Coming back to edit my review since this company is very unprofessional - was reached out via call (very unprofessional call) & still haven't heard back during the time frame I was given.and was charged again. A joke of a company.
Unfortunately this location just seems to just be going downhill. Coming from a person that usually never cares enough to write reviews. I've been going multiple locations (mostly Toronto) since 2018. When I moved to Oakville in 2019 I was surprised to see the difference. I am a person that travels a lot, I expressed that to this location & they noted it on the file and credited it to future services that had an expiry date. Not to mention, they also did the same thing during covid closures - they charged and offered a "credit" rather than a refund - which is clearly stated on their website. A purchase within 30 days with be refunded. I asked for a refund on a recent change of subscription which was no longer being interested in waxing during personal issues. & they not only refused - they said they will charge me again next month and offer only 1 credit? (again I can't proceed with waxing). This place doesn't value their costumers & I'm pretty easy going but this is too far. The manager called me once trying to resolve and never called me back when I requested a call back an hour later when I wrote an email to their company about 2 weeks ago. They simply don't care and just want to money. Long story short - don't come here if you're looking for proper client care. There's a lot for spots that are better in Oakville.

Margaret was amazing super quick and efficient at waxing my eye brows, highly suggest coming here!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! All of the staff are so friendly, they make you so comfortable and are all so knowledgeable and the fuzzologists are so fast at what they do! They literally make sure that when there’s a hiccup they accommodate you. Will never go anywhere else for my wax.

I have been going to the Oakville Fuzz wax bar for a while now and feel I can give a honest review. Shikah has been doing all my services and I cannot say enough good things about her, she really takes the time and effort to do a good job and always asks if I am happy with the results. I also saw her over the course of my pregnancy’s and she always would check and make sure I was ok and really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my whole treatment. The facility is very clean and booking with them has been quiet easy. I highly recommend this location and def recommend booking with Shikah for your waxes.

I had a wonderful experience! I could not have been more happy with my experience! This was my first Brazilian wax and was pretty nervous, but my waxer, Vicky was incredible! She made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. She was very quick, proficient, and communicative! The front desk were lovely and professional! I would highly recommend this place and definitely plan on coming back!

Great service. A little pricey but it makes sense for the facility. Membership pricing would be good if you plan on visiting regularly.

First time getting a brazillian wax, and all I can say is that if you’re looking for a place to go, this is it! The receptionist & the person who did the service was super welcoming! I was quite nervous but the employees made me feel super comfortable. If I could give this place a higher rating I would. Definitely will be coming back <3

Shay was fantastic as per usual, and even recommended a dry brush to me- which the (I believe) assistant manager helped me with at the front! They were super helpful and had great product knowledge. Overall great experience at fuzz and with Shay, as always!

Got my eyebrows threaded and the Staff was great as well as their work. A bit pricy, but you get what you pay for

Fifteen minute Brazilian waxes that don't hurt and don't leave a single bit of hair behind. I thought this was impossible. Price is not amazing but I've definitely paid more for less
