Cristal was very professional, made me feel comfortable, talked me through everything, made sure I was happy with the results and very fast. I definitely recommend her. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming.

This visit happened to be my first waxing experience. Initially, I felt nervous because I was unsure what to expect but the experience was wonderful. Michelle is beyond kind and took the time to explain the process. She also took the time to answer my questions. The wax itself looks great and I’m happy with the hair removed. I’ll definitely return!

Was asked to model for educational training and im glad I did Cristal and Harveen are amazing and I love how harveen was so hands on with the training I didnt feel like I wasnt envolved with the process it was calming and the vibe check was on point definitely worth the self care

The lady who did my Brazilian wax humiliated me by consistently pointing out the hair throughout my body and how sad it must go be.
My hair was trimmed to the recommended length as well as exfoliated.
Seems she’s working a miserable job and putting it onto others. Such a shame these middle school girls grow up to be entitled aestheticians.

I have been to this location of fuzz many times, as well as other waxing spots and this is the best waxing experience I have EVER had. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. Highly recommend booking with Pastelle Josephine if you can.

I have a membership here and have been going for almost a year. No issues until this past Monday. The waxologist burned me and now I have scarring and hyperpigmentation on my bikini line. She tested the wax on my arm before applying but I guess she forgot to turn off the burner because the wax was getting increasingly hot. I tipped anyways but now I’m so upset because there is scarring ugh it will be years before these scars go away….

Front desk is always so sweet and it's always a lovely experience. I see Michelle and she is such a gem of an esthetician. They're very warm and welcoming at Fuzz

From the service to the energy in this place, I must say I am really impressed with how this location is run. The women at the front desk Dee and Deonte are so sweet, funny and seem to be really accommodating with clients' schedules. Irena the wax specialist is efficient but most importantly, warm and really inviting. Overall, a welcoming space that makes you comfortable. Thank you!

Great experience! They were fully ready for me when I arrived, Irena was quick yet thorough and lovely to chat with during the appointment. They gave me a free sample and everything with the payment was automated and therefore super easy! I love the perks of being a member.

Non-fussy/shy girls that do their job quickly and professionally. They make my legs and more super smooth every month! Once you get into it, monthly membership is a must because you'll go in every month anyway - and it's a good deal.

Seriously they need to teach their front desk to be more polite and they need to know how to handle the customer, they are very rude to the customer. If you want to do any waxing, its better to go to other branch fuzz wax bar. Dont ever go to this branch

Jokes aside, service was friendly and she got it done fast. Somewhat disappointed that they missed some areas in my Brazilian — they waxed *everything* but missed a few areas in the bikini line?

Highly recommend Fuzz on Bloor! They did an excellent job and the atmosphere was extremely welcoming. 10/10 recommend to get your next wax here.

Huge shout out to Mia at the bloor location who consistently gives me the best brows of my life. Seriously if you are having brow troubles hit her up. She not only shapes your brows to perfection but really talks to you and offers advice to reach your brow goals.

Vivian took the best care of me considering it was my first time. The ladies at the front were very helpful and friendly too. I'm definitely going back!

Natalie M was an amazing fuzzologist. She is very knowledgeable, quick and precise. I told her my preferences for my wax the first time I had an appointment with her and she’s remembered them every month I came in (it’s been approx. 5 months now) with no issues. She takes the time to speak to and remember her clients. Her waxing technique is a lot better than waxers I’ve had before and I leave virtually painless and happy. I would definitely recommend her and the fuzz monthly membership to anybody who likes to get monthly Brazilian waxes!

I’ve been a loyal Fuzz customer for years now. I usually go to the Oakville location but lately have tried the Bloor location for convenience during work hours. Every time I book with this location, my time and technician gets changed. Once my time slot was moved 10 minutes earlier on the same day of the appointment, they didn’t call me and then when I arrived told me I was late and they wouldn’t have time for all three of the services I booked.

Today I went in and had the worst waxing experience of my life. Not only did I have to wait 15 minutes after my appointment (which was also shifted 5 minutes, so 20 minutes waiting today) but I was given a technician I didn’t book.

Nayeksa was horrible. After applying the wax she immediately tried to pull it off, before allowing it to dry. As she tugged at my underarms, she broke all the hairs and didn’t actually pull them out. I have a high pain tolerance and get waxed often. I couldn’t imagine allowing her to do my Brazilian next. When I told her it was painful and was nervous for the Brazilian, she asked quite rudely if I wanted someone else. I’ve never in my life asked for a new technician. After saying “please” she stormed out.

Another technician came in and finished up the job. Natalie did a good job finishing up.

In the end, the receptionist asked how my service was. She knew I had switched technicians mid session. I told her I was disappointed with the underarm wax and that the hairs were broken and it wasn't done properly. I am a Fuzz Fanatic member. The receptionist then took one of my three monthly waxes as payment. Not only did they make me pay for a HORRIBLE SERVICE but I also paid for an INCOMPLETE SERVICE.

I ended up going into the Oakville location later in the day, told them about my experience and they offered to fix my service complimentary. The Oakville girls showed exactly how to treat a customer.

I will not be going back to the Bloor location.

I've been a long time customer of Fuzz in Leslieville and have always thought they were the top option for quality of waxing and their customer service. As a result, I thought I would try the Bloor location. The quality was uniform between both locations, but I was disappointed by the service.

Due to the increased amount of construction on Bloor, I was five minutes late to my appointment. I was okay with the appointment being rushed due to those circumstances. That being said, I wasn't happy that they told me I can apply my own lotion or oils, when that would take a few seconds and is always done by the technician. At the front, I was honest and said that I normally like more to be done. Instead of offering a solution, I was thanked for my honesty.

I will stick to Fuzz in Leslieville or find another wax bar in the future.

They offer a monthly membership deal which I agreed to, but have not taken enough advantage of. Either way, if you wax something every 4 weeks, the membership will save you $$$

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Very clean. Staff is super friendly and professional. Staff makes you feel very comfortable and they work with extremely talented people. The wax is natural and easy on the skin. Highly recommend coming here for all your waxing needs.

Update - went to my appointment today but Nicole wasn't there and I have to say it has been the worst experience I have ever had with Fuzz. The girl was messy her room was messy and I felt like she was to much in a hurry to leave to do her job properly. I ended up with so much wax left on my skin that I just wanted to cancel my membership.

Went for a wax last week with a worker named vic & it was to say the least a bad experience. She was nice but not very good at all. There was leftover wax still on me & i could still feel some hair. There definitely needs to be more training involved with staff because for the price it should be better! Would try this location again but not with that esthetician
