I wasn’t nervous about pain, but it was my very first down under wax. Jodae was so efficient and easy to get along with. The whole process was easy, I felt so welcomed and accepted the whole way through. I think the most uncomfortable part for me was at the end when I was handed a mirror to inspect Jodae’s work, it was the only part I wasn’t anticipating - and as soon as I saw myself I felt so happy. I can’t even describe the level of self-care/ self love I got out of that short 20 minute experience. So, while initially it was what I found to be the most uncomfortable, inspecting myself - it was also the most rewarding! 10/10, I will be back!

Love Fuzz Whitby so much! Whitby was the first Fuzz location I had ever been to and cannot say enough good things about it, theres always a good vibe! The girls are so friendly and SO good at what they do, AND Fuzz uses hard wax on all sensitive areas, which is a major game changer when it comes to the ouch-factor.

It was my first time doing my eyebrows here, normally I'd go to sephora to get them done, but the girl I had been going to is no longer there. When you book the service, it tells you that they map out your brows etc. They don't. Left with one looking thinner than the other. Will come back for my usual services, just not the brows

Holly is AMAZING! I recommend her to everyone, I’ve seen her three times now. Every time she is so fast and so efficient. I’m heavily pregnant right now and she made sure to cater to anything I might’ve needed. I get Brazilians with her and I tend to have stubborn hair, she never fails to get every single one with ease. Highly recommend her!

When you walk in and see the place; very impressive & with a name like Fuzz Wax Bar you have high expectations. In this case however those expectations were not met. I went in for a simple brow wax, only asked that I have clean squared edges and a good arch. The technician worked on me for less than 10 minutes, told me I was all set, never once offered a mirror. I didn't realize until I got home later that day that I have no idea what she waxed. My eyebrows were literally straight across, no arch, I looked angry. Unimpressed and disappointed.

I had a zillion with Megan, she always is the best! She is so personable and lovely to talk to throughout the service. It was my first time having my brows threaded and meeting Melanie, she was absolutely lovely as well, knew exactly what I was asking for and checked in throughout to make sure I was happy with the look. I just left, i asked for a full brazilian and while the service was friendly, i’ll not go back.i understand how some hairs can be missed that’s natural,
but the girl that waxed me, missed the entire side section of my lab*a one one side, but did the other (so it has nothing to do with just not being able to wax that part much the first time).
There is also way more than just “a few stray hairs” that i’ll need to pluck or remove.i would be at least an hour or two plucking all of them.
The brazilian includes full pubic area as well as between the cheeks.she lifted me to do that area and only did the underside.she didn’t go between the cheeks at all. I believe her name was ally.nice girl but super disappointed with the service now that i’ve arrived home and can actually look.i would highly recommend going elsewhere or ask for someone with more experience.

Ally made the experience very comfortable, she was able to answer all the questions I had. It was my first time getting a wax and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Erin was wonderful! After visiting other waxbars downtown Toronto for years, I have to say - this was my best experience. She put me right at ease and made sure to ask me any questions re my comfort while being pregnant. She had the bed elevated, for comfort and safety so I wouldn’t be lying flat on my back during this stage. She continued to ask that the temperature of the wax was ok. Her service and care were fantastic. She was exceptionally personable and friendly, which goes such a long way, especially when I am feeling exceedingly self conscious about everything! Have been here for years but just recently started going to get a Brazilian done. Hands down the best experience! I recommend seeing Holly D. She’s amazing and I will never go anywhere else to get one. I’ve also had other waxings done at this location and it has always been a great experience. Yes, it might be pricey but the service makes it all worth it!

This is my favourite place to get waxed (except eyebrows). They use a really good wax on sensitive area. A lot of them work very fast where the time stated online was significantly longer than what I actually went through. I highly recommend going here for your wax services. They have competitive prices and the memberships they offer are very affordable.

Only place I go too anymore for waxing services. When you walk into the place it always immediately smells so clean like lemons.

Had a wonderful experience here. I have been seeing the same person for 15+ years and suddenly she retired. Dreading using someone else for my Brazilian wax, I reluctantly called Fuzz. From setting up an appointment to getting the deed done, my experience was outstanding. Painless and quick, far better than what I have been dealing with over the past few years. I will definitely be back and hopefully get to book with Sarah C again.

They use hard wax aka paperless wax so it's not as painful as soft wax! I got my brows done and they really shaped them nicely and asked if it okay before waxing off certain parts!
Price of brow wax is more than a nail salon but I think it's justified by how well they clean, trim, and shape your brows!
Definitely coming back!

I had a very disappointing experience with Holly, who told me she was unable to wax me, because I needed more growth, this after looking at the area for approximately 2 secs.
I was told by her 5 days minimum, 7 days maximum to be exact.
I knew this was not the case since this was not my first wax experience.
Therefore have concluded she is not comfortable waxing “all” hair types.
I rebooked two days later with Anessa, who was incredibly sweet, professional and gave me possibly the best wax/experience I have ever had.
Super disappointed to now find out she is no longer with Fuzz Bar.
Fuzz beautiful is lovely; therefore will try them again, hopefully I will find someone with the same expertise as my pervious wax tech.

Going further as a corporation you need to find a better solution in cancelling ones account as your method in having to make a membership account prior to cancelling just so you can get my email is a little ridiculous as I never had to book an appointment through your website, if I can book an appointment over the phone I should be able to cancel my account over the phone.

When you’re requiring your clients to cancel their membership online you need to make it more excessive and easy for them to do so.

So I love Fuzz Wax Bar but my usual person quit or was let go.

I go in for a full face wax and the person went over the same spot 5 times with hot wax. I am so burned that my face still hurts a day later, I was so traumatized by this but I trusted the person when they said I’d be fine. I didn’t complain just went home and iced my face. Broke out all over and I’m just angry now.

I had such a wonderful first time experience at this location. Sarah was delightful and made me feel very comfortable. I ended up signing up for a subscription and will be going back often!

Love this place, my go to for a Brazilian, even 9 months pregnant the process was quick and basically pain free.

I’ve been using this service for well over a year. They were shut down for a bit due to covid but the place is back open and as usual it’s immaculate, sanitary, staff are professional and skilled and you can’t beat the value. Price for a membership where you get three services a month costs the same as one Brazilian wax anywhere else. Membership is def the best route to go whether you want one two or three or more services a month. Highly recommend!

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing my experience with Renee was today (IF YOU'RE NEW AND NERVOUS ABOUT BRAZILIAN WAXING GO TO HER!). I previously came here roughly 1.5 months ago & had a rough experience but I really wanted to try one more time. Before starting I explained my last experience and she told me she has a special technique and it will be way easier for me. The whole entire time she talked me through the process and even sparked conversations about movies to keep my focus elsewhere. I kid you not its was basically pain free, waxing my eyebrows hurt more then that. I would 100% recommend her to anywhere new or experienced!

Even though my Mom haven’t been to this place yet. It’s still perfect to go there where you’re doing your (eyebrows, face, nails) etc.

I had a great experience the first two times that I went to Fuzz Wax. Holly was super friendly and she made my experience felt comfortable and relaxing. However, I was a bit unsatisfied the second time I went for a bikini. I just felt like they could have cleaned out more hair.maybe that just me but other than that and if you don’t mind the price.

I love how everyone there makes you feel extremely comfortable. They do an amazing job and are very honest and truthful. They are not just trying to buy you.

Few good fuzzologists, I personally find the Ajax location better than this one. Memberships are good for people who wax often!

I don't typically write reviews but I must say Holly is amazing! I highly recommend her. I never leave disappointed. The facility is very modern and clean and the online booking is very convenient!

First off, I just want to say that I NEVER leave reviews after being somewhere that provides any sort of pampering services for the first time but I HAD to leave a review.
I had my first appointment this morning at 8: 45 and going in, I was kind of scared because 1. I’ve never been there before 2. It’s been almost a year since I’ve gotten a Brazilian and 3. I had a REALLY BAD reaction when I got my first ever Brazilian (obviously not from this place).
I had booked my appointment with Sarah and I couldn’t be happier. She is so nice! She made me feel extremely comfortable and assured me that everything would be okay. Very easy to talk to, very gentle while still getting an amazing job done. When I told her about my previous experience she showed so much concern and that made me feel good. I will definitely be returning here and booking with Sarah.
Thank you a TON to Sarah and the receptionist (i didn’t quite get your name but you’re dressed as a panda for Halloween lol) you’ve made my life just that much better. ️️️

Got my Brazilian done for the first time. Was really freaked out since I'm a huge wimp. Sara was a total sweetheart and made the whole process bearable. Would highly recommend!

The girl who did my brows was really nice and they look good, but the place charges wayyyy too much for their services. I’ve gotten the same thing done (both upper lip and eyebrow) for half the price. I don’t recommend unless you’re going for other waxing services.

I went for eyebrow waxing since it was rated well online and the website says walk ins welcome. When I got there they told me they couldn’t take me for an hour so I confirmed, gave her my name and number and went shopping near by until my appointment. When I returned she told me she wrote the wrong phone number down and couldn’t complete my profile and therefore I didn’t have an appointment but that she could fit me in an hour and a half later. This is unacceptable customer service. I will not be returning.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian done and I'll probably never do it again.

I exfoliate regularly down there and followed all the guidelines of research I had done before going. However, online they said the waxer would trim the hair if required (which they did not do, I don't care if it would be extra). I explained it was my first time and had sensitive skin but left in a lot of pain and had multiple ingrown hairs the next day.

I also got my armpits done which ended up with a bit of an infection, I had to use polysporen on them for a few days for the rash to go away.

First time being here! I loved it I got my Brazilian done with summer she was amazing done really quick made me feel super comfortable had a great little chat and I was done before I knew it! Would highly recommend this service and this place to anyone!

I went there for waxing my eyebrows and upper lip and it was an awful experience. I waited patiently for my turn and once the waxing was done, i noticed that my skin was peeled off at various places. Next day, it looked even bad. I went back to the store to show them what happened. Nobody bothered to even understand what happened and told me someone would call me back. Its been more than 2 weeks and no call so far
