Love the care receive by all who work at this clinic. My family always leaves with an excellent of our eye health using the best diagnostic equipment and the glasses I buy from them are always perfect in clarity and the lenses are made with the highest quality! I would highly recommend the FYidoctors to anyone searching for a good eye care provider. My children and I came in for eye exams. Dr. Kaplan and the team were outstanding. They did an excellent job explaining every part of what was going to happen in a child-friendly fashion. When shopping for new glasses the staff was helpful, kind and so fun. I went for my regular check up and was happy that they were able to see me at the scheduled appointment time. No delays. Tests were conducted by Dr. Kaplan and the staff and all were conducted efficiently and professionally. Apter my appointment when my test results were received, I received a follow up call to share the results. Would highly recommend this FYi location.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lisa Kim for over a decade and I have always been met with great service from everyone. They are pleasant, professional and helpful. Great selection on frames too and they’ll try to source what they don’t normally carry.

I didn't get any work done, but because I'm a member of FYI they fixed my lens - which had popped out - in about 15 mins! I didn't realize the first time that I came that fixes were free if you're with FYI, but that was nice!

I cannot thank enough to these great people at FYidoctors Fairview Mall Drive. I am a healthcare worker at the hospital and during the covid pandemic lockdown, FYidoctors had donated more than 5 pairs of safety glasses to my department alone. We are so grateful for their generous act.

My glasses came a little tight and Jamila helped me to adjust it. They have really great customer service and they conduct screening at the entrance, making sure the safety of their staff and customers. I highly recommend them!

After getting my glasses done with the prescription i recieved, it felt wrong right away and i knew it was wrong. I wore the glasses for 1 month and it was still very strong. When i went to tell them my prescription felt way too strong the lady told me to ‘wear it for another month and i won’t have to come back because my eyes will get used to it’. I did what she said but my eyes did not get used to it at all. I did not appreciate that she didnt take me seriously even though i told her i was 100% sure the prescription was too strong. I went to another optometrist and he did agree that my prescription was strong for me and he fixed it. A very poor experience which caused me lots of headaches.
