I purchased an ypright freezer from Ashley, in October. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. My freezer was delivered within a few days, as they had them in stock. The delivery men made sure it was all level before they left. They were professional, courteous, and funny. Great experience, will definitely go back to FW Black!

Our refrigerator delivery by F. W. Black was awesome. Not only was it expertly located to its new basement home but it was positioned, leveled, interior packing removed and then to our surprise immediately plugged-in, fully cooled and ready to load food stuff. Normally, a new frig must sit upright without power for 4-6 hrs. (cooling system stabilization) and then be powered up cooling for about 24 hrs.before your can load it. This had all been done by F. W. Black personnel prior to our delivery! How great is that when you're trying to get your food stuff into cooling as soon as possible. Once again a truly great experience.

Everyone we dealt at FW Black with has been knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery team was on time and helpful which is somewhat unique in my experience.

I would actually put a negative 10 on this if I could. We bought a dishwasher from Rona only 10months old.called Bosch they told us to go to FWBlack and they would look at it for us. My husband showed up and was basically told because there was no serial number on it (which is a freaking sticker that could of come off upon delivery or bringing it to FWBlack, basically my husband was physically forced out of the store by an individual with our dishwasher. They didn't attempt to call Bosch or look at receipt or anything. I pray that if any of you go here be careful as they may do the same. Horrible attitudes and horrible service, we did hear horrible things about this company but thought we just try ourself as we don't believe everything you hear or see but I guess all is right. We will be going through Bosch and we will let them know about how they take care of their customers as well as we went to Rona and told them of ordeal. Someone from Rona called and spoke to them and were told there is nothing they can do. We're good with it we will not deal with you again and we will recommend to everyone we know not to deal with you.

Amazing experience. 30 year old fridge and 15 year old dishwasher went. Purchased Bosch package at competitive price. Everything was delivered ontime, professionally installed, setup and old appliances disposed. Their delivery and installation technicians are extremely professional. Would highly recommend them. Good old fashioned superior customer service!

I am taking a different angle on the art of reviewing a company! I work here at FW Black and have for over 21 years and I have also worked at Big Box Stores and let me tell you. Empowerment says it all. As a salesman, I can take care of the Customer in a much more effective way than at any of the National store brands. I have a local owner that cares about his Customers and Staff. A General Manager that at times bends the rules in place to accommodate the Customer requirements. I have more ways to work with the Customer to satisfy their needs and requirements. We have a Service Department and a Parts Department. These are great tools that give the Customer an advantage. The Customer is not alone. I get to work with Builders, designers and Architects on projects large and small. This is the first and only company that I get daily calls from "Happy Customers" regarding our delivery teams and how we go the "Extra Mile". Prices? With the internet, we are all generally within $20 of each other. What it all boils down to, is "WHERE DO YOU WANT TO SHOP"? We are here to serve the 401 Corridor from Brighton to Brockville. I am proud to be a Salesman at FW Black.

We have bought our appliances from FW BLACK for 3 generations. On our last purchase of all 3 kitchen appliances we came into some difficulty with the fridge that needed to go through warranty and that goes through the manufacturer. We had a very unfortunate experience with the company the manufacturer outsourced to, so I called to inform FW BLACK what we were going through. Jeff answered the call. He was NOT our sales person. Didn't matter. He went above and beyond for us. He went to bat for us and showed us that we have been correct to be faithful customers of their's for decades. Know if you purchase from FW BLACK you are in great hands. No matter what happens they will help you figure things out and get to the next step. They do their best to make everything as pain free as possible. They're great people doing great work. Especially Jeff. He's just an all star.

P.s. When we first made the purchase they beat the big name brand company in both price and speed of delivery as well as cost to deliver and remove.

We purchased a new stove from FW Black a few days ago. It was delivered this morning. Our experience with this company was very positive, from the advice we received from the salesman, Gerry, to the delivery team. Luis and Anthony, who delivered and set up, were very careful, courteous, and professional. They took care to ensure the stove was level, and that we understood the controls. The fact that the stove was delivered within 2 days, and cost $800 less than the big box stores' "blowout sales" was a huge bonus as well. We are very happy customers.

The sales person was excellent. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The delivery people were exceptional. It was a tight fit maneuvering the freezer into the storage room and a shelve had to be removed which they did and put it back when they were leaving, They were very helpful and professional, excellent ambassadors for FW Black.

The freezer was a good price and was exactly what we wanted. We would definitely return to FW Black should we need other appliances.

Great customer service purchasing our new appliances, large in store selection and at no time did we feel rushed while dealing with Lee Anderson. But the service didn't stop there. We got good advice from the salesman, and a good price for the new range. FW Black is competitive with the big box stores. Delivery of the new and removal of the old range was done professionally and at the time we specified. Great job, overall an excellent experience!

Purchased new appliances for a kitchen. Excellent discussion in the showroom guiding us to the appropriate product, great e-mail follow-up, and guiding us to the appropriate services to assist. Had to find a general contractor to assist with some product installation, so not a total one stop shop, but will 100% be returning in the future and would advise others to attend.

Three weeks with a 1k over the range paperweight (microwave). I have made so many attempts to get this straightened out and it’s always we will get back to you. This is so frustrating considering all the items we have bought from but never again.

We needed a stove, they had stoves, could not have easier, the rep we dealt with was friendly and helpful. No pressure just answered our questions, set up a simple delivery at a reasonable price and it could not have been easier. Saw the same stove at Lowes the next week for more $. The guys came, installed it, took the old one away, no packaging, nothing, just a shiny new stove

We recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Black's. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the merits of the machines, and at no time did I feel he was pressuring me to buy. The delivery persons were friendly and courteous, and provided us with some valuable information about the product before they left. We have bought a number of appliances from Black, and have always been satisfied with both the products and the sales and service.

We bought 6 appliances from FW Black - fridge, gas stove, range hood, dishwasher, microwave and went back to add an upright freezer to our order. Our experience was phenomenal. We dealt with Jeff Hann in sales and he was great at listening, making recommendations, answering our questions, and keeping us updated on our order. Also, unlike some other appliance stores, there was no high pressure selling just an honest and knowledgeable sales person assisting us in getting what we needed. Prices were very reasonable. All of our appliances actually came in earlier than expected but FW Black was willing to hold them until we were ready to take delivery. Delivery guys were right on time and were professional and efficient and our installer, Ray, arrived within minutes of the appliances being loaded into our kitchen. Ray even took time and care to get just the right positioning of our appliances for optimal use. When we later unpacked the griddle for our stove, we noticed a small flaw in the finish. We contacted Jeff who took care of it right away with no fuss and a replacement arrived at our door a few days later. If this had been at a big box store, we would have been left to fend for ourselves with the manufacturer. We are now loyal customers and will go back to FW Black for all future appliance needs. If you are in the market for appliances, we highly recommend FW Black. You won’t be disappointed.
