Dr. Azar & the staff at FYidoctors are exceptional! Tala took the time to show my son a variety of frames and sunglasses too. She made thoughtful recommendations based on his likes, listening to what he was looking for. He was so happy with his experience and final selection at FYidoctors and so am I!

I sat on my glasses and popped a lens and screw. I stopped in unannounced and the staff fixed my glasses quickly and straightened my arms to boot! Staff was very friendly and they surprised me by fixing my glasses for free! Great first experience with this location!

I am so impressed by Jill, she helped me select my glasses. She really went above and beyond to make sure I love my glasses. She ordered the color I liked and had them there for me to try first. She put a rush on my order to make sure I get them in time for vacation. I did not even ask for these options, she offered them. She has excellent customer service, and a wonderful friendly demeanour.

Staff is super friendly! I was greeted by every staff member that walked by. Dr. Peters took his time with me, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I was taken care of. They even fixed my glasses while I was there. Highly recommended!

I went to FYiDoctors on Manning Road yesterday after previously stopping in to discuss an appointment with Jill, which we made for February 11,2020. Jill has a super personality and is amazing with children which I witness twice yesterday. In fact every young lady at this office is very friendly and welcoming. Yesterday, the 11th, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tim Peters. Dr. Peters was patient and very willing to hear my concerns and he took his time during his evaluation, explained what was going on in terms I could understand. I am extremely impressed with Dr. Peters and the Staff I met. UPDATE: All of the above is very true but I want to add that on March 12th, I went back for a follow-up with Dr. Peters, after having a laser procedure with Dr. Tayfour, and after Dr. Peters did a great exam and updated me on my eyesight, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nicole with picking out a new pair of glasses. Nicole was fantastic! She has a wonderful, upbeat and friendly personality AND she is very experienced on making sure the glasses you pick out are perfect for your face and your prescription. Also, on March 17,2020 I stopped in to purchase PreserVision for my early onset of age related macular degeneration (AMD) and Lucy assisted me with that and she also has a friendly and welcoming personality. I am telling you, you cannot go wrong in choosing FYi Doctors on Manning Road in Tecumseh for your vision needs. I am so grateful to my Friend, Melissa G, for telling me about Dr. Peters and I am extremely impressed with everyone I have deal with there so far.

Very kind and helpful staff! I called due to my glasses breaking and they fit me in their schedule right away and accommodated me! Tala helped me find the perfect pair of glasses!

Very grateful for the service I had earlier this week. I went in with my (newish) glasses broken, hoping to have them fixed, and the frames were replaced on the spot, no questions asked (luckily, they were still under warranty). I was in and out within minutes!

Dr. Farah was kind, courteous and took her time explaining the results of my exam with me. At its completion, she gently handed me off to Tala, who helped me, every step of the way, choosing frames and lenses, weighing quality against cost. She even enlisted her associate, Jill, in helping me select frames. Despite of some minor technical issues that the office was facing today, the entire staff handled everything with poise and grace. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will be back, without question. Thank you!

We moved from east of Toronto about a year ago, so we have not had to go anywhere for glasses quite yet. Last night my daughter (2 1/2) BROKE my husbands glasses! It was bad, I found a lense in her room and the arm was all bend and could not be worn. Well we assumed they were toast and the benefits did not renew till the next year. My husband thought he has to do with out till then (oh please no). I call and explained the situation and the lady that answered was very polite and got me an appointment that day to take a look. I bought them in and they fixed them. Keep in mind we did not buy them there and they had enough of a lab to polish them right up. Any other glasses I would not care about but they were Oakley frames and my husband has terrible sight! I asked then how much for the service and their only response was "Merry Christmas". Tell me that's not service. I will be bringing my family to buy all of our glasses here going forward. Might I add that I called two other stores and they refused to fix anything that was not their product purchased from there store.

1st time using glasses im my life... After about 4 or 5 months my kids stepped on them scratched the lenses brought them in they replaced them under warranty I had them back within 4 or 5 days. Can't recommend them enough. Very professional. Great customer service.

F. Y. I is the best place for Eye Care. The entire team is amazing to work with, I will never go anywhere else. Thanks to Jill for finding the perfect glasses for me with the first pair she picked. Absolutely awesome experience with the lovely people at this location! From Dr. McLure to Jill I can confidently say this was the best optometrist experience I have had.
