But for some reason, they also wanted 400$ to replace the whole motherboard. Notice that everything was working fine except the front camera. Since I wasn't willing to pay so much, I tried to asked them to replace only the front camera to see if it would solve my issue, but they were unwilling to do that. Alright, send me my phone back unrepaired, and please make sure you have the right address. They sent it back, with the wrong address. My problem is that I then bought a front camera on AliExpress, paid 60$ for a guy to install it, and it solved all my issues. To put simply, they wanted to replace a part that absolutely didn't need replacing.

They tried to fix my Segway e25 that has a wobbly stem and clanking noise. (i was charge $25 for them to pick up the unit.however, they just fix the scooter in their Van) they tightened a screw. After reassembling the scooter again to try it out the problem is still their and it just caused more noise to my scooter.

On the same day i received an email from segway saying they received my return and will be given a replacement/refund. (even thought it never left my place)
Also on the work order it states that it was suppose to be a “regular swap” (nothing was swapped or changed).

I have been trying to have them fix it again but there is no response.

Sent in my Samsung Galaxy Tablet and wrote a note telling them that it is extremely slow to where i cant even browse IG.etc. The report stated that the problems found was "NO POWER" Which was not the case. There was no problem with the powering up and down of the tablet. Worst of all I received my tablet back dirty and dented in the back. Thanks. I am now on the phone with Fido talking about next steps.

I wish I can give them a no star. I sent my Samsung z flip 3 5G because it had a small crack on the top by the camera, a tiny black pixel developed next to my front camera. They quoted me $500 so I said no thank you. However, the condition they sent it back was much worse. The entire top half of my phone does not work, black pixels everywhere, the original film on top has bubbles all over it and the phone now is unusable. I enjoyed this phone for a total of 15 days and now I'm stuck making payments with my phone company for the next 2 years. Very not satisfied

Futurel mérite amplement une note de 100% pour mon expérience chez-eux. Mon cas était compliqué et il on su m'aider au delà de mes attentes. Service parfait, courtois, professionnel, empathique, ils ont à coeur la satisfaction des clients, ils ont fait le suivi avec moi jusqu'à ce que mon problème soit réglé. Je ne connaissais pas Futuretel jusqu'à mon expérience avec eux et je le recommande grandement, note parfaite pour eux

A simple phone call regarding the first repair quote, and was instructed to send the purchase receipt, maybe something Samsung should of mentioned, but over all, got a second quote and was amazed at how big a difference it was, futuretel employees/service was remarkable and swift, been with Samsung phones forever and love the quality and technology, will be mentioning this centre to friends and family, thanks very much for your time and service

These guys wanted to replace the left ear of my samsung earbuds worth $190 for $178, just the left earbuds. That's just ridiculous. With a student discount I can get it for 180. Come on now, your literally the downfall of your business and I expected the ratings to my low and was very right. Goodluck working out a business with such ridiculous price.

My one plus device's screen was broken. It was difficult for me to find the service for it in Canada. But, eventually I found the Futuretel. I was concerned about the bad reviews here. But, honestly from the day one the support and service from them was outstanding. They were in touch with me through the chats. It was done neatly and I got phone back my home safely. Did not repair phone as I wasn’t willing to pay for the repair which was almost the same cost as a brand new phone. My phone was only 9 months old.

They returned it saying “completed service…service includes 90 day warranty…Best wishes going forward with device”

I was able to power it on when I sent it to them and now I am unable to do that. It is completely useless now. They gave me an estimate that was more than what I paid for the watch. I had to pay for that also. Not impressed with FutureTel or Samsung

I have had two manufacture defects. With my device since acquiring it. The first time FutureTel's turn around time was next to none without including shipping their turn around time was the same day they received it. The second time is sent my device in their support team was responsive, helpful and dedicated to the issue I was having. Plus the phone came back both times like it was brand new. I can't recommend them enough.

Had my Segway Ninebot sent in recently under warranty. After seeing the reviews I was reluctant that the problem would be fixed. I can tell you these guys do excellent work and any of the low reviews are not on them but the manufacturers of the products. They received the item on Thursday (Sept 2) I received it back Saturday (Sept 4) and it’s running like new. Thanks again Futuretel! I’m hoping I’ll never have to send in again but if I do, I know it will be in good hands and the work will be done properly and promptly

Sent my Galaxy Watch in to be looked at and repaired. Dealing with Samsung care gave me the largest headache in the world! But Futuretel Service Centre was able to put my mind at ease! They are excellent at customer service and able to provide the services that was needed! I will be recommending your services to all my friends and family members!

Very easy to contact and actually speak with someone with no issues.

This company is worth the drive if anyone needs service even if you live out of the area.

I have a 2yr old One Plus 7Pro the front camera was blurry and popping out slow aswell of lots of screen burn and my microphone & receiver not working contacted Oneplus who sent me to FutureTel was a little expensive but they got it fixed and sent out fairly quickly. Overall im satisfied I would have given it 4/5 but they sent back a new screen with a protector that I didn't have on there before so good job.

My cell provider recommended I use Futuretel for my phone repair. They've had my phone for well over a month and seem to have lost it. I can not get a response as to the repair status or when I might get my phone back. Absolutely do not recommend.

I broke my Note20 S-Pen soon after my purchase. I have tried for several months to replace it. It was not for sale on the retail market nor thru Samsung eStore nor Samsung Parts nor 3rd party stores. CR reps would try to help me but would quickly give up because I broke it. I could get it under warranty so why not sell it to me. Then I found a Samsung CSR who recognized that logic. Claudia! She put me onto Futuretel. Samsung's warranty provider. I got Matthew. He was amazing. Did NOT want the phone sent in. Did NOT want the pen. He recognized all I needed was to get a new pen. He made that happen. It would not be warranty but it was reasonably priced. I get it in a couple of days. THANK YOU Matthew!

I am so thankful to the team of FutureTel! The staff was extremely professional. I gave my oneplus 7 pro to get fixed on thursday and they shipped my phone on friday. The service was extremely quick and I totally loved it. I was concerned about the negative reviews, but my experience was superb! Totally recommend it

Scam!

I sent in a phone to have repaired through oneplus. They sent me a loaner phone.

I sent the loaner phone back and then 3 months later they claim that there was a small scratch on the phone. They are billing me $180 for the small scratch.

I have a LG 8X ThinQ dual screen phone. The hinge at the top where the friction point is cracked one day while opening it. I called LG regarding warranty. LG directed me to a local service center. I took my dual screen in to be looked at. It was determined to be a valid warranty claim. Parts were ordered but didn't arrive for four weeks. I took my dual screen in for repairs only to have them tell me that they couldn't fix it. This was after them having my phone and dual screen for five hours. I called LG back to explain the situation, and they redirected me to Futuretel.

I sent my dual screen (without the main phone) to Futuretel on Wednesday. Thursday they received it. Friday, they inspected it, and had it repaired the same day. I had my dual screen shipped to them, repaired and back in my hands in less than a week, and I live in Alberta and had to ship it to Ontario. The repair progress update on their website was prompt and the communication was great!

If you have a legitimate warranty repair, I believe they will honor it. The failure on my device was legitimate and my experience with Futurtel was excellent! I personally would use them again.

Thank you Matthew and the other fine folks at Futuretel that played a part in repairing my dual screen. It works as good or better than it did when I purchased it. You did a remarkable job!

Send my Note 10 plus 3 days ago through samsung repair center for a display replacement. I wasn't sure I wanted to send it because I've read the horror story about Futuretel online. But the samsung employee convinced me that I would have a good service. She was so wrong. I call them to know how much the repair will cost knowing it will probably cost around 500$. They tell me the screen and the mother board are broken and that it's gonna cost 950$. The screen, I know that's why I send it.but the motherboard? I've back my data connecting my phone to my pc via Vysor which doesnt work if your motherboard is fried. Also my alarm clock rang every morning until the battery run out when I broke my screen. So if the motherboard is fried they did it on purpose or they lie to fake a part replacement and get more money from me. But dont worry they will charge you 35$ to send it back to you. MORAL OF TODAY STORY NEVER SEND ANYTHING TO THEM USE LOCAL REPAIR SHOP IT'S BETTER TO VOID YOUR WARRANTY YOURSELF THEN TO LET THEM BREAK STUFF AND VOID IT FOR YOU. TRUST THE PUCLIC AND DONT TRUST FUTURETEL AND SAMSUNG OR ANY COMPANY DEALING WITH THOSE CROOKS.
Update: I had my phone fixed at a local repair store, 430$ + taxes for screen repair, they even told me after inspection that the phone was never opened by Futuretel and that all my boards were working perfectly. Wake up Samsung!

Garbage company. They said my phone was out of warranty and quoted me $300 to fix it. I instead took it in to a local repair person (Mobile One on Bloor in Toronto) and they fixed it for $65 in under an hour.

Edit: Based on the comment below, this company is more interested in posting their customers' information without asking them than offering fair repair prices

Just hung up the phone with customer service. Won't name names. She pretty much didn't have the time for me. Bad customer service. Asked her her how she was and she said what can I help you with. I had to come here because of Samsung warranty.won't be coming back once the warranty is up.
