I recently visited this location and had an excellent experience. All the staff were courteous and friendly, and the Optometrist Dr. Chan did an amazing job of explaining the results of my eye exam, and some tips for keeping my eyes healthy.

I was recently in FYI looking for some sunglasses, the team was great! A warm reception from all the ladies up front, clean, well organized inventory.

Stephanie knew her stuff, and helped me pick out some fashionable shades for my rather large, and often difficult to fit head.

Very rude staff. If you are someone who needs to get their glasses adjusted frequently to get a good fit do not go here.

I needed a lens put back in its frame. I’m not a regular customer. I was cheerfully greeted by the women at the front desk and they fixed my glasses right away. I’m new to the area, but when I need new glasses, that’s where I’ll go. Thank you ladies!

FYi LaSalle staff is so incredibly amazing, helpful and friendly. Was recently in to get 2 pairs of sunglasses adjusted, one of which were not purchased there. Somer was so helpful. She adjusted both pairs and even changed the nose pads on the one pair to silicone, all free of charge. The team here has never failed me or my family! Highly recommended their optometrists and the team out front to help with all your vision needs!

I get my eyes checked bi-annually and i always go to FYI. Dr. Justin Chan is just fantastic to make things clear for me to understand. What a great mannerism he has. After i get my prescription i pick out some glasses (of course with my wife). Kaitlyn was fantastic setting everything up with the sizing and everything else she did that i had no clue. There’s a lot to do. Somer, Linda, Lucille and Stephanie all had a part in making me feel welcome and comfortable at getting a new a new pair of glasses. Somer does have to work on her MUSIC TRIVIA. LOL. Thank you very much for all your help.

Yes like others say, great selection but, we ordered our product in November and still do not have it and no one seems to have any answer other than we will get back to you (which never happens). Sticking with my current provider from now on.

Nov/22- I went in today because one of the screws holding the lens in place had fallen out. I was expecting to drop them off and pick them back up at a later date. The nice woman that assisted me at the counter (did not get her name) was kind enough to make the repairs (as well as tighten all of the other screws) while I waited. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Keep up the great work.
