Dissatisfied. Called prior to appointment. Wasn’t notified of cash policy and was charged extra. Paid $160 overall for a small line tattoo that felt rushed under 10 minutes. Stencil was beautiful but the final result did not amount to this. Lines were shakey and uneven. Haven’t received one positive reaction to this piece. My first tattoo and I feel upset everytime I look at it.

Got my tattoo done through walk in. The girl who was doing it were talking constantly to her staff and were looking at the guys whole time. I was scared she was going to mess it up also when i asked if she can outline one word in my quoted tattoo she said i don’t see nothing wrong.bad attitude!

From the initial walk in consult to the final product, it was an incredibly enjoyable tattoo journey. They were able to complete the whole process in 2 days (consult and tattoo). Zhaddie was wonderful to work with. She didn't rush me as I had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure the tattoo was perfect. She shared her ideas and welcomed mine as well. It was a great collaboration. Her skill set is awesome considering I got a small tattoo on my wrist. She was fun to work with. I highly recommend her for your tattoo.

NEVER go to FY tattoos if I could give a -5 I would but I was forced to give a one star! International artist can't give u what u ask for? 2000 dollars for a tattoo you didn't even want.mistakes made and couldn't get an appointment to fix it.
Worst ever.
Keep your money and go somewhere better they quote you between 1500 and 2000 but when it was finished he charged me 2000 and it wasn't even what I asked for. My consultation clearly he knew what I wanted when I came in he said just work with me and then charges me for something I didn't ask for.
Rude.unprofessional and just disgusting. Out of all the tattoos I have this one is the worst and cost me the most. Sooo disappointed wouldn't even go back here for a free tattoo.

Just had first session of two with Potter. Amazing quality work, he's truly a great artist. Great vibe in the shop overall, bunch of class people. Can't wait to come back for the second session and finish this beautiful piece!

I got my first tattoo done (a half sleeve) from Higor and was extremely pleased with not only the quality of his work but with everything from a-z! He understood exactly what i wanted. Andrew and his team are all very friendly and went over and above to make sure I was comfortable!

Horrible Experience
I honestly don’t know we’re to start. I traveled all the way from Florida to get tattooed by Kyle. I thought this was going to be a great experience. However, this turned out to be the worst experience of my life. Kyle charged me almost $4000 for a sleeve tattoo that he rushed and only took him about 4 hrs to do. The tattoo was suppose to take the whole day to do. He even told me it wold take at least 8hrs. However, he lied. He kept taking smoking breaks every 30 minutes, or sometimes his on the phone. But clearly, I could tell this man was only after my money. Throughout the whole process, he never gave me opportunity to express myself about what I want, and I noticed he would quickly get agitated when I asked questions about the tattoo. He didn’t even call to do an orientation before the tattoo or anything. This was my first tattoo so of course I had to ask questions. The tattoo was so vague and just poorly done. You couldn’t even see what the tattoo was about because it started to fade just after a month or two. So I traveled back to Toronto about 3 months after, so he can touch it up again. This man became very hostile and disrespectful. Now after a couple of months later. My tattoo is way worse. I absolutely felt scammed by a man who was only about getting paid. I’ve started laser treatment to remove this mess this man has done on my body. The whole process cost me almost $7000. Just because Kyle scammed me and on the process messed up my skin. To be honest, this has put me in a really bad depression. I’ve already started getting in contact with lawyers and I’m definitely taking legal action.

Me & my best friend walked-in for small matching tattoos. Needless to say we love it. Daysha’s work is super amazing. Great pricing, hygiene & work. Highly recommended!

Went to FYI for script work from Daysha and it was awesome. The font I chose was very straight in some parts and curved in others and she was amazing. The staff were very helpful with my questions and would always reply to my emails. The day of my appointment they took the time to answer my wife's questions, on the spot without an issue. Will be back!

Came in for my girlfriends tattoo that was not done to her liking at a previous shop, the staff at FY Ink were very pleasant and did a great job. Will for sure be back for more

After an amazing overall experience, it saddens me to write a bad review. Staff and atmosphere were excellent! Unfortunately, my little row of 5 dots did not come out as expected. Somehow the simple design was made crooked and it's driving me insane.

Absolutely horrible. Stay away. That's as simple as I can put it.
Like many of the reviews here, I went in to the shop in April for a consultation. I booked an August sitting.
I actually completely forgot about my sitting today, here's why:
A lack of communication with the artist. My emails would go unanswered for months.
Promises of a sketch weren't delievered.
All of that to say I wasn't interested in even remotely trying to make it to the shop today, just to discover the design. There has to be a collaborative process; not just day of, here it is, take it or leave it.
So while I'm out 400 dollars, I'm just glad I don't have something inked on me that was drawn up the day off. And I wasn't absolutely sure of.
Horrible. Would never recommend. Stay away.

Terrible experience.
I had a tattoo appointment with Kyle last year. I informed what I wanted in the consult prior to the appointment and he agree on the idea and sound excited about it. On the day of the appointment he showed up late without apologizing.asked me to go to the back so we could star working on the piece. He was trying to convince me to do something I didn't wanted. Because what I wanted in his words "wasn't cool". I said no to getting a random model's face on my arm and he visually got upset and said "ok ok.come back in 40 minutes" so I went to grab a coffee and came back and the design still wasn't what I wanted. So again he asked me to comeback in 20 minutes.and even after that we still had to chance the design a bit. While tattooing he was taking breaks EVERY 30 MINUTES to smoke or even just text on his phone.the tattoo took 4 hours to be done, so probably 3 hours if we didn't had any breaks and they still charged me a "full day rate" which technically not even a half day considering they're open 9 hours a day. My arm was very irritated, and looking around the shop everybody else's tattoo looked fine. Kyle uses a lot of filters on his Instagram. So dont trust what you see on his profile.

Horrible experience: Owner was intimidating and tattoo artist rushed me through the process. Service aside, the tattoo is horrible, it’s so pumped full of ink you’d think it’s meant to be brail. And for what it was, it was horribly overpriced. Would rate this parlour a 0/5 if I could.

I was recently tattooed by Kyle from Forever Young Ink. I am very impressed with his artistic work and customer service during the entire process, starting from our initial consultation in the months prior, to the end of our recent session. This tattoo exceeded my expectations and his professionalism and care during the entire process was top notch. Although this is not the first tattoo that I have, it was the first tattoo that I got from Kyle, and it WILL NOT BE THE LAST that I get from him. I highly recommend Kyle to anyone who wants an amazing quality tattoo, as he is very attentive to his client’s design goals and is able to provide his professional experience to enhance your vision, into something that you will be able to wear proudly for the rest of your life. I would like to thank Kyle again for this amazing tattoo, and will definitely see him again in the near future!

“Why not pay more for quality tattoos? ”

If quality means getting your arm cut severely before your tattoo even begins, having your consultation on the day of your original tattoo appointment so if a choice isn’t agreed on your out on your $400 deposit. Shop offers custom work but was incapable of doing so. Overall terrible experience.

My experience with FY Ink goes back to December of 2016 but since then I have been tattooed a further three times at two different shops and what made FY Ink stand out was the hospitality. I was offered water by the front desk guy as I was getting tattooed which is something no one has offered before. That small thing went a long way to making my experience from good to world class. Plus the tattoo was awesome

Higor is one of the best tattoo artists in the country. Actually all the artists there do great work.

I went into the shop in February looking for a custom sleeve in memory of my late wife who had just recently died of cancer. I spoke with higor and he seemed really excited about doing this tattoo but there was very little communication with him after that prior to my first scheduled sitting on May 27th. Multiple emails and Instagram messages were basically ignored and promises of a sketch of what he had designed for me were never available for me to review. Because of the extremely poor communication on their part I requested the return of my $400 deposit from Andrew, the shop manager, but as of this time I have yet been returned my deposit. To say I'm disappointed in this shop is an understatement. Stay away from these guys, they will rip you off!

"We would rather have a customer upset about not getting a tattoo than upset about getting a bad tattoo, " and, "Tattoo artists are like athletes. They're all talented but you'd never ask LeBron to play football, " are two quotes I overheard from employees of FY Ink, and they describe the shop well. This place is dedicated to high-quality results. The artists come in early and work long hours, and the results that come out of the shop are very apparent. Unfortunately, if you are not dedicated to the same high-quality results, your idea may never see the light of day. But there are only so many hours in a day, and FY Ink wants to ensure that each hour is spent on the best possible project. My experience with the shop was phenomenal because I came in with a very clear idea, something that they were very capable of doing, and I walked out with a fantastic piece. I will definitely be back to this shop. And if you have a dedication to high-quality work, you should check them out too.
