I have been with Dr. Tracy Mcmurter for well over 20 years and would not dream of seeing anyone else. She's a brilliant mind and even more brilliant doctor and an impeccable professional. I trust her with absolutely anything to do with my vision care and every year I return for my annual exam, I'm quietly praying she hasn't retired! I love her as my eye doctor and I am so grateful for her 5 -Star care.

Best experience I’ve had at an eye doctor to date. The receptionist was very friendly and kind. The assistant Heba was also very friendly and Dr Tracy, was great! Great atmosphere and staff.

I’ve been a client here for many years, let me tell you why. From the minute you enter until the moment you leave you have the feeling that you made the right decision to trust your eyes to Dr. McMurter. She has excellent communication skills and is both personable and professional. The same can also be applied to her amazing support staff, from the front desk to the optical assistants. It is a pleasure to deal with them. As an added bonus they even can even put up with my superhuman ability to blink at the speed of light. Honestly I don’t see you going anywhere else.

Both my wife and I just came back from an appointment with Dr. McMurter. In our 70 some years, we have seen (ha! Ha!) a number of eye doctors in Atlanta, Georgia and Ontario. Dr. McMurter is a professional and is thorough and caring.and also has a great sense of humour. Her staff, Deb and Lucy are also attentive to our needs. We would highly recommend Dr. McMurter and her team for all your vision needs.

Super knowledgeable and helpful, and just plain nice! I was given the time I needed and never felt rushed out of there - how great is that? ! No one pushed product sales, but great selection is right there and staff are well informed and in touch. They run a punctual and professional operation. Gorgeous, clean facility, easy to get to, lots of parking. I've already recommended them to someone I know who has been hoping for a better eye doctor experience.

Went for my first eye appointment in about 10 years to FYidoctors in Ancaster, and will definitely be going back each year. The exam itself was quick and easy and Dr. McMurter did an excellent job at throughly explaining everything. The optical assistant who helped with the testing was very professional and friendly, along with all of her coworkers.

Overall, the team and environment at FYidoctors in Ancaster was amazing, I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for an optometry clinic!

FYI Doctors in Ancaster is a well oiled machine! Everything was extremely organized from the moment you walk through the door.

This office has an incredible team. The team seems to truly enjoy each other and are super friendly (especially the receptionist with the great sense of humour!). When trying new frames, each person had input to see what best fit my face and my wants/needs. (but never pushy)

I found the exam itself to be comprehensive and the consultation after was clearly explained.

Overall, a relaxed environment that provides a well educated, efficient, and, enjoyable experience. (And I don't recall ever having said that about any medical office!:)

The front office lady with blonde hair is very very rude!
I would never go there!
She should be replaced with someone who is a people person! She should of learned in her younger age how to respect everyone one!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable friendly staff. Very sterile and updated equipment. I had to bring my kids with me when we went and they were super accommodating for us.:)

Amazing eye care facility. The equipment they use to diagnose eye problems is second to none. Dr. McMurter is so personable, and Patricia is such a caring person. The comprehensive eye exam i went through showed me that I've needed glasses my whole life, thank goodness I went there when my eye problems really caught up to me. Now, we just wait for my new specs to arrive, and I'll be able to see street names again! 10/10 I highly recommend this office to everyone.

This is the best place for your eye care. My family started with Dr. McM many years ago. We trust both the doctors and all the technicians to care for all our eye care needs. They are also kind and caring. Simply the best!

I just wanted to say that I received excellent care from Dr. McMurter and Jaclyn. Both of these ladies were fabulous. Jacklyn was so so great at her job and from the very first moment I liked her.
I did have a small issue with the fees and the manager helped fix it all and Jacklyn may have felt it was her fault, but that was not the case at all! Jacklyn, if you are reading this, please know I was so pleased with your services and would recommend anybody to visit you and Dr. McMurter.
