Great care all around. Dr Naumowich is fantastic, caring, communicative and highly responsive, making excellent referrals to specialists as appropriate. Each staff person I’ve dealt with is excellent in their role, friendly and professional. You’ll be guided through lens options & more by a person (Dylan?) who’s clearly highly experienced. Front desk staff, equally engaging, friendly and helpful. You can’t ask for better care.

I have been coming to this office now for years, to many to actually count now. I have never once experienced anything but the best customer service and the best care.
Once you find those combinations you sure don't want to leave. I am here for the duration of my time.
I don't know how other eye Doctors offices are but I rate ours a 10/10!

I needed a new pair of glasses and chose to visit fyi doctors to help me out. My experience with the staff was excellent. I was helped by Jill, who was great to deal with, from my initial visit to picking up my new glasses. Discussing the details of the process was important to me, and Jill and the staff gave me clear information and details that made me comfortable. I am very happy with my new glasses, and the team at fyi made it happen. Thank you very much.

Great team in Port Credit. Dr rozanec and Dr Naumowich take care of our whole family with wonderful warmth. The office team also goes above and beyond to help with appointments and glasses.

I had a piece of metal in my eye from work, I don’t the doctors name, but he was the owner of the office! He pulled it out with ease, cracked a couple jokes to make me feel more comfortable and he was very professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. ROZANEC is such a great doc, friendly and informative. Very thorough exam, with all the high tech imaging included!

FYI Port Credit is one of the best optometrists in the PC area. Dr Leslie Naum is always so understanding and kind, answering everyone of our queries and always so sweet. The other staff members are also very friendly and engaging…wonderful people and great service. I would recommend Dr Naum and her clinic to everyone…

I have been going to this office for years and I am always so impressed with the professionalism, quality and friendliness of the staff. Dr. Naumowich has been my family optometrist for years and very patient as I have worked through my options for vision improvements and screening. My family has a history with degenerative eye disease and her office is as well equipped with appropriate vision screening instruments and cameras as any ophthalmologist office. Her team does all the regular eye screening, follow-up with me and connects my information to my family doctor so I can stay on top of everything for me and my family.

The optical team, Jill in particular is also amazing. Jill can simply look at my face and recommend the most comfortable and stylish glasses. I see her every few months and she always remembers me, my family and my glasses. She is always super helpful when I have an issue with my glasses and she takes the time to adjust them so they are absolutely perfect. Dr. Naumowich and her team are just the best and I highly recommend this extremely knowledgeable and friendly team.

I have been a patient with these doctors for many years, and each year my experience is better than the year before! All of the staff are friendly and they are highly skilled and knowledgeable. Beware of this Clinac! They are very nice, until you have a problem, then they can not get rid of you soon enough. I had a new lens implant and cataract operation by a Doctor Smith recommenced by Doctor R.apparently this Doctor Smith did Doctor Rs parents, Doctor R (my Optometrist) parents were lucky or maybe I was just that 1 out of 1000.00 to have bad results. Long story short, my reading ability has become an major issue. Dr R and his team sold me a a pair of glasses for 800.00 - 1000,00 dollars. I also bought two more frames, without lens I liked for 600.00. The new prescription glasses were terrible.soooo they now had to fit me with another pair of glasses with a different len for 800-1000, well, I still cant read properly. I phone to make an appointment to get a prescription for "READING GLASSES" (because now I need reading glasses) and of course there is a fee- I asked if they could give me a break since I have spent close to 6000,00 dollars give or take. They say nope, and get this Doctor R cant see me till January but he could suggest another optometrist for me to see.lol like I said, nice people just do not have a problem. I feel so used ugh. Expensive and baaaad experience.

Great doctors but very dissatisfied with their ability to handle emergency appointments. I have been a patient there for years and when I had an issue come up recently that needed investigated they could not fit me in until November for even a 15 minute appointment. I made the staff aware that there was a concern and was still told nothing was available. I asked for the name of another professional who had the same technology. The new doctor accommodated me very quickly and was very thorough in making sure my eyes were ok. I’ll be going back to the new doctor.

Very poor service. Rude receptionist. Charged $900.00 for a pair of glasses and waited 3 weeks for them. Even then had to keep calling to determine if they had arrived. Will never go back.
